Alicia & Dr. C took the time to explain every step of the examination & treatment, answering all of my questions with patience. Alicia made sure I felt completely at ease throughout the procedure. What could have been a stressful appointment turned into a positive experience with their gentle approach & genuine concern for my comfort. This office is spotless, modern and equipped with the latest technology which provides confidence in the quality of care one receives. Everyone of the staff are caring, respectful and helpful which creates a seamless, efficient and caring atmosphere. Experiencia fantástica: I visited Juanita Family Dentistry for the first time last week and had a great experience. The front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcomed right away. Sophia, my hygienist, was of the best I have seen. Dr Chelsea did my exam and was extremely thorough. And took the time to explain things to me. I booked my next appointment and I'm actually looking forward to my next dental visit (you don't hear that very often :) Thank you Dr Chelsea and team for going above and beyond.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for routine cleaning yesterday. However, they started polishing first, which was not the usual cleaning sequence. Then Dr Chelsea came in and did a bit of cleaning, which was quick, rough and painful. She tried to persuaded me to have my wisdom teeth pulled out (they are totally fine, just a bit hard to clean), and used my age as an argument. She also requested that I fill some minor stains which are not even sensitive. After I got home, I realized she also (accidentally?) removed a bonding at the root of one of my molars put there by my previous dentist to protect the exposed root. So now that root is sensitive and painful again and I need to see a dentist to have it fixed.

Experiencia negativa: My dentist left (Tiffany) and I didn't know until I went in for my appointment. Seeing reviews now of similar experiences. Not sure if just a coincidence but the vibes were off too. Cleaning was more painful and splashy and the hygienist was very curt with me. Dentist only looked at my teeth for literally less than <30 sec even though it was the first time we had met. The last hygienist who applied the fluoride didn't give me instructions on how long to wait before eating next. And before this they always offered me toothpaste/toothbrush type freebies but this time nothing. They did offer me water though which was very nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chelsea and her team are the best! I first started seeing her years ago and had extreme dental anxiety from previous negative experiences. She was so calm and comforting. I had to have a lot of old school Mercury fillings replaced and she was so gentle that I fell asleep during one of my appointments. I get so many compliments on my teeth because of Juanita Family Dentist. 10/10 recommend. PS I live in AZ now and still fly back up for my appointments because they’re that worth it :)

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience at Juanita Family Dentistry earlier this week. I arrived for my 6-month exam/cleaning expecting to see my regular dentist, Dr. Tiffany Go, only to be informed halfway through my cleaning that she had left the practice and I would be seeing someone else today. While both the hygienist and the new dentist were kind and professional, the lack of communication about such a major change was really frustrating. Patients build relationships with their providers and being notified in advance of a provider’s departure is basic courtesy. Finding out mid-appointment very much felt like a bait and switch (especially after learning Dr. Go left months ago). I hope this practice improves its communication so other patients are informed of provider changes prior to their appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chelsea is amazing! I had an incident this past May where I cracked one of my front teeth. Unfortunately the filling fell out this morning, and the team was able to get me scheduled and my tooth fixed within a few hours! It looks perfect!

Experiencia negativa: ‐----------------------------------------------- This is an update as of 12/22/25. I do not recommend this office at all. Dr Tiffany Go has moved practices the quality and integrity of this office left with her. When I saw Dr Chelaea for the first time on 12/22/25. I was unaware Dr. Tiffany left so they "tricked" me into seeing Dr Chelsea. I was recommended a crown replacement costing me around $700. I felt like the rug was pulled out from me + that was an expensive service. I JUST saw Dr Tiffany Go today 1/20/26. I needed x4 fillings. Not 1 crown. Cost me $175 for x3 of those fillings vs a $700 crown replacement. Good try Dr Chelsea in overcharging me for the wrong service!! I also found out Dr Tiffany Go wrote a good bye/ thank you letter to her patients that you never passed along to us. Slimy!!!! Stay away from this spot. So happy I was able to find where Dr Tiffany Go went to

I've called twice during business hours and both times it went to voicemail. My request for my own medical information has been slow. The specialist office also mentioned that they called twice to try and get the xrays.

