Experiencia fantástica: It’s been a while since I had a dental checkup, and I was a little anxious going to see dentist. Dr. Jia Song, the hygienist Eddy, and the assistant Diana took such great care of me. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone kept checking on me and asking if I needed anything. The whole team was very welcoming and non-judgmental, which I really appreciated. They were also very efficient and knowledgeable. I was low-key nervous at first, but they reassured me with a lot of patience and explained things along the way. The best part was that I felt way less pain than I expected (just the initial numbing part). Thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of me!

Experiencia fantástica: Update: just wanted to give a shoutout to the new hygienist Ashley, she’s super young and I was kind of hesitant having her as my hygienist but looks can be deceiving as she is super sweet and also super smart and informative and even patient. Please don’t change. Thank you for also giving extra care to my two little girls. Customer service skills was great!! One night my crown (of almost 10 years) fell out and I was left with a sensitive hole left in my mouth. I just switched insurances (so convenient) and had to call for an emergency dental appointment ..let me tell you looking for a place that accepts HMO/Delta Dental USA is pretty challenging. I actually found this place thru yelp and just called on a whim. I did not catch the name of the person I initially called but she was very thorough and patient and, despite my kids yelling in the background, she managed to get me an emergency new patient appointment right away. I didn't read all the bad reviews on yelp until I made the appointment so I came in kinda anxious. Right when I came in at 315pm I was greeted by Noel at the front desk who helps set up all the paperwork online to set my new patient profile. It didn't take long maybe 10 min, and I was ready for my appointment set time at 330pm. As I walked in the place is very clean, and located at the riverside plaza near the carters and Panera. They have a very small area for kids and when I say small it's small lol a small iPad sitting area but then they also have a big screen that plays Disney movies and plenty of waiting chairs. My appointment was at 330pm. I was sent to the back by Ken ,the dental assistant, to do my X-rays at 342pm. He finished them and then I was sent to the private room for the doctor to assess my gums and X-rays to do an overall assessment. Dr Kramer was very friendly, patient and explained extensively everything about my teeth and gums and never pushed any procedures or anything. After his exam and explaining everything it was about 422pm. In my head I was set to get my crown today and even tho he leaves at 5pm he was willing to stay a little late to start the prep and everything for me today! He did not have to do that at all but he did! The whole team was very helpful and kind and I would recommend coming here for anyone! The following Monday I came back bc Dr Kramer only works Monday and Wednesday and I was kinda bummed I had to wait a bit, but I scheduled a deep cleaning and I was introduced to Yadira Gutierrez, the dental hygienist. Although it was being super busy and you can tell they were short staffed she was super thorough and kind and even explained in detail as well everything!! My teeth feel so clean and I do like her a lot and highly recommend her! Everyone was nice and I am actually gonna recommend bringing my husband and kids here! The other bad reviews are not true, that just wasn't my experience at all. Thank you Dr Kramer, Yadira, Noel and Ken!

Experiencia negativa: Mixed experiences here over the last two years. First time was great, dentist Jorge Enciso was fantastic and took the time to talk me through everything. Second time he was no longer working there so I had Azin Sharif and I will not be going back. She was so dismissive when I asked her to explain why she wanted to do certain (expensive) procedures when there had been no change since my last appointment. She couldn't/ wouldn't explain herself other than it was just "her opinion". She had spent half as much time on me as other dentists and wanted me to just agree with her. Also the whole process took too long. I was waiting 50 minutes before I even saw her and they still wanted me to wait another 30 after her for cleaning. Since when is the dentist a 2hr appointment.

I called and was assisted by Rena who was able to accommodate us with such great customer service. We then get to the appointment and we were treated and seen by such an amazing team of professionals!! From beginning to end and the dental hygienist Cody (aka gingivitis buster) was able to accommodate the cleaning same day. Special shout out to Kaylynn for making us feel at ease. The beautiful Dr. Sharif was such a joy and very patient explaining the whole process!! Thank you so much and may God bless you all!!

Experiencia negativa: So I came here initially to get 3 teeth taken out (2 bottom molars and one top tooth) they charged me over 4,000 dollars for the service. 4 grand. I was in so much PAIN I hadn't noticed they had BROKEN the tooth next to it. It took me 8 MONTHS to finally get them to look at the darn thing and THEY WANT ME TO PAY for the fix. They won't discount me. THEY WON'T fix it UNLESS I PAY. My friend works at Loma Linda Dentistry and she tells me they robbed me. It shouldn't have cost 4 grand for 3 extractions. I am baffled and SO SAD. THE tooth they broke hurts and I'm embarrassed to smile because BAM ITS RIGHT THERE. I'm done. I'm going somewhere else. I'm just saying BEWARE.

