Terrace Creek Dental Care: Kathryn Jagow, DDS

Experiencia fantástica: A very friendly environment offering excellent service; the staff truly cares about the patients' feelings. Dr. Jagow is incredibly dedicated， professional and patiently explains the treatment plan. Thank you to the whole team—love you all!

Experiencia fantástica: All staff are always friendly and have clear communication. Genuinely a terrific place

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience at Terrace Creek Dental Care. The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in. The receptionist was very welcoming, the assistants were kind and professional, and Dr. Katherine Jagow was very attentive and caring throughout the appointment. The whole team made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Every aspect of my experience with Dr Jagow and all her associates was excellent from start to finish. My appointment was smooth and simple as was the billing process and most of all the gentle and professional care that I received.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only had 2 appointments here, but this place has been a total 180 experience from the dentistry I was attending my whole life. The staff here are amazingly friendly, they talk to you like they know you and are so welcoming. The hygienists always ask if you’re comfortable, and offer to accommodate to any sensitivities (as much as they can.) They’re very great about addressing anything that you could do to better your dental health, and don’t make you feel obligated to make any decisions. I highly recommend this dentist for anybody. ALL staff here are extremely friendly, and as someone who used to have to build up the courage and endure pain in every one of my dental cleanings, I no longer experience any anxiety when I have to go now. They’re gentle and make sure you’re okay!

Experiencia fantástica: The absolute best experience when it comes to dental care. I tend to ask a lot of questions to ease my anxiety and Alexa was amazing at filling that need. She was attentive, kind, and very personable. When it came to the work, Dr. Common was quick, gentle, and precise. I have a very gentle mouth the burns through the numbing super quick. I informed them of my mouth history at the beginning and let them know my status throughout with the pain level and they flexed immediately to make sure I was comfortable and okay. I might have some bad dental experiences in the past with other establishments, but this place is healing that fear mentality very quickly. Kinda excited for my next visit now! <3

Experiencia fantástica: I have been Dr. Jagow's patient for over a year now and I am very impressed by her gentle and patient-focused dental care and her friendly and efficient staff, especially my hygieneist Kaitlin Santos. Kaitlin not only does an amazing job cleaning my teeth, but also encourages me to take care of my health and have a happy long life... When I needed an emergency oral surgery during the first week of last December, Dr. Jagow and her entire team worked together effectively and arranged for the patient consultation and the surgery within a week. I'm grateful that I had a successful surgery and was able to travel according to the original plan. Thank you, Dr. Jagow and your entire team!!! Youfeng Shen

Experiencia fantástica: What an excellent experience, recently had a switch in dentists after a rough experience somewhere else and Kathryn was able to ease all of the past anxiety that I had and made sure I was comfortable! Plus the entire staff was much more pleasant to deal with than my previous experience elsewhere, I really enjoyed coming to this office and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you to all the girls working here they are 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: Went to my first visit the other week and it was wonderful! Everyone that I encountered was super friendly and helpful! They answered all my dental care questions and helped me feel at ease throughout the appointment :) Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Another pleasant experience at Terrace Creek Dental yesterday, having my teeth cleaned. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and always provide optimum dental care, that is quick, thorough, and relatively painless. Who could ask for anything more from a dentist! Highly recommended for all your dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had dental anxiety for years and avoiding going as much as possible. This is the first office that has made me feel truly comfortable and I haven’t totally dreaded going. Very grateful I found this team!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jagow has a very gentle manner and touch, while at the same time demonstrating her extensive knowledge and skill. She and her very capable staff work together like a well-oiled machine. Her patients get excellent care and sensible recommendations. I never feel pressured to have a particular treatment done. I highly recommend Terrace Creek Dental Care. The staff are very caring. They have squeezed me in to get emergency treatment when I’ve broken a tooth. So kind. All the hygienists are gentle yet very thorough. My teeth are in great shape with them looking after me!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional staff. The office was bright and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist I had today was excellent! She is the best one I have had so far! She was very gentle and extremely thorough with my cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're seeking competent and state of the art dental services Terrace Dental Care is top shelf.

