Experiencia negativa: Looking for a dentist elsewhere. If your child has numerous cavities it'll take over a year to actually get them in to treat them all. They are booked out for months and won't do more than one section at a time. They can't accommodate times outside of school hours until it gets closer to the month they're scheduled and even then its not guaranteedand usually doesn't happen. I'm praying my children's cavities haven't gotten much worse since we tried to wait so long getting them treated but I'm over it, going elsewhere. Also, they are the only dentist I know that uses this "safety guard" they keep jammed in the child's mouth the whole time. Even their smallest size is huge and gags them. I pleaded for them not to use it but they said they must use it. Funny because they didn't always use it and again never been to other dentists that do, so clearly it's not necessary. Very uncomfortable for anyone especially a child.

Experiencia negativa: The dentists and facilities are actually pretty great but their rules and protocols are horrible. You can only book one appointment for your child at a time so if she needs her treatment done in two appointments, you’ll be waiting a minimum of 6 months to complete the treatment (3 months for the first appointment because they’re booked so far out and 3 months for the second appointment). At which time, she’ll be due for another check up, but guess what, only one appointment can be made at a time and they insist on the checkup first, which then pushes her treatment back another 3 months, which means it will be 9 months from her original checkup to get her treatment completed. But you can call in every day to get pick up a cancelled appointment, but as I work and have to request the time off ahead of time, this does not work for me or my family. So, in summary, great facility but not very efficient. I’m currently looking for a new dentist.

My kids actually look forward to their dental appointments, which speaks volumes about the care they receive. The entire team, from the front office to the back, treats all children with kindness and has a fantastic attitude. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking my child here since they were at the smaller office and loved it. Now not so much my child had a routine checkup was told they found one cavity and to book the appointment with the receptionist so I did the appointment they gave me was until MARCH 2025!!! Yes MARCH!!! If they have a high volume of patients stop accepting new ones. This is ridiculous, I am now looking for another dental office for my child.

Experiencia negativa: There's no privacy for patients, I brought my 16 year old for cleaning a week ago and I had to listen the loud Doctor telling one of the patients that she had a few cavities and that she doesn't floss everyday and blah, blah I can tell the other patients was embarrassed that other people was listening. I think every patient need privacy even though they're children. I didn't like it, Im gonna change dentist right away.

Experiencia positiva: Hey! I enjoyed the visit, staff were super professional. I took two of my little ones, they got through their procedures with flying colors, toys, and smiles on their faces. They watched a movie of their choice, and were given clear directions of what was required of them. Overall it's a happy place!

Experiencia negativa: Hard to get an appt in. They will see you quickly for x-rays and then schedule any work 3 months later. Unfortunately this was way out of my insurance window and costs us extra $$. There are many other pediatric dentists in Riverside. Avoid.

During our appointment, we were treated AMAZING and with such patience. My daughter (7) was nervous and they cared for her as if she was their own daughter. I’ve enjoyed coming here for years with all three of our daughters (10, 7, and 5) and really appreciate the time, effort, patience, and love that we are treated with. From the front desk staff, the dental assistants to the dentists everyone is always so caring and compassionate with the kids. My daughter is apprehensive of the dentist and they’re so patient and understanding every time we go in for her cleaning. Not to mention how nice and how modern the office is. I highly recommend this office.

Experiencia negativa: Updated review (2023): I took my child back in for a routine cleaning and the doctor was too aggressive for my liking. She was not patient with my child and did not explain anything she was doing, so he was timid and scared. She said he was being uncooperative and wanted to use the gas on him. Absolutely not. He's 5. This was a cleaning. He does not need gas. And he was not being uncooperative. He was being a 5 year old who was scared and was reacting to being treated poorly. We are finding a new dentist. 2021 review: Took my three year old for a check up. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly. Temperature checks are done before you enter the office, which is nice. They put on a movie for my son while the hygienist brushed and flossed and the doctor did the exam. Everything was thoroughly explained. It was very quick, which is necessary for a 3 year old. And he got a sticker and a toy at the end. Really great experience

Experiencia negativa: Called to make an appointment and the first thing they did is put me on hold which I understand if they are busy. Than I asked questions and they seemed bothered. Their first available appointment was October 2nd and asked to be put on a waiting list for sooner and she said I would have to call everyday because the waiting list it’s too long. Than I said ok schedule my appointment than she said well I have to take down all your information. Tania the receptionist seemed bothered. If that’s how you treat patients on the phone I will not be coming to this office.

Experiencia fantástica: So happy I was referred to A Tooth Fairy Dental. My baby girl had her first appointment ever today (1 yr 11 mo). The whole staff was just great from the moment we stepped in we were greeted with a smile by Lupe who made check in as smooth as can be and we were taken back quickly. Of course my daughter was freaking out but Dr. Koo and Linda were amazing and did their best to keep her calm and get her in and out quickly. Lastly, I must say I was impressed by how beautiful the office is. 10/10 experience we have found our Pediatric Dental Office.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter (4) had a horrible experience with a prior dentist. Here, the staff and doctor were very patient and very caring with her. You can definitely tell they truly care about their patients and as a parent, it’s so relieving to know your kids are in good hands.

Experiencia negativa: My children have been patients at this practice for years. (Since the office was in the smaller location.) My daughter had an appointment today for a cavity filling at 3pm. My husband was stuck at work, so I took off of work early, picked up the kids and headed to the appointment. When I arrived at the office with both of my kids, the receptionist allowed us to check in. We sat in the lobby and when my daughter’s name was called, the assistant told me that my older child could not wait in the waiting room by himself. He is an older child and was sitting quietly doing his homework. I told them that he was 12 years old, and apparently the age has been increased to 14. The receptionist said absolutely nothing when I left him in the waiting area by himself when I took my younger daughter to the restroom that is located outside of the office. The staff refused to allow me to have my six year old’s cavity procedure done. Then when I asked to reschedule, I was told there was nothing available for another month. Clearly, patient loyalty means absolutely nothing anymore. We live 30-45 minutes away and have continued our business with this office for years. This office is clearly not understanding to working parents or the uncertainties that come along with dealing with children and it is very disappointing since this is a children’s dental office. I will no longer refer my co-workers and friends to this office. I will search for a new children’s dental office that offers more flexibility.

Experiencia fantástica: Had my appointment at 10:30 and when I got their they said your appointment was at 10:00 well I tould them that they called me and tould me that my appointment was at 10:30 and they where not even busy and they rescheduled my appointment until August they could see my kids they where not even busy

Experiencia fantástica: I love this pediatric-preteen dentist. They take toddler from 1-18. My first children started going to them in 2010 at age 3. All the way to my current children started going at 1 year old. They teach you how to keep your kids teeth clean and hygienic. All the dentist are amazing my kids have seen them all. They explain to the parents every step of the way. If your kids have a hard time this is the place for you. From the receptionist area to the back office you would be impressed. They have ceiling tv for each child to what they like to watch during examination. And don’t forget they will give you the proper toothbrush, floss, toothpaste for your cleaning checkups, then every child gets to pick a toy. All my 4 kids go to this dentist, I even convinced my sister to take her kids their, and when someone ask me what dentist to recommend, I always refer to the tooth fairy. They have two convent locations, one in riverside, the other one in lake Elsinore. Thank you tooth fairy for always being the best kids friendly dentist in inland empire.

He hates the dentist, but we walked out of there feeling so proud! And to the doctor, thank you for being very communicative and patient as well to my son, he got his first official cleaning on the chair. Everyone was so proud of him, especially knowing how very afraid he gets when just walking in. Thank you to all the staff, they have a very well maintain protocol during this time with covid and I love it!
