Experiencia negativa: Horrible to you if you have medical avoid at all cost! You should reevaluate yourselves. They broke my aunts tooth rushed her out of the chair and didn’t say anything. You are terrible people wouldn’t give her a root canal because they wanted to charge her for implants they’d rather pull it. It’s sad how dental healthcare is centered around how much money you can get.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to Sierraview for a couple of years, and they have always taken very good care of me. Besides normal cleanings, also recently hada wisdom tooth, and 2 impacted teeth in the front of my mouth removed. Dental work gives me anxiety, but they've never made me feel uncomfortable, and if I need extra time during a procedure, they have been very accommodating. To correct the teeth in the front of my mouth, Dr. Sheila installed a bridge, giving me the natural smile never knew could have. It's only been a few days since my smile makeover, but it's already shaping up to be a transformative experience. The front staff is always so kind and thoughtful, and have helped me get decent financing for my more expensive procedures. They typically welcome me by name when come in and make me feel right at home. highly recommend this dentist office.

They also apparently forgot that July 4 is (technically) a holiday and scheduled a bunch of folks, who they then rescheduled without consulting them. In short, avoid.

Cold receptionists and techs, inexperienced techs left to struggle with getting X-rays for way too long, music that blasted way too loudly and, annoyingly, they only have one hygenist who I was not scheduled to see even tho I booked a first time checkup and cleaning? Maybe it's standard practice to save the cleanings for a second visit, but I thought it would be common sense that I'd want a cleaning the same day and not 2 months later. They did call to offer a sooner appointment after I had left but I was honestly over it lol.

Experiencia negativa: $600 that i was charged but my insurance company Delta Dental told me, my out of pocket cost was Zero as they had paid the claim but they still charged me $600 and now waiting for refund.(Finally Got the Refund). These kind of businesses should be barred from practice. They tell patient certain procedure not covered and charge the patient and also bill the insurance company. Its called double dipping, Make sure call your insurance to confirm. Warning: Deceptive and Unethical Billing Practices at This Dental Office This dental office engages in blatantly deceptive billing practices. They lure you in with interest-free payment plans, but what they don’t disclose is that they charge the entire treatment cost upfront—even for services not yet rendered, which is both unethical and likely illegal. No legitimate business should be charging thousands of dollars in advance for incomplete procedures. When I noticed a $7,000 charge for a $616 deep cleaning, I called the office for answers. They dodged my calls and ignored my messages. Dr. Mohammad Zareh, the owner, had previously given me his personal number after I initially left a 3-star review instead of 5—asking me to call him directly with concerns. But after I did, he assured me he would handle the issue and follow up. That never happened. He too started ignoring my calls and didn’t respond even after I sent a detailed text explaining the situation. With no other option, I had to physically show up at the office and demand answers in front of other patients. Only then was I taken to the back to speak with the manager, Ashley, who finally admitted the overcharge and promised to credit the difference. But the unprofessionalism, the avoidance, and the lack of transparency were appalling. Let me be clear: do not sign anything on the spot. Take the estimate home, read everything carefully, and get a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment. This office’s behavior is a textbook example of how some businesses exploit less informed or financially vulnerable patients. I’m writing this not out of frustration—but to warn others. What happened to me could happen to you.

Experiencia negativa: I was told I was getting my credit back. It's been two months with no response on when that money will be refunded, as it keeps accumulating interest. It's insane that no one can give an answer to this. The credit refund didn't even get started until my husband went in for me because I kept getting ignored. I have been emailing for a copy of the information to ensure I have a record.

Dr. Cameron did an awesome job filling in the chip in my tooth! The dental assistant was also so kind (I don't remember her name!) and Chey, the dental hygienist was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. No one loves going to the dentist but it really makes a difference when the staff is so helpful.

