Experiencia negativa: Do not recommend. they tried to pressure me to have my 12 year old son get 3 root canals! took him for 2nd opinion and confirmed he didnt need any root canalcs. its all about money. dont let them upsell you. root canals are not healthy

Experiencia negativa: If the person that I dealt with on the phone to reschedule my first appointment is like the rest of your staff, I will not be very happy. I left a voicemail on Monday night to give a heads up that I would need to reschedule due to being sick. I just called the office to reschedule and spoke with a girl named Nudia. Rude from the get-go. She said that she had spoken to me this morning and had rescheduled already. I never spoke with anyone!!! When I said that, I got a very condescending “uh-huh”. She kept insisting that I had already reschedule…wth!! So I finally say reschedule for next week but with Dr Tran. She then tells me that I can’t schedule with a specific dentist- I just have to take whoever I get. I stated that is absolutely NOT what they told me when I scheduled my appointment the first time. I finally said I will call back another time and hope to get a different person. I have heard nothing but good about your office but this just totally ruined it

The lady that sits at the front desk, came in the back room and started giving me different quotes different prices when I asked her how she knew so much about the procedures that needed to be done. I asked her if she was a dentist or if she was a dental assistant. Because she knew so much She said no, she is just a receptionist So when I asked her how a receptionist knew She had no response When I asked to speak to an office manager, they said that they don’t have one When I asked to speak to the doctor, the doctor The doctor told me that my teeth are fine and I didn’t need those procedures done so if I didn’t ask questions they would have All of those fees, so please beware and ask questions

Experiencia negativa: It was the worst experience I ever had with a dentist They are not worried about the customer They don’t have a dentist on staff Do you have different dentist that come in at different times? The office manager Is only concerned About charging a whole bunch of fees I’m not worried about the money They almost killed my kid They didn’t tell the surgeon that he’s on seizure medication and he was going to put him to sleep without telling the doctor what kind of medicine he’s on so they’re not talking to each other and not communicating with each other. They almost put my son‘s life at risk so please if you have children and you are going to visit this dentist office please beware

The dental assistant on the other hand was kind of rude after she looked into my mouth and said “EEW!” It’s reactions like these that make me not want to go to the dentist. Even though most of my procedures were covered by my insurance The extra procedures that were they were forcing, and that I couldn’t afford made me feel bad also.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor are good but the office people are rude, they don’t give you a receipt for your payment. They close from 12 to 1 . They give you an appointment during lunch to make you comeback . It is the worst customer service I have seen . When asking for my receipt for the last 3 day , they said they are really busy, etc and that they will try. I will complaint to the dentist association because it is illegal not to give receipts.

All of the staff were kind and understanding and the dentists had explained/showed the cavities I had and how they would proceed. I then, same day got my gums numbed and cavities removed and filled since they weren't that big and the experience was phenomenal. They were very kind, helpful and informative. I Would 100% Highly Recommend !

I had cavities, root canal, wisdom tooth extractions. It was all fixed within a reasonable time. My next major procedure will be a tooth extraction and an implant as well as a braces. No complaints with the dentists I have encountered so far.

Experiencia negativa: This place will look you in your eyes and tell you that you have 6 plus cavities and need a root canal when another place says that you have no cavities. Plus they take like an hour to get you into a room. Then you sit in the room and wait another hour. Now I go to TJ and have no regrets. Oh yeah and I had a root canal done on the same tooth twice and got it got infected twice. They paid for it because they realized it was their fault. Although they tried to scam me and get me to pay for it first.

Experiencia negativa: I do NOT recommend. When you call to make an appt. You tell them what you are doing and what you need. Then you get there and they want more info, more paperwork. If they could just get their act together send you a link to fill out and a list of what you need to bring it would really make it all go much smoother. It shouldnt be that hard in 2024. It was my third time, once in Corona, twice in Eastvale. The receptionist in Eastvale is super rude, the most unfriendly person. I won’t go back again. 3 strikes you are out! I can’t keep leaving work to try again! Just go somewhere else honestly!

She makes my teeth & gums sooo happy!!! I've had a few hygienists over the years, some cool and others not so much. But Katrina she’s a VIBE alllll by herself! The care she provides, the gentleness IN HER TOUCH and her services she provides.. simply unmatched!!! I highly recommend any services from Ms. Katrina!! I also appreciate the friendliness from the front desk staff towards me and my partner (Big Daddy) . Ms. Ericka is the BEST!!

Experiencia negativa: Where do I start! I came in twice. Once for a cleaning and another time to get a filling. BOTH TIMES I had to request them to change the dental tools because of contamination. The office girl places my file all over the tray of tools. And one of the assistants was setting up without gloves on. Then I brought it to their attention they were very rude and dismissive about it saying that it was “how they do things” now I need to go back to get my filling adjusted because i can’t even floss the tooth that got fixed. Please do you research and find somewhere that more hygienic.

Experiencia negativa: Update: I decided to give them a second chance. That was a mistake. They had scheduled my son for a follow up on 8-20 at 5 pm. The receptionist was really rude. Apparently they didn’t enter my son’s appointment on their system. She said “we don’t schedule people this late in the day for fillings. You sure it was this office? You see here? This whole time is blocked off.” She was pointing to her computer screen. So I was forced to drive home and return with my son’s appointment card. They eventually took my son in but the receptionist never apologized. I took my sons for a check up and cleaning. One appointment was in the morning and the other one was in the afternoon. The first appointment was almost an hour and a half and my other son’s appointment was almost 2 hours. They also put on way too much sealant on both of my sons’ teeth. They both had to brush their teeth and water pick the excess off when we got home.