Dr. Chelsea was amazing, the communication and explanation from everyone (from financial aspects to the actual dental work) was above and beyond, and I could tell the all of the staff cared. I do not have great reactions to dental work and they were very understanding and helpful to make sure my work got done with the least amount of stress and pain possible. Experiencia negativa: While the team is friendly and surgery clean I don’t believe they really have any interest in trying to save your teeth. They did 2 extractions, which I now realize didn’t necessarily need to be taken out, could have been saved by my new specialist dentist by rebuilding them! All they wanted was to make $$ with surgery, tests and implants-please think twice or get a second opinion. Hygienists are ok.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Chelsea Mortell Petisme .. she is whip smart and reasonable with her fees. I have been through 2 different hygienists here, both I loved and both moved and today I saw Sophie. She was so thorough and gentle and I had a very positive experience. She coaxed me into trying the ultrasonic scaler, which I had bad experiences with in the past. It was great..she used a low setting and I handled it fine. I love this office. Chelsea doesn’t over recommend treatments and is supportive if you can’t afford to schedule immediately. I have been with this office for over 10 yrs and I’m very happy with the care and patience they have given me.

Experiencia negativa: They claim to be providing emergency dental services and I booked an appointment for 9:30 AM for next day. Despite having an appointment confirmation email via zocdoc, the team called me saying that they can't accomodate appointment and asked me to move to tomorrow. The staff had to no regards for customer problem or the pain my mother was having. The arrogant staff did not entertain any of my queries and instead kept asking whether I would take day after tomorrow appointment or not. I asked them fine you can't accomodate but would you also take this moment to fix your appointment system, to which they turn a deaf ear. Whoever was on front desk from their side, her behavior should be looked into and she should be retrained on how to talk to customer. Arrogance is not good for customer service. can't go lower than 1 star. I do not expect them to reach out me. Note that your sorries and apologies are not helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Lots of waiting. Never the same hygienists twice. It seems like they overbooked their time a bit and hurry up to squeeze more clients in than they should. And not just once.

Experiencia negativa: I received a call from Juanita because I hadn’t been to the dentist in years (I know, I know). I was a little embarrassed, but they mentioned they had an opening, and since I was going to be in town that weekend, I rearranged my schedule to get a cleaning. I usually see Dr. Tiffany and specifically asked if she would be my dentist. They even offered me a different time to make sure she was available. When I arrived, the front desk staff did not seem welcoming, which already set the tone. The hygienist who helped me was very kind and thorough, and I was happy with my cleaning overall. However, when it came time to see the dentist, I was surprised when Dr. Chelsea walked in. I had asked for Dr. Tiffany, but apparently her last day was the previous Thursday. This was not communicated to me at the time of scheduling, which made things feel very awkward and disappointing—especially since I went out of my way to confirm she would be there. My mom, who was with me, also noticed that the front desk staff was rude. While I appreciated the hygienist’s care, the lack of communication and the front desk experience left a bad impression. Because of this, I most likely will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was communicative and calm, There were multiple equipment dysfunctions, and I’m unsure whether it was due to poor maintenance or the staff themselves however, between the x-rays and cleaning, I came home with a piece of my front tooth missing!

Experiencia fantástica: My experiences with JFD have been above and beyond. I thought dentists were all the same, just different locations. Nope. On my first visit (7 months ago), Dr. Tiffany found root resorption and a cracked crown, something my previous dentist of some 15 years failed to catch. So, yeah, because I prefer to keep my chompers, Dr. Tiffany is a hero to me. That white coat double as a cape. There's something supernatural about her; her expertise shines every time she explains her planned procedures. This makes me feel safe and comfortable, knowing I'm in competent hands. Now, there's Bella...she is straight-up pure sunshine. I recently had to have my crown replaced, and it's a 3 hour procedure! With Bella, the time flew by with fun conversations and I didn't even realize that 2.5 hours had already passed. She makes you feel right at home from the start, as does the friendly front desk and finance staff. So, to conclude, I'm now a huge fan of this Dental Dynamic Duo, Dr. T and Bella. I might even start looking forward to going to the dentist. :-)

She also always takes the time to clearly explain each procedure and collaborates with her patients when creating a plan that may involve multiple steps. Additionally, the entire staff at JFD is warm, welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Bella who recently went the extra mile to troubleshoot my Invisalign app challenges over the phone on her day off! Also, thank you to Thi who not only did a great job on my cleaning today but gathered extra info for me, gave me good feedback and proactively scheduled my next 6 month cleaning appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to replace an old crown that was failing. Dr. Chelsea and her assistant Robin were awesome! It took about 3 hours total due to complications but they hung in there and got it done! Plus they make the crowns in site same day!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really great experience with my deep cleaning session with Rachelle. She explained everything in detail, helping me understand what deep pockets are and the meaning behind the numbers she mentioned. Her skills are excellent, and I would definitely recommend her and the entire office. Bella was also very helpful and spent about 30 minutes explaining my bone loss, the chart, and how to take care of it. I'm really thankful for her suggestion because now I know the specific areas I need to improve. I've visited many dental offices, but this is by far the best one.