Experiencia negativa: My dental service was grate, however, I refuse and continue with my on going treatment/ services , do to front desk manager/staff. Unfortunately, she’s the first person you encounter, arrogant and condescending, cuts you off when explaining for my next appointment -

Experiencia negativa: Good Office people and service. No complaints here, until recently. The main dentist left, a newer dentist came in, and then it became all about "How much money can we squeeze out of you." Went in for a cleaning, got a routine examination and X-rays in addition, because it's been longer than 6 months. The new dentist comes in, looks at the 5 teeth I have, says I need 5 new crowns (so the teeth all look "perfect" and then implants) total cost $73,000. Dude goes over sees my mom, who is set up in same situation as I am. Gives her EXACT SAME SPEIL AND PRICE. Sees my wife, give her a review and estimate, the price is outrageous, we ask why "Oh the provider doesn't accept that insurance plan"...They did last year. The hours have vastly changed as well. I picked this place because they had Saturdays. Now, no Saturdays. Too many changes, none of them for the good of the patient.

Experiencia negativa: Was very satisfied for years. In November things changed recommended Lazer treatments for extra cos. It took less time and was charged for laser and regular cleaning. At my next visit I was overcharged. I started in March to get refund which they agreed was due me. Office said it would ta..ke a couple months to receive refund. It is almost 6 months now no refund no returned messages .

Experiencia negativa: I typically do not reviews but I feel it’s important for the community and the staff at SierraView dental to see. I have been treating at Sierra view for 5 yrs. One of the dentist ( never before seen) provided her assessment and recommendation. I didn’t necessarily agree with the treatment plan. I agreed to take a look at the breakdown and pricing but I told her I would like a second opinion. She asked if I wanted it from the “owner “ of the facility. I said no, I would look outside . She leaves, comes back and proceeds to tell me “ do you even want to look at the price list and treatment plan even though you don’t believe me “? Her tone was rude and condescending. I replied; yes I still would like to see it. I also told her this was not a reason for her to become offended. She lacks complete professionalism, her ego was so slighted that she missed the opportunity to ask more questions and settle my fears and concerns. A patient has the right to express the desire for a second opinion without fear that a clinician will snap back at them. The dentist’s office is already a scary place to be for many of us . Needless to say I will not be returning. Such a bad experience .

The dental hygienist was cheerful and observant and put me at east as she assessed my mouth and took an x-ray. Dr. Sheila Nikdel was quick to give her observations and with her warm friendly professionalism put me at ease to start making some decisions about dental care as I'll be going to Canada and wanted to make sure I wouldn't have problems while away from my local Riverside dental care team. I appreciate the excellence of all the care and responses I get from SierraView. A highly efficient and proficient group in La Sierra providing a clean bright office and service.

Experiencia negativa: Although some team members are friendly by far my experience has not been good. In two years I saw the actual dentist three times. I have cavities that were never treated. I have a fill that never happened. They held a box of my Invisalign treatment since August of 2023 it’s March 2024. They gave them to me because I asked how to contact Invisalign myself. I recall going to the office to pick them up and the front desk young lady (shorter Latina girl who was incredibly rude to me) getting an attitude with me saying she didn’t know why I was there. I let her know I had trays to pick up. She had me wait. She turned me away after making me wait 45 minutes. I then complained to the officer manager. There have been three different ones over the course of my treatments. I want to say her name was Stacy, then a guy, now a new person who is how I got my box of trays yesterday). As well as turning my husband away for blood pressure issue but not verifying his blood pressure was accurate as their pump was broken. He also was on medication that regulated it. He was denied treatment after we paid 4K. They pulled his teeth and the plan was implants after, that never happened. I asked for a refund and never heard from the billing department. I am working with my insurance company now. Working’s in healthcare myself it’s extremely disappointing to have to commute to an office 30 min away, be charged upfront for treatment you don’t get completed. I have never met Dr Mohammad Zareh but his name is on all of my records and billing. I also recall my first visit being awful because a Male doctor refused to speak to me as I asked questions. He got frustrated left the room and sent the at the time manger in to speak to me. Then a woman was the person who treated me moving forward. A younger woman who I believe is the other dentist there. I asked for the doctor who refused to treat me and talk to me name, but the front desk insisted on not giving me that information and stopped answering my calls. The male doctor was putting their hand in my mouth trying to treat me but would not answer my questions and they would not provide me the name. No one introduces themselves when entering the room. You don’t know if it’s a doctor or a technician. I have on several occasions tried to continue treatment regardless of the issues as I am apart of a marginalized group and just wanted care. Black patients deserve equal care. My insurance had changed in 2024 and I decided to call for my Invisalign retainer that the actual office should have made months ago. They didn’t have it or order it since October 2023 but had a full box of trays (12 Invisalign trays) that were never given to me. It’s a little bit of a joke they get to run this place like this. I don’t believe they care about anyone and are just looking to make money; they don’t even know why you’re there for an appointment half the time and generally just ask a technician to come treat you. I pay too much for quality care to ever return here. A 2 rating is being nice. I would never waste another minute in this office and they still owe a refund that hasn’t been paid to me. 3/27/24