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in yesterday for my routine cleaning, friendliness and professionalism followed me. Whether it was Penny at the front desk or Kaitlin as a hygienist or Dr. Marlett, the level of care, compassion and thoroughness was phenomenal. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is tired of having a less than stellar dental experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my cleaning done here and it was great. The staff are friendly, professional, and skilled. When I told them that I had cold sensitivity, they changed the water temperature so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. Overall a wonderful experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be coming back! Kaitlyn was great!

Experiencia fantástica: Terrace Creek Dental Care took such good care of me when I had dental emergency. They got me in quickly and they were all so kind and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Terrace Creek Dental has the most friendly, knowledgeable & trustworthy dentist/staff I have ever been too. This might be the closet you can get to “looking forward to the dentist” - I know and trust that I’m in good hands with Dr Jagow and her staff. She does a great job thoroughly explaining things so you can make educated decisions on your dental care & hygiene. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, a pleasant experience. At the dentist!!! Highly recommend. Designated parking is provided in the back and plentiful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr. Jagow for years now and have loved her and her staff. Everyone is always very friendly and welcoming. They always do their best to accommodate me when something comes up with my schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Updating my review after going to this dentist for over two years now. Always a great experience! After going to the same dentist for 25 years and with the pandemic occurring I decided it was time for a change. This dentist happens to be in walking distance from my home. From the moment I set up an initial appointment everyone was very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate this office because my opinion matters here and they are always asking how I am feeling and ensuring all my questions are asked. They have nice equipment that is more updated than my previous dentist. They are also very quick to start once you check in. I am happy to have become a new lifelong customer and I look forward to many years of cleanings and hopefully no more teeth issues going forward. The above review was written over a year ago. An update though while I am here. I still love this dentist. They recently moved to a new location (still in walking distance) and have brand new everything. I have never had a bad experience and everyone is so friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: Great doctor! I have been going there for a few years. Their new office is very modern, and has great parking. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff ! Been going there for years and never a problem.

Experiencia fantástica: During my new patient appointment today, I was warmly greeted and welcomed! The team was friendly and kind. The care I received after not being to the dentist for a long time was wonderful. Left me feeling more at ease to continue the proposed treatment plan and get into a healthier routine with my dental care. Thank you to the team at Terrace Creek Dental Care!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved my experience at Terrace Creek Dental. The front desk is very organized. Getting my Xrays done was painless and easy. Dr Jagow was thorough and attentive. Everyone walked me carefully through all the financial and dental procedures. I’m glad to be a patient there.

Experiencia positiva: The folks were all very kind and professional. Great exsperance.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at Jagow’s clinic for many years, and have always had a great experience. The hygienists are friendly and clean your teeth thoroughly. Plus, they almost always bring you back and start working on you right at your appointment time. The new clinic is bright and clean; however, I enjoyed some of the natural lighting that the previous location offered.

Experiencia fantástica: This dentist is the best. They are super friendly and always willing to explain things to you that you don't understand.

Experiencia fantástica: Terrace Creek Dental Care was amazing! The staff was so kind and helpful, and the office was super clean and professional. The dentist was gentle and made me feel completely at ease. Best dental visit I’ve had in a long time

Experiencia fantástica: Today I had a cleaning appointment. The dental assistant and the dentist both did an excellent and thorough job, taking care not to poke the tender areas. I look forward to upcoming visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Jagow treated me so kindly today for my cleaning and evaluation. She knew I was leaving the country and we spoke of my travels and one mouth concern. I heard she will have her team to a picnic at her home and that explains how they became such a great example of Teamwork. They know each other and clearly like each other. Wonderful! My Uncle was my dentist and then Dr Jagow and she will be mine forever. I will work around my travel to always be her client. Thank you to her and the whole staff. This is the best that can be found and I feel very grateful for their professionalism and customer care. Sincerely, Jean Iannelli Craciun

Experiencia fantástica: I loved it at Terrace Creek Dental Care. I was a new patient to the practice and they made me feel like we were old friends. I would definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is amazing. Incredibly friendly and made me feel very at ease. Beautiful office too!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience very professional and caring dentist and staff. Thank you Dr. Marlett and team!