Due to lack of dental work as a child, I've spent way too much of my adult life in dentist offices, so I have a lot of experiences to compare this practice with! I recently moved here from the east coast and had a dental issue. Due to being in network for my new insurance, I randomly picked Juanita Family Dental. In my almost 70 years, I can honestly say I've never had such good, professional care. They are state-of-the-art and the way the team works together, the care is excellent. I had two visits with Dr. Tiffany within one week and also received care from Siggy and Bella. The competence of these women and focus on education while making me feel comfortable turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience. Dr. Tiffany was so skilled and even my injection was hardly felt. I just can't say enough. I'll never go anywhere else, and my daughter is going to try to switch to them. What a nice welcome to the Pacific North West!!!

We had plans every day that week, so I was really unhappy when I broke part of my front tooth at the airport in Philadelphia (on the way to Seattle). I found Juanita Family Dentistry via Google during my flight (using airplane WiFi) and was able to schedule an appointment for that same day before we landed! When I arrived at JFD, everyone I encountered was helpful and extremely nice. But I want to thank 3 people in particular, and especially Dr. Chelsea. When she looked at my front tooth, she did not hesitate (not for one second) to tell me that she could fix everything that same day! This was a huge relief to me as I really need my smile for our family plans that week. She simply made everything happen, and with efficiency. Thank you so much, Dr. Chelsea!! The process I needed, entailed me getting a crown on my front tooth. The 2nd person I would like to thank, unfortunately, I do not know her name. But, I will just call her the "Tooth Fabrication Artist". She made me a tooth that was the exact match and the perfect color...all while I was right there waiting. Nobody in my family could tell the difference, not even my wife! Dr. Chelsea's Tooth Fabrication Artist is clearly VERY GOOD at her craft. I thank you very much! Last but definitely not least, is the person that was with me in the room for 90% of the time I spent in the chair at JFD. Again, unfortunately, I do not know her name but she was just the nicest person anyone could hope for, and very professional. After all of the time spent with me and work performed (and it was getting VERY LATE in the day), she did not hesitate to ensure the exact proper fit -- performing all of the grinding adjustments with that red film you bite down on -- making my new tooth fit completely perfectly and comfortably! Thank you so much for hanging in there and being so nice about everything...you are awesome! Dr. Chelsea & Team are very good at what they do, very professional and very caring. They also have all the best equipment and can do so many things in office, including having my permanent crown finished same day in office. I highly recommend this office!

The office was very lively as soon as I came in and Alex did a great job of checking me in and getting all of my information as a new patient. Maritsia was a very professional and efficient hygienist and Dr Tiffany was awesome! The treatment coordinator Vania was amazing and the best part of the whole experience! She was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding my options and insurance coverage for those items, I've never had anyone explain my options as well as she did. Overall it was a great experience, I really appreciate how efficient the visit was as well, I expected 2 hours as a new patient but it only took one hour and I don’t feel like anything was rushed and felt great leaving the office.

I got my teeth cleaned most recently by both Alicia and Siggy, they are such nice ladies. I left feeling brand new. I love the remodeling that’s been done in the last couple years, totally elevated the space. This is my home dentist and I wouldn’t want it any other way. Thank you Alicia and Siggy!! The front desk gal Alex, always greets me with a smile. I know some are afraid of the dentist but they will have your back.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about this practice!! I hadn't been to the dentist in many years due to lack of insurance and major anxiety. My first visit & cleaning was incredible - the entire staff is SO kind and welcoming. From check in to check out it was a perfect experience. The hygienist was amazing at explaining everything she was doing. I felt no pain (like I had from past cleaning experiences) but she checked in with me throughout the cleaning. Dr. Tiffany explained everything with the best bedside manner and was caring and comforting when I expressed my fears/anxieties. When I went in for a few fillings, my anxiety was even worse since it was my first time having that type of procedure. Porsche helped alleviate those fears right off the bat, and Dr. Tiffany again was just the best!! It was - and I can't believe I'm saying this - an enjoyable experience to have fillings done! Dr. Tiffany and Porsche explained the process well, it went by super fast, and I felt very well taken care of. I cannot recommend this place enough - I am so, so grateful I found this practice. If you want a practice that is honest but thoughtful & kind, and takes VERY good care of you, come here!!!