I’ve had many many bad experiences that has caused my fear. This office is by far the best staff. The dentist is absolutely amazing and so gentle and staff so amazing at explaining everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and made my experience so easy. Everything was explained to me and they were so patient with me. That was so greatly appreciated. This is my primary dentist now without a doubt. Since they make it so easy and comfortable I will continue to keep up with my dental care.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was at 9am and they schedule three other clients same time they were taken back immediately. I waited 25 min to be seen. The doctor saw me for 5 min, she also didn't have my information pulled up she had someone else's information pulled up which is a violation of hippa since she was calling me that patients name and brought up some of their history. I waited another 20 min for the receptionist to come to tell me my cost after the doctor left. After she told me I needed to come back for my fill and clean since they were busy, what was the point of making my scheduled appointment to come back another day. Receptionist kept telling me Saturday's are busy, I understand how busy a doctors office can get but if you don't have the appropriate staff why are you overbooking when you can't even finish one client.

I had an appointment and they couldn’t do anything but schedule be for a specialist I paid $135 to see a specialist a week later to walk in for the specialist to poke my gums and after I was suppose to wait for a treatment plan from the nurses and a cleaning and all they did was tell me there understaff and they will call me with the treatment options and schedule for a cleaning. I been in so much pain and a week later still no call, no treatment, no appointment for cleaning nothing. I feel they ripped me off for $135 for nothing. Horrible customer service, horrible Dentis plans, and they don’t care to help you. I will definitely be changing my dental office. All they do is waste your time and money with no help.

I had been looking forward to getting my teeth cleaned today, however, I woke up extremely dizzy - my blood pressure was up sky high- I called to see if I could reschedule my appointment (tomorrow) - I was offered to come in later today or pay the $75 same day cancelation fee - it upset me because I have been with them for a while and did not remember this being on the forms, however, the receptionist made it clear (in a semi Surly way) this was in the forms that I signed - There was no empathy there at all. I wobbled in feeling dizzy and very uncomfortable because of the condition I was in. Just be careful because they stand by this cancelation fee- my illness was not planned it just happened

I asked her why it was so short as I've never had someone who took so little time to clean my teeth, she said my teeth didn't need much cleaning. I feel ripped off from this place.

From the front desk answering all my questions to the assistant and doctor making me feel comfortable in different processes (I have really bad gag reflexes).They were very kind and aware of how I was doing throughout my X-rays and deep cleaning. A simple “Are you ok?” Every few minutes goes a long way.I Definitely recommend 10/10.

