Experiencia fantástica: For a family member, situation was implant over 15 years old and needed a cover for it. The dentist tried 3 covers and none fit. Then she on another day, researched on line and found compatible cover within a day. It worked! The over and above that was extended and determination was very much appreciated. I had a regular appt as I had switched from another dentist to South Corona Dental. I had x-rays and they did something new for me, a saliva swab; That was great; providing more info for the dentist I did a cleaning with a very kind hygienist, who explained all and used the newest and latest techniques, none of which was done by previous dentist; it was faster, precise and more thorougn. The team up front were very nice, willing to assist with questions and even setting up account. Thank you to the team at South Corona Dental

Everyone is so incredibly nice, welcoming, and understanding (I still am not a fan of the dentist in general as an adult lol) but everyone here has made it as painless as possible and improved my view of the dentist so much! I no longer am counting down the days till my next appointment with dread. I had to get a couple of fillings last time I came in and everything was done so fast and so gently I barely even noticed that they were working in my mouth or when they were done! Thank you guys for all of the hard work and always being so warm and friendly!!! You’re all appreciated so much!!

Experiencia negativa: I originally chose to go to this dental group due to the high ratings, but after my visit I have to say I agree more with those giving dissatisfied reviews. I agree the individuals working here are very nice! However they push procedures and it felt like they were trying to get me out of there with the highest bill possible. I was extremely overwhelmed and ended up declining everything but the root canal they said I needed (I recieved the root canal the same day they saw me which is honestly kind of a red flag in my opinion). Please if you choose this group, don’t feel obligated to agree to everything they suggest.

She's super gentle with everything she does, which makes a huge difference, especially for us. You can tell she really pays attention to what you need, and she's genuinely kind and sweet. She gets things done efficiently without ever making you feel rushed. It's just smooth sailing whenever she's cleaning our teeth. Honestly, I couldn't recommend her enough. Experiencia negativa: Be very careful when paying your bill. South Corona Dental Group overcharged my family member. When they gave them the bill they trusted it was correct and paid it. When my family member called the insurance to verify they paid the correct amount the insurance rep told them they were overcharged more than $1500. They said the dental hygienist was helpful and friendly and the dentist did an adequate job. *I am posting on my family members behalf because they asked me to as they do not know how to leave google reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a toothache and I had not seen a dentist in over 3 years. I went in for a checkup and they explained me how the condition of my mouth was. They informed me about how my mouth is connected to other medical conditions I have and it all makes sense. I needed a tooth pulled after which I realized how normal my mouth feels. My headaches and the heaviness I had in my jaw is now all gone. I am actually quite surprised at the few negative reviews this office has. Everyone at the office is kind and takes the time to explain things. Dentistry can be expensive but they went over alternatives and also helped me woth payment plans. If you want things done right, give South Dental Group a chance!

Experiencia negativa: Writing a review here in the hope that someone finds this and takes caution. South Corona Dental Group will ask you to sign on a procedure *while* you are in the dentists chair, and will not move forward before you sign. While you are sitting there, they will attempt to push you for a procedure you did not initially come here for, and some may feel pressured to proceed because these are professionals! They should know! But in fact, I do not need inlays, and despite the doctor I insist on coming here *four* times a year with apparently bad teeth, I got the deep sense that the professionals here were more focused on pushing procedures on me than helping. I don't knock them for that -- people are trying to make money, after all. Instead, one star for not asking me what my brushing habits were on my initial visit and *immediately* jumping into needing inlays (ironically, I delayed my initial visit because I was afraid of cost.) One star also for taking pictures of my teeth via X-Ray and some expensive photographic procedure but going over with me neither of them. It would be so easy to show me my teeth! There's a screen right in front of you! But I suppose they take those photos for fun?

It was quite amazing when you consider what needed to be done. I can’t recommend a dental office higher. Bonnie did a great job with the financial part and the rest of the ladies are fun and highly competent at what they do. It’s a pleasant experience at South Corona Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a bad toothache for weeks. I went to other dentists in the area and none of them could get me out of pain. I came to South Corona, not only did they identify why it was hurting, but treated me the same day with a root canal. I saw Dr Dayley who was so quick and made the procedure so painless. Then I saw Dr Kadakia, who finished the procedure with a same day crown. They have the best technology and are able to see patients same day, while so many other dental offices were making me wait for weeks.