I simply cannot say enough about how wonderful Dr. Tiffany and staff (Porsche, Bella, Laura and Jasmin ) were to us! Update July 2024 Hubby and I have been happy clients of Juanita since my review and we just went back to get our crowns done. Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive about the procedure, since it is my first crown and now I feel silly. Dr Chelsea and Dr Tiffany are amazing and Porsche, Bella and Morresia were all so attentive and made what could be a stressful experience somewhere else, just easy for the both of us. In fact, everyone in the office are always SO kind, it is worth the trip every time, so I needed to update. Thank you Juanita!

They continually add technology over the years, that have only enhanced my care and reduced time spent in the chair. Experiences related to new procedures, repair of old work, cosmetic recommendations, and follow-up have been excellent. 5+ star. Along with the amazing providers the facilities are top notch and meticulously cared for as well.

Experiencia negativa: **Please avoid this place if you can!** I had a very unpleasant experience with this dental office over a year ago, which led me to stop using their services. Recently, I received a new bill claiming "unsettled" fees, saying I have to pay nearly 200 dollars for a regular clean service last year. After comparing my insurance EOB with their billing, I discovered the charges were completely incorrect and their tricks. Firstly, I used my in-network insurance, and the EOB clearly shows that services have discounted fees. However, the bill I received was for the original, undiscounted fee. The balance I need to pay on the bills is way more than what the EOB shows. Secondly, I only had a regular cleaning service back in the time, which my insurance should fully cover. However, they submitted the claim as "periodontal maintenance" plus some flouride treatment which I was not informed of until I received the bill.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at Juanita Family Dentistry for years now at the recommendation of a close friend. In addition to regular cleanings, I have had fillings and several crowns. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and professional - Dr. Chelsea, Deborah, Robin, Porsche, Kristen, Katie, Vania, Jazmin. Yesterday, I have a problem that needed immediate attention. I was offered a same day appointment and Deborah put me at ease and fixed my problem quickly. I highly recommend this office - a true five star experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chelsea and the team are really amazing! Always good vibes with great music and a colorful atmosphere which I really enjoy. Today I didn’t get seated until 20 min after my appointment time which is the first time I’ve never been sat right away so I didn’t mind waiting and it wasn’t insanely long but without even asking or mentioning it Dr. Chelsea gave me a Starbucks gift card as an apology for the wait time which was such a surprise and delight moment. Alesea helped me for the first time today and was super nice and did a great job. I will always be coming here as long as I live in the area!

Experiencia negativa: Seems this place tries to sell invisalign to everyone. They told me to do invisalign to fix my minor tooth chipping problem, and that is the first time ever in my life I heard I need invisalian. They also told my husband to do invisalign, but thing is he already did it couple years back. So my husband said he already did it, they said it's fine then. According to my husband, they didn't even explain to him why they said he needed invisalian in the first place! Feel like they push invisalign for no good reason. Is there some deal going on with the invisalign company or something? It sure feels like that. Other than that the service is ok. Not the best I have had though, doctors are in a rush, examination and cleaning are fairly fast comparing to other dental offices.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Dr Chelsey at Juanita Dental for years. They care about their patients, great at preventative care as well as when emergency appts arise they get you in immediately. Dr Chelsey, Hygienist, Dental Assistants, front office personnel treat you like family!

Experiencia positiva: I told them I was thinking about veneers they tried to sell me on something else and I tell them I’ll think about it. They tell me everything is 100% covered by my insurance, I literally asked twice. Months later they send me a bill after for $50 after I declined their sales pitch and maxing out my dental insurance (over $500) for a 1 hour teeth cleaning. I hope they respond to this and tell me they’re sorry.

Every appointment I've had here has been nothing but a great experience. I'm a patient of Dr. Tiffany and I couldn't ask for a better doctor to get treatment from. Dr. Tiffany has been nothing but very knowledgeable, patient, and truly gives the best, genuine patient care. I've never felt rushed with my appointments and all of my questions are always answered with Dr. Tiffany. All of the admin staff, hygienist and dental assistants are all very friendly and professional. At my visit today, Porsche was the one helping and I was so pleased with how patient and kind she is. She always makes sure to explain things thoroughly, will make sure i'm comfortable and she also always checks in and always offers me water at my visits! If you're someone that's looking for a new office to establish care at or transfer your care, I can truly say that Juanita Family Dentistry is the place to go!