Experiencia negativa: I regrettably have to admit that I think I have been a victim of discrimination by this dentist office, in particular, by the gentleman named Jesse. I called to set an appt for a root canal, once I gave my name & he pulled up my acct, he began to question me about a grievance that I had a few months back. Which really shouldn't have been a grievance because all I did was call my insurance to inquirer about the prices that was quoted to me & how much they would pay. Never the less, his whole demeanor changed, he started over talking me & not allowing me to finish a sentence & then went on to say that they referred me to another dentist to do the root canal and for me to contact my insurance. Finally, I decided to ask for a manager, in which Jesse said that would have his manager call me back. Of course, no one ever called me back. After a few days I called my ins company who went on to say that no such referral had taken place & we even called back to the dentist office to seek clarification. Come to find out by another representative that Jesse WAS the manager. Myself & and the ins agent then asked for the corporate phone number so that I can file a complaint. He then said that he will need to talk to Jesse to obtain the phone number or email. The young man placed us on hold & then hung up smh. Please please whatever you do, do not go to this dentist. I am not sure if I am being discriminated against because im black or because I questioned the price on a procedure which I am well within my rights to do. Please stay away.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a 2pm appointment they called me in at ten to two, they where vary professional and noulageable walked me through every step of the way, I would highly recommend this office. Want to update my next visit l want to give a shout-out to Mirna and Sam, Mirna takes care of all my appointment's and she makes it work to my schedule not there's and that alone is priceless and your going to want to ask for Sam he does it right the first time the guy is a perfectionist my smile looks awesome wish I would've gotten it done a long time ago, I almost forgot Kevin not sure of his position but I didn't have insurance he put me on a payment plan that I could afford and I'm not talking he got a loan for me, I just made payments to the office no bank involved so if this helps you out ask for Kevin,Mirna, and Sam what a team

In total I'll pay 7300 for 2 implants which is average for implants. Compared to the 11400 that was being asked of me at Town Center Dentistry in San Diego!

The Receptionist saw my fear and was so kind and even brought me water . The X-ray tech was the sweetest ever , she was so so patient with me , as I have a strong gag reflex , she was patient with me , They were gentle , kind and amazingly Patient with me.. they truly eased my fears and because of that kind of kindness and gentleness I will make my dental health a Priority from now on.. they were able to take some of my Fear away .. and Dr Sheila is Amazing..

Experiencia negativa: This dentist has wrongfully sent me to collections for charges that aren't mine. I haven't been there since July 2021 and never had ANY outstanding balances. They claim it to be a "system error" when they changed programs and their billing department has stated it has happened to several of their members in error. They are not doing anything to correct this issue as they make you do everything to fix THEIR mistake. I was only notified of being sent to collections when my credit score was affected severely in December 2022. I have been calling the collector & billing department for over 2 weeks now and they just keep referring me back to the other. BE AWARE THIS IS AN ISSUE THEY ARE AWARE OF AND NOT DOING ANYTHING TO FIX IT!! They just keep telling me the collector needs to reach out to THEM. Someone needs to contact me asap since I can never get a call back from their billing department. I have already been told I did not have any outstanding balances yet was sent to collections.

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist and staff were very professional, it's the "waiting" process that needs to be addressed. I'm aware that most dental offices tend to run late but I waited in exam room over 30 mins before dentist saw me. Overall it took over 2 hours for a 1 hour procedure.

No judgement in that office on what makes you most comfortable to get through the appointment. Slippers , blanket , stuffed dinosaurs. All are welcome. A great reintroduction to taking care of myself and my teeth. Works well with each patients case even if there is a miscommunication. 10/10

They claimed that they were going to giving vouchers to qualified customers, and it was just to generate potential customers. I did not return when I noticed the fishing scam.

Experiencia fantástica: The team was awesome. My appointment was 1000am. I got there early, no traffic. Medi saw me right after my covid test. He was professional. He identified and took care of my problem. I was out of there by 1015am and my implants feel great. Thank you so much Sierra View.

You better ask somebody! The staff is the bestest, One of the staffers offered me his hand to hold and break...Just so I could calm my nerves. (I think I saw 3 tears in his eyes) They are ALL so gentle! They cater to the scary which makes you continue to come and complete your plan!
