Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rivera made me feel really comfortable. He was fast but thorough. I had a root canal procedure and it was close to being pain free. The only discomfort I experienced was in my jaw from my mouth having to stay open during the procedure.

I have extreme fear of the dentist and I’m also missing teeth, which has made me embarrassed and anxious for years. Walking into an office usually fills me with dread — but not here. From the moment I walked in, there was zero judgment. Not one look, not one comment that made me feel ashamed. Instead, they made me feel safe, heard, and comfortable. Every step was explained clearly, patiently, and with compassion. They took the time to make sure I understood everything and never rushed me. What truly stood out is how they treated me like family, not just another patient. They acknowledged my fear, respected my past experiences, and worked with me — not against me. For the first time in a long time, I felt hopeful instead of scared sitting in a dental chair. If you’re someone who’s afraid of the dentist, has missing teeth, or has avoided care because of past trauma or embarrassment — this is the place. It is clear that they communicate well amongst themselves and with their patients. There is a positive atmosphere. They explain any treatment needs, appointments, insurance coverage, and financial plans thoroughly. They send appointment reminders, electronically share signed forms, and print cost breakdowns. There is minimal to zero wait time. Lastly, Dr. Andrew Choi did a smooth job numbing - it was the least uncomfortable and most painless experience I have had with numbing injections!!!

What really stood out was how comprehensive and thoughtful his approach was. Rather than addressing issues one by one without context, he created a detailed, long-term treatment plan that prioritized what needed to be done and mapped everything out clearly. The plan spanned about two years, and because of his careful planning, I was able to maximize my dental benefits while steadily improving my oral health. I usually get a bit nervous, but they have a way of making you feel completely comfortable while they're actually doing the dental work. Experiencia negativa: $400 for each cavity, × two. I also included a cleaning, so total was $999, for these three tasks. I am not sure if this is a good rate or not, I did not have time to call around... They did offer "Care Credit" and "Chery", to help make this doable ‍ Anyway, I came in with pain on the lower right side of my face- I had thought that was one of the cavities. However, it was not- and doctor was not able to figure out why there was pain and sensitivity, on that lower right side. The pain continues- maybe they can re-check next time, during the cleaning. I will update with more later, after the cleaning... * Update: I got the cleaning done by Crystal. She did her job, she also figured out what the pain on the lower right side was. It appears It is my gums receding, and causing sensitivity. She also discovered "3 more cavities" after the cleaning!!! So, now I will have to wait on this, or utilize "Cherry" for another $1,300... I wish I could have done this all together- and just utilized "Cherry" or "Care Credit", just one time for all. My visit was still okay- even with the "3 more cavities SURPRISE" lol. I will definitely get a second opinion this time, and most likely not be returning here. I just don't understand why they could not identify ALL the cavities the first time around during their: "State of The Art X-rays, 3D Scans, AI, & Exams" etc, etc, Lol. Anyway, the ladies in the front office are both very sweet, I appreciate them- take care!

However I must critique the hygienist Crystal on her lack of thorough cleaning service that I received today. I feel that because I had braces she didn’t want to floss me thoroughly as they typically have my previous visits. In fact she did mention that if she were to do so that she would “be there for hours.” This reflects negatively on the office and is uncharacteristic of the service that I typically receive here.

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was incredibly nice and friendly. They offer great amenities like free water and coffee in the waiting room, and the option to complete all paperwork online or in the office on a tablet made my check-in seamless. The technology is top-notch! The X-ray and imaging equipment was excellent, and the results appeared immediately on the exam room screen. Both the tech and Dr. Choi were great. Dr. Choi took the time to thoroughly go over every detail of my results. This clinic is the perfect size—not a giant conveyor belt, but also not a small shop with outdated equipment. It features a large, friendly staff and updated technology. Highly recommend!

I would take my kids but would make excuses for why I didn’t need to go- but my gums were bleeding constantly and I had pain in two teeth so I checked reviews and found Dr Choi, honestly though what sealed the deal for me was my hygienist Crystal. I had so much anxiety and everything hurt so I was near tears sitting down in her chair. She was SO gentle and patient- she took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and calm. She helped me make a manageable plan for my at home tooth care and I just walked out of my follow up appointment feeling like a champion. Following her guidance and making simple changes I totally turned my dental health around- my cleaning was so easy and I had zero pain or bleeding. In less than 6 months I have a brand new relationship with my personal mouth care and seriously it’s all because of Crystal. If you have dental anxiety or haven’t been keeping up quite like you should- try Inland Choice Dental. I really am shocked by how much of a difference a few months and a couple of appointments could make on a lifelong dental phobia. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Doctor Andrew did my filling and was professional. He made sure I was numb enough because I had bad experience in another dental office where I wasn’t numb. Experiencia fantástica: Inland dental choice is my go to dentistry. The whole staff is amazing. Dr Andrew is a great dentist. He takes his time to explain everything going on with your teeth .He is gentle and quick with his work. DA Gabriela was the sweetest assistant she took the images for my Invisalign consultation . Vero is the best hygienist, she has a gentle hand n takes her time to make sure your teeth are clean. Front desk staff Keidy and Patty go above n beyond for their patients especially Kiedy she took her time to help me out with some insurance/work paperwork. Highly recommend this place very friendly. The office is also great, very good vibes as soon as you walk in. The office is clean n fresh with air purifier , non toxic air fresher and complimentary coffee n water.

They go over everything that's wrong and what's to come. They have a welcoming vibe as you wait to be seen. Once you are done with your visit they go over all the work you need and explain every detail and answer any questions you have. The staff have positive attitudes.