Went back and forth over 3 weeks trying to figure out the actual cost of procedures I needed done and they consistently wanted to charge me for things my insurance covered, even after speaking directly with my insurance. The customer service person through my insurance literally gave me the advice to go to another office because South Corona was insisting on limitations that did not exist just so they could make more money, meanwhile I've gone 3 weeks in pain without treatment which will now be even longer because I have to find a new dental group. A joke of an office, greedy and also incompetent:)

I needed to see a specialist for a root canal. They did a procedure to get me out of pain immediately! They are some of the most understanding group of people. Bonnie the office manager is very thorough and caring. The rest of the girls in the front office also greet every patient kindly when they walk in. The helpers in the back also look like they've been doing this a very long time. Both the dentists, Dr Tharani is such a sweet doctor. She explained the procedure very thoroughly and did not rush at all. One of my friend got something similar done at another place and her cost was way higher than what South corona dental quoted me. Thank you so much for everything.

I came in with a broken bridge seeking help, but was met with a lazy staff, a rude manager, and an outrageous $11,000 estimate for two teeth and a single crown. Another provider quoted me half the price and offered a fair payment plan, while your office showed no willingness to help or offer solutions. Even basic care was neglected—my old bridge wasn’t cleaned before being glued back in, and I was rushed out the door. When I mentioned your low Yelp ratings, the manager flat-out said she “doesn’t care about Yelp,” which explains the poor service I received. When management doesn’t value professionalism, compassion, or patient experience, it trickles down to the staff. Unfortunately, that’s exactly what’s happening at your office.

No warning, no explanation, and nothing was mentioned during the visit. If you’re considering this place, just know what you’re told up front might not match what ends up on your bill. That kind of surprise isn’t just frustrating — it’s unacceptable.

They have a sign offering 100 dollar raffle for five star reviews-not a good sign to me. After being here for years, I have had enough with the pushy sales. Doing half mouth cleanings for insurance billing(another appointment and billing for the other half), constant upselling to worthless products, the pushing of laser treatments that have no shown value. I would not recommend this business. I left because of my dissatisfaction. I just had enough. Everyone needs to make money, but customer service matters.

They were so patient and kind to her and even let her watch the video of her favorite pastor every time she gets a cleaning or dental work.

Experiencia positiva: UPDATED - The dental office gave me a call and we discussed all of the concerns I listed below. I appreciate that they took the time and put in the effort to discuss the concerns I had with my last visit. The individual that called was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. I wanted to update my review to reflect my appreciation. I have been going to this dental office for years, but my last visit was an overall negative experience. The staff members are individually nice people, nobody was rude or mean, it was the overall process that made the experience poor. It took 6 hours to complete a cleaning and 2 fillings, and several staff members to figure out how to finish the procedure. The biggest issue I had though was that my full range of options were not provided to me. The only option I was given was the one that wasn’t covered by my insurance. Meanwhile I had a second option that was completely covered by my insurance but was not shared with me. I’m more than happy to have a recommendation for a better option, but failing to even let the customer know there is an alternative is disappointing.

Experiencia negativa: I used to go to this dentist as a kid but stopped because I constantly felt manipulated and pressured. I know several people who are/were customers of South Corona dental and no one that I know has ever had a good experience. I’ve heard many stories of lying, telling half-truths, and giving misinformation to try and make more money. I experienced these things myself as well. I’m sad to say that I believe they are primarily interested in making as much money as possible and I don’t think they are an ethical group. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I personally will avoid it at all cost.

Experiencia negativa: Went in as new patient to get cleaning, but ended up getting up sell for service I do not necessarily need. They claimed that I have calculus built up but the xray does not show this. On top of that, i was refused to do a general cleaning. Another up sell they try to do is to sell me electric toothbrush. I wish they would just focus on the patient’s needs rather than trying to constantly make money out them. I was really disappointed on how this business is run. The staff are nice though. Im pretty sure they were just doing what they were told.