Experiencia negativa: Bad business practice! Avoid this place. I sent my daughter for her regular 6-month dental cleaning. She called me saying she had to pay $258. I asked to speak with the office, and the staff member told me that our insurance had a $500 deductible, so we had to pay out-of-pocket. Later that day, I reviewed our insurance policy and saw that it covers 100% of cleanings and preventive care. The real reason for the $258 charge was an unnecessary fluoride treatment that they upcharged without proper explanation. Instead of being honest, they lied about the deductible. Dishonest and misleading!

Dr. Encino also fantastic, smart and humble. He explained very well about my teeth condition and detail procedure. I felt comfortable to asked question, and he would take his time to answered. I believe, I was in good hands. All the staff here were very friendly with a big smile on their face. I definitely highly recommended them.

Thang who is currently a hygiennis was very thorough and attentive. Thang is someone who has found the golden rule. Find something you love to do and get paid to do it. She truly went above and beyond making sure I got in at a timely manner , helping me with login system , and explaining treatment. Dr. Kramer truly makes you feel heard, he carries no ego and genuinely cares to give you the care that YOU need , gives time for questions and explains everything in layman’s terms. Thang is the hygienist and did a great job , I literally walked out of there asking for his name because his bedside manners were outstanding ! I ended up taking my toddler since I loved the place so much and Angelika made my daughter feel so comfortable during her first visit that I didn’t even have to be with my daughter during her visit she was such a big girl and walked away so happy with her ballon 10/10 for this place

Some dentist offices will end up feeling like they're used car salesmen. That was not my experience in this office today. Financials came and laid everything out for me there was no pressure. I was encouraged to make my own decisions in the time frame I'm able to do things. Very happy with this visit. Also the dentist I saw, my first time with him, excellent communication, made sure I knew everything that was going on, very willing to explain and take time to talk with me.

Experiencia negativa: READ THE LOW STAR REVIEWS! This is not a trustworthy place that cares about your health, they’re just wringing you dry for money. Do yourself a favor and save time and money going somewhere else. Went a few months ago, they charged me tons of extra fees AND I realized when I got home they had chipped my tooth. Pretty sure it happened when they were shaving one of my new fillings, and the assistant (not even the dentist) grabbed the tool and filed me down. Whole appointment the dentist and assistant were trash talking the other employee for not knowing how to do his job and messing up supply orders and changing out the water for cleaning. Very unprofessional to do that as the client is lying underneath you, including revealing the employee ALSO doesn’t have the correct qualifications to even be working there. Called and got an appointment two weeks later to fix the chip since it was super sharp and bothering me, didn’t want to claim responsibility but whatever. Was in dire need of a cleaning and this was the only place I could find at a good time, so I decided to give them another chance. Arrive on time, they tell me doctor is up for recredentialing (?) and some weird stuff might happen with my insurance. I felt a little uneasy since it seemed implied that my insurance might not cover everything, and like a I might not get a quote for what is and isn’t covered by insurance. Sit there for 45 minutes, and I just couldn’t do it. I left right as they called me back, I told them I was leaving and didn’t want to reschedule. It was extremely disrespectful of my time - I had an appointment, and to have me wait almost an hour shows they are disorganized, and are taking advantage of customers who can’t afford to walk away and find somewhere better who respects their precious time. I will not be going back. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience and seeing all the horrifying statements others have made I want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. Don’t trust the star rating, they inflate it by making customers write good reviews for a discount. EDIT: ridiculous that they reply to every post asking customers to call them. What does that resolve? Is a phone call going to change your predatory business tactics? Are you planning to refund everyone you’ve upcharged for services? Can you give back wasted time? It’s an empty maneuver meant to make them seem like they care about customer concerns, but ultimately won’t change anything. They’ll follow them money, and unfortunetly exploitation it the best way to make money. Don’t believe that this is a gesture of good will, it’s to save face and trick people (like me) into giving them a second chance.

They force you to do them while watching, and check to make sure it's posted before giving you a small one-time discount. I'm not even happy with their work, and I noticed many bad practices. No more scraping, yanking of the face, or drooling mouths! They are fun, super nice; place is clean, it smells good, the chairs aren’t ripped, and explain everything they are going to do before and while they do it. Their voices almost sound like smooth jazz when they talk. LOL! So calming, the chaos was real at my last dentist. Experiencia fantástica: Had such a great experience today at the dentist. Ken was lovely and so was the rest of the medical team. Eddy was my hygienist and he made me feel extremely comfortable despite me being terrified in needs. The doctor was wonderful too and made sure I was taken care of.

Experiencia negativa: I went here as a new patient. They said I needed four filings! I was very suspicious of this because my previous dentist, 6 months prior, said everything looked good. I went to a different dentist, NO cavities. This office suggested work I didn't need and then tried to get me to do expensive filings not covered by my insurance. Dishonest.