Experiencia negativa: I came in for a cleaning and I was on time and this guy said come on back and he never introduced himself and I thought he was the hygienist but he was just a helper and he started doing polishing and x-rays and then the other doctor came in, did not introduced herself either. I thought he was the hygienist, but she was the other main doctor, but she did not introduced herself either until afterward and they kept asking do you have any questions for me at least five times and I did and I told him my problem was and he said again do you have any more questions for me and it for now and it was just a little weird but they did not set up a next appointment so I’m not coming back with her because it was a weird experience and it was really awkward and I’m going somewhere else

Experiencia fantástica: Nice new office with modern tech! Went in for a cleaning, the dental hygienist was very friendly and walk me through the process so that I would feel comfortable! They found a couple cavities that were on my radar and the prices seem very competitive! The dentist was very friendly and professional! Happy with my new spot!

Experiencia positiva: The dental techs were great. The dentist, well, I've never had a dentist who never examined my teeth, so this was a new experience

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a check up for my toddler and everyone was super patient and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: Had the best experience with a cleaning yesterday. I expressed my anxiety over dental work and was greeted with kind words and useful tools like headphones, a stress ball and lighter vibration on the cleaning too.

Experiencia fantástica: Every person I have come in contact with has been kind, and professional. My dental needs have been met with compassion and skill. I know I'm in good hands with Dr.Jagow ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service. I think k Catherine helped me so patient and caring.

Experiencia positiva: New, clean, and straight forward. Would be 5 star but they are nice to the point it's too much. I'm sure that will get better as they become more established.

Experiencia fantástica: Today my hygienist was great and my dentist was fabulous. Thank you so much for everything and for your personal touch on my behalf.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing experience here. I was scared to go to a new dentist, but it was so quick and easy. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, clean, organized….can’t wait to go back for my following appointment for deep cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Terrace Creek Dental, my first visit there, I hadn’t been to a dentist in a couple of years. Dr Jagow was very professional and Lisa, the hygienist, was also very thorough and both very sweet and with no judgement of my lapse in time. The front office was also very nice. I will be referring my friends and family to this Dental office. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa is the best dental hygienist! My teeth feel amazing after my appointment with her this week. Thank you, Lisa!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the office for the first time yesterday. Everyone was so friendly from the appointment, the chair to checkout. Every part of that appointment was a good experience. Dr Jagow and her staff are very professional and good at their jobs. Missy was my hygienist and she was very gentle and good at explaining things every step of the way. Dr Jagow is very personable and clearly good at her practice. I have had bad experiences with dentists recommending unneeded procedures and more focused on using their patients to make a buck than caring for me as a person. She definitely is not like that at all. I felt like she truly cared about my dental health and took the time to explain everything to me that I need to do to take care of my teeth. I am so glad I found her!

Experiencia fantástica: Walked in for my 1st appointment as a new customer, and walked out very pleased with their professionalism. They caught issues my former dentist missed. They are not pushy about costly procedures. I'm glad I found this dentist.

If you are looking for professional and nonjudgmental care in Mountlake Terrace I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend this office! Everyone here is so welcoming and friendly. You can tell this office has great team dynamics. Brand new so very clean! I had to get some dental work done. They were very gentle and did a great job. I also took my 5yr old for her first cleaning. She was very nervous walking in. But when we were walking back to the car she asked “ when do we get to go back and use the silly straw”. Made it a fun and great first experience for her!

Experiencia fantástica: Ive been going for years and have always had a great experience. Plus my teeth are so much healthier!

The front office was kind and helpful as well. I am so happy to find Dr. Jagow. The entire staff is so kind. Best of all, my dental work is amazing. I had a bridge to replace a missing tooth and the whole process was wonderful. They matched my tooth color perfectly. The bite is perfect. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life, and have anxiety when visiting the dentist. Thank you Dr. Jagow and the entire staff for making me comfortable.
