Experiencia fantástica: Been coming here for 4 years now. I've luckily only needed cleanings and nothing more. I've talked to Jarrett for no more than 2 minutes for each appointment. He's trustworthy. I take his advice/answers when he gives it. I have 12 fillings from childhood and I'm happy to have him looking after them. Google said they'd need to be replaced soon, but Jarrett said that they can last a life time under the right conditions. That's when I knew I could trust him. The dental assistants are great too. I've had 4 great cleanings and 1 not so thorough (didn't get all my stains out. My teeth are prone to lots of stains. And she painted flouride that was meant for kids (she apologized. I rubbed it off before leaving.)). The most recent 2 (Jordan and Olivia) were really great though. So I assume the one that didn't do so great might not be there anymore. She was still a nice person so I wouldn't care too much if I got her again. Receptionist is kind and wonderful too. I'll keep going here.

And… I am SO glad I did. I get some dental anxiety and that was one of the first things addressed when I sat in the chair and what that looks like and how they could make me feel comfortable. My hygienist, Shelby, was friendly, personable and so efficient/knowledgeable and walked me through everything she did. When Dr. Jarrett saw me, he was all of those things too! I have gum recession and sensitive roots in many places so the hygienist applies a topical anesthetic so that I have no pain and so that she can do a good cleaning and evaluation. I’ve been going to this office for several years and they are a great combination of thorough and professional with a friendly, small family business vibe.

Experiencia fantástica: 2018: I had initially gone to Dr. Jarrett to get a second opinion, but by the end of the visit I decided to make him my new dentist. My visit began with a very thorough exam and cleaning by Michelle, one of his hygienists. While she worked, she explained what she was doing, cheerfully answered my questions, gave me a number of helpful tips on caring for my teeth, and was attentive to the level of discomfort I might be feeling (this last no small thing for me). Dr. Jarrett then reviewed her findings, performed his own exam, and decided that the expensive procedure I had been recommended wasn't necessary at this point. On my way out, I signed up for his in-house dental insurance plan, which should save me money going forward. Dr. Jarrett, and his team, had been enthusiastically recommended to me by one of his patients—a retired dental hygienist herself. I would second her recommendation. 6 months later... Just had my second visit, this time for a routine cleaning & exam, and I can still enthusiastically recommend this practice. Michelle did a thorough job cleaning and examining my teeth, answered my questions, and gave me more good advice on caring for my teeth. Dr. Jarrett then did his own careful exam. The exam & cleaning were completely covered by their in-house dental plan I had bought last time. 2021 Dec... I continue to appreciate the dental care I get at Dr. Jarrett's. His hygienists always do a thorough job, and answer any questions I have about my teeth or dental care. Dr. Jarrett himself is easy to talk to, and has the same thoroughness and attention to detail as his staff. Everybody in the office is cheerful and helpful. Recommended. 2025: Still recommended. Still 5-star dental service.

I appreciated that Dr. Jarrett was not able to just glue it back in ... aesthetically it might have worked but from a clinical standpoint, it was not a solution, so a new filling will replace this. My kidadults can be a little nervous about the dentist (and let’s be honest, not always the best at keeping up with their dental care), but he’s been so kind and patient with them. When one of them had a dental emergency, Dr. Jarrett actually came in on the weekend to help — that kind of care is hard to find these days. His team also helped me find an endodontist right away when I was in a lot of pain, which I really appreciated. They truly go above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about this office!

The entire staff as well as Dr. Jarrett have been very helpful evaluating what needs to be done to both my husband and myself and how our Medicare Advantage dental insurance will and won't help with the cost. They were all very patient and super-informative, and we have continued to be happy return patients.

Experiencia negativa: This would be a zero star if I could as I had the worst experience at this office. I am so GLAD that I am not a patient there, Stacey and Kari are the worse. They do not trat new patients really well and when they tell you a cleaing and r-rays are going to be almost $500 that day and not before.. well, my mom cancelled her appointment. The cost could have been in one of the 16 texts I got from Stacey. Then, I get a nasty email from Kari telling me that I am not welcomed there, and that she was just doing a courtesy visit but the established patients come fist. There was 2 of us and kari stated we wasted 3 hous, 90 minutes each but we had the same time so actually only 90 minutes. Did she stip to think about that maybe with all the texts from Stacey, that it took time for me to read them when I was at work? I thank GOD for them showing me that with my gut feeling that I should not go there. With noting stated to me from last August when I scheduled the appt to Jan 11, 2024, Nothing was stated to me about cost, cancelations or anything expect they were behind because of covid. In the following email you will see that Kari stated they were so busy that they have a wait list... Statcey stated it was because of Covid. Maybe they shouolod get on the same page so they both say the same lie. Enjoy your visit.. oh, one other thing... Stacey told me that my prior dentist, after 3 times of reaching out, did not send my records to them. I reached out to the that dentist and she had sent them via certified mail. Statcey signed for them. Yes I am going back to that denist (they are just a bit far for appts with my mom and work) as since my mom is 88 and can't offord $500 for a cleaning and works with her. "I am Dr Jarrett's office manager and have been informed about the cancellation of today's appointments at the time of service. >>Our appointments are very valuable and highly sought after, so much so that we have a wait list<<. You both were scheduled for a total of 3 hours, 90-minutes each. We are actually not taking on new patients at this time, however we decided to accept you when you called as a courtesy. Because of today, I have canceled the upcoming scheduled April appointment. I recommend searching Yelp, Google, or other methods to find a new dentist near you." So, there you have it.If you are thinking about going here, please checkout other dentists first. I love this, "You both were scheduled for a total of 3 hours, 90-minutes each." I say screw this place, well Kari and Stacey as you will never get the same answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My 2 neighbors did warn me. One is leaving now.
