Experiencia fantástica: The process was courteous & timely. He was in a chair within minutes of our arrival. All of our questions got answers & the overall experience was satisfying in every respect.

Experiencia negativa: I really wanted to like this office but I cannot get past the fact that the dentist thought it was a good idea to leave a minor piece of cavity in and then months later when my kid had an emergency they would not make arrangements to have him seen. I’ve never heard of a dental office not have an opening for emergencies. So when I find an office that can see him that morning they refuse to help out sending my child’s X-rays or dental notes. Two days later they have the audacity to call to schedule my other child for her surgery. Never going back.

They also made my children laugh and made them feel very comfortable. I love how they have the laughing gas to help the kids calm down. Also the movies in the rooms is perfect . Experiencia fantástica: I have brought my daughter and now son to dental kids club in Riverside and they have done the best in taking care of my kids dental needs. My daughter once had an abnormal growth where an urgent care Dr misdiagnosed her and I called her dentist the next day and they were able to see her and treat her that same day. As a parent we want our kids to be safe and feel safe and at dental kidz club the staff and everyone here always have a smile on their face and happy to see us. Thank you everyone for all that you do.

We Also Bring My Daughter Madeline & They Both Love It. Because Pf the Different Drawings Im The Rooms. The TV’s are a plus. And they get a new toothbrush at the end of their visits.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been coming to Dental Kidz Club since 2018. They are the best pedi dental in Riverside. Cleanings and dental work are done with patience’s and compassion, they work with my son and help calm him and get the dental work done quick.

Experiencia fantástica: Scarlett Cuevas loves coming to this location. She used to be so afraid of the dentist until she came here. She is happy to come in and do her routine checks up. Even though she has to get a small filling done later today she has no problem coming back and getting it done with a nice clean smile on her face. We do drive 30 min away from this location and we have one closer to home but the riverside location is the most comforting for her.

Experiencia fantástica: Super kid friendly. Staff is very amiable and will work with you. We were able to ask for a same day appointment change. The movies they play are always kid friendly. My son was very apprehensive about getting X-Rays done. The staff was very understanding and said your mom can see you from a very short distance. It made him feel less apprehensive and more willing to cooperate. He’s 8 years old. I also have 3 other kids that come to this dentistry. We have about 2 yrs coming. We live in Hemet, but the kids say they don’t want to change dentistry because they already know the staff and the best part is they get treats after a cleaning or a visit. I recommend this place a thousand percent.

From the girls in the front, to the girl doing Xrays, the cleaning and of course the Dr. The Dr is very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and was very sweet to my children! My daughter had work done and the Dr and her assistant were GREAT!!! My daughter felt no pain and they talked to her in a very reassuring voice the whole procedure. I highly recommend Dental Kidz Club, Riverside! I am very happy and proud to call them our Dental office!

My son is autistic and Eli made him safe and comfortable. He walked him through he whole process and even played his favorite music to help him relax. This joke of a place wanted to put silver teeth on my 2yr old front teeth! I took him to Childrens dental in Fontana for a second opinion. They treated him way better and no silver teeth! Dental Kidz club just wants your money! Do your kids a favor and don’t take them here.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter har to get some work done and get a root canal on a tooth they said was fine and then they decided to take it out.... they tied her down and the dentist was not sick a children's person just playing her part .Long story short the dentist didn't numb her right and she wouldn't stop her work when my daughter was screaming !! You can here my daughter say stop and she would continue until I told the dentist to please stop ! She they put her a bit more of numbing medication . This was the worst experience ever for my 4 years old daughter ! No way I'm ever going back again.

Experiencia negativa: I used to like this place but I dissatisfy their last service. They told my daughter’s teeth need to do filling. When we showed up for filling they said the cavity was too deep so they need to do root canal. I felt they put me and my daughter in the trap. Never come back there again and I will report.

At Dental Kidz the staff was so good with kids. MY son didn't cry, the staff made my son feel comfortable and we were able to get his check up done.

From the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere is very pleasant and welcoming. I thought it was a very special touch that they have the names of each individual that’s visiting the office that day. From the x-ray technician to the RDAs to the dentist the staff was amazing and patient. Dr.Cho was extremely pleasant sweet and caring. My son hasn’t been to the dentist in a very long time and had a fear of going but after meeting with this dentist He felt very comfortable and happy after his exam will recommend in the future

The reception staff is always pleasant, helpful and welcoming and well informed. The dental care staff is amazing they are quick, efficient, knowledgeable and most of all compassionate to the childrens need and fears awesome place I recommend it to everyone. -Side note, I have appreciated their delicate care of patients and parents during covid 19 they are careful clean and organized and as a parent of 4 it makes a difference in our comfort, safety and most importantly health during these times. Experiencia fantástica: Honestly I been taking my daughter here since Dentistry 4 Kids messed up her mouth about almost 4 years ago!! I really didn’t want to take her to another dentist again!! Then my daughters pediatrician recommended them so I gave them a try and been a loyal patient since. The staff is beyond amazing and I’m not one to just say things and sugar coat.I’m one who matches energy and everyone there has been so great to us. Experiencia negativa: First time costumer and never going back. Personally, the service from booking the appointment to entering the building was a great experience. I asked tons of questions prior to my Autistic daughters appointment. I wanted to make sure that they were able to attend to her. Over the phone i was told that they do sedation if needed be. I explained that i would need that for my daughter being that she doesn't allow herself to be seen. Upon entering the exam room, no sedation was offered prior to trying to get xrays of my daughters mouth. It wasn't until my daughter was already upset and crying that the dental assistant then offered to have my daughter on a bed strapped while they did her xrays and me waiting in the lobby. I rejected the idea right away, asked to be transferred out. it makes me extremely upset that non of the information i gave prior to the appointment was taken into consideration. It showed me lack of attention to detail. NOT ALL AUTISTIC CHILDREN ARE THE SAME. DO BETTER.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. They took care of all my concerns. Took awhile to get an appointment, but it’s understandable considering the covid situation. Definitely, worth the wait and the 40 minute drive it took me to get there.

Experiencia negativa: I will not be taking my 5 year old back, at the beginning xrays and cleaning went well then they daid my son has 3 cavities, i decided to let them do the treatment same day since he was doing so good then thats when it turned all bad they tied his arms and that just freaked him out and started crying his lungs out, i dont agree with them tying kids down now my son is terrified of the dentist, i stopped them from doing anything and she told him they can put him under i said thats a bigger NO, they have no sympathy for kids and this is suppose to be "kid" friendly? Never going back i will try another dentist office

They take extreme precautions which is great!!. Makes you feel safe and protected the whole time. The staff is really friendly and answers all your questions throughly. Dr. gives you all your options and her recommendations. I truly like this place for my 18 month old.