I got X-rays done, the lady was extremely nice and patient and the equipment was high tech and clean! My general dentist Hanh was amazing she went over everything with my teeth and was very explanatory! My hygienist, Katrina was awesome! She cleaned my teeth and did lazer treatment to help my gingivitis! Erika the Manager gave me the breakdown of all the pricing, she was very understanding of my financials and made everything very easy for me to afford!! I’m so happy I found this dental office!

Experiencia positiva: The visit was great, the only concern I have is when I booked the appointment I explained I needed Sedation Dentistry if I was in need of a root canal or anything more than just a simple cleaning or small cavity filling. I was told that was not a problem. The office I went to does not offer anything of the sort . I do require a root canal, and will have to find another Dentist within my Insurance network.

Was nervous at first but he made me feel so comfortable and safe that i even felt asleep while getting my procedure done. Walking in Erika greeted me and made me feel welcome, answered all my billing/insurance questions made me feel at ease. Seen Dr Tran for my crown and fillings she's so friendly, gentle and professional and her assistants 5/5 stars Angel and Leo verry efficient and caring. Experiencia negativa: Went here as a new patient due to an insurance change. They took over 15 X-rays. I was told I have 6 cavities and to get them filled asap. They told me I would have to pay out of pocket $1800 for the fillings because they used up the amount on my insurance for an exam and X-rays ... I had my X-rays sent to another dentist and was told that none of Bright Now's x-rays were readable. I just got out of a second opinion appointment from DDS Rentschler and Rhee (rated 5.0)....I DON'T have a single cavity. There is also a big difference in the atmosphere. At Bright Now it is silent besides the TVs. There's no interoffice friendliness with coldness to the patients. At Rentschler and Rhee it's filled with laughter and smiles. It cost me only $58 out of pocket for my xrays/exam vs. the $1800 Bright Now wanted me to pay. Will never be going back to Bright Now.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason why i gave one star is so i can give a review. I like to take that one star back and give them a zero. I have been going to this place for years and all they care about is your money. There work is not so good. They work on your teeth and the next year they have to pull it. I had a cavity in my front teeth instead of doing the cavity they put in veneers my insurance didn't pay for it because they didn't need to do that type of work so I was billed for the full amount. I have one tooth in my mouth that is higher then all my teeth and fatter then the rest my dentist told me it was ok. I don't feel ok with it and it's a different color then my other teeth. This dentist will call you at the end of the year and tell you, you still owe more money. One time they called twice a year and told my husband you still owe us money after we payed them in full every visit.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would, this dentist just wants to take your money, they tried to tell me I had 4 cavities and the cost was going to roughly $3,000 but failed to show me which teeth were becoming cavities. I went down to Long Beach dentist to get a second opinion and to my surprise I had 0 cavities! Anyways this place is nice, the workers are nice but they’re only looking to run your pockets dry, don’t be fooled, find a trusted dentist.

I went for a cleaning, and my hygienist Katrina was great - friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great bedside manner. I've been getting dental work done here for years, including some wisdom teeth removals, root canals, and crowns, and all the staff have been wonderful - I've never had any issues with the work they've done.

The doctor was great and Stacey was also wonderful and patient while taking my x-rays (I have a difficult time with those lol). Experiencia negativa: I went there many times to have my teeth cleaned. They always wanted to do extra unnecessary work. I was told that I had SEVEN cavities and ONE cracked tooth. They were pushing crowns. I knew better because nothing ever bothered me. ALL LIES.

Experiencia negativa: I just spent a very frustrating hour and 20 minutes at Bright Now - on October 26th I made the appointment and provided my dental insurance card. Today I went in for my appointment and was told there was a problem with getting through to my insurance. After waiting patiently, I called myself and got through to an agent. The agent verified that my dentist at Bright Now was in network, so while still on the phone, I asked what they needed for us to proceed. I was told that I just needed a copy of my coverage, which I requested and was emailed. I forwarded the email to Bright Now and asked again before disconnecting if there was anything else that we needed and was told no. After disconnecting, I was then told that they needed the percentages for the coverage. At this point, I left in frustration. I have never had this problem at any other dentist with the exact same insurance. I'm new to this area and will definitely be looking for a different dentist, or simply returning to my previous dentist in Orange County - it would have taken me less time today to drive there than it did to do all the leg work on my insurance only to still not be taken care of!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time at this office. The front office ladies were super nice and welcoming. Dr. Tran and her assistant Angel were amazing. I was a little nervous and they walked me through everything. They went over the treatment I needed step by step and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with them. Experiencia positiva: Nice people. They do not take cash. Waited 30 mins to find that out. Not very great on following through with insurrance. Took almost 6 months and multiple calls to get them to send the correct paperwork to the provider. I will be looking into a new location and dental group.

Experiencia negativa: Dentists have become the new car dealers. I just want to get a dental cleaning that is covered by my insurance. Oh no, they want 8000 dlls for all the services they can think of. No, I just want a dental cleaning!!
