Experiencia fantástica: The office staff is extremely helpful and patient with all your questions. The hygienists are so gentle and understanding. And I have never had the dentist himself address my cost concerns before. Every other dentist I've been to they send in the money person. My last dentist mocked me for wanting nitrous, wish they didn't even offer by the way, saying that if I had a tattoo I should be able tolerate a dental procedure. I never went back to that place. We may be selling our home in the next year or two and we will stay in the area so that we don't have to change from this dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Dental Care at Midpoint for the first time and I had such a positive experience. I was greeted with smiling faces which made this appointment all the more memorable. I had little to no wait time. The dental assistant, Natalie was so sweet and went over and above. She was patient and informed. Even through the uncomfortable parts of the x-ray or any other diagnostic procedures, she made sure to check in with me throughout the process and answer any questions to the best of her ability. She even went out of her way to bring in Dr. C to reassure me and clarify any concerns. She made me feel comfortable. She is a wonderful addition to the Midpoint team. The hygienist, Tucker, was so funny and knowledgeable. I appreciate how both Natalie and Tucker represent how Midpoint is not like your typical dental practice. These employees make sure that your visit is not anxiety-inducing and you feel like you really know this, which is a special skill. I plan to revisit to get whitening and cleaning done, hopefully with Tucker and Natalie involved. I absolutely recommend the services available at Dental Care at Midpoint. They also have the cutest mascot ever!

Went to the checkout and was going to be overcharged for the exam based on old dental plan. I had just had my new card entered into the system before the exam. I had a higher cost for the cleaning even still based on Cigna dental estimates. ( after reminding staff of new plan) I will be careful with billing going forward.

I wanted them all done in one shot so it could be done quicker, they did it for me. They offered me financing to pay for it all, keep reading! I’ve had really bad dental experiences in the past, so I was extremely anxious going in. From the moment I sat down, they did everything possible to make me comfortable. They provide blankeys, headphones (you can bring your own or use theirs), music, and laughing gas if you need it. Let’s talk about what ACTUALLY makes this place so special. The people ❤️☀️ Ms. Luz, the dental assistant, was absolutely incredible. She stayed attentive the entire time, made sure I had everything I needed, and even helped me to the bathroom when I needed it after having laughing gas. Her compassion and patience meant the world to me. And trust me, but the time 6 hours went by and 6 teeth, we were all tired ❤️❤️ Dr. Raluca is truly one of a kind ❤️ I requested to have all 6 teeth done in one day, and she made time for me. We sat in that chair together for six hours, along with Ms. Luz, and I never once felt rushed, dismissed, or uncomfortable. Because of them, I can honestly say I’m no longer afraid of the dentist! After everything was done, I was able to hug my doctor and tell her how much I loved my experience, and I meant every word ❤️ I really believe the world is missing love in so many industries and communities, and you will absolutely find it here. Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment for a consultation. I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and filled out the new patient paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, Arian a dental assistant introduced herself and began the process. As she was screening me she explained what was going on and what to except. I then met with Serbian Cismarescu DMD. He was very friendly and after examining me he game me several options for different procedures and what he felt would be best for me. He answered all my questions and I proceeded with his recommendations. Everyone who assisted with the procedure were friendly and very knowledgeable and professional with their respective duties. I can’t say enough good things about Arian the doctor or his staff. I am now a new patient and would definitely recommend this practice for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a root canal done here last week, and even though the procedure turned out to be more complex than expected, I left genuinely grateful for this entire team. During the appointment, we discovered that the tooth being treated had four nerve canals — which is not common for that type of tooth. Most people only have two or three, and the extra canal often doesn’t show up on initial X-rays. It usually doesn’t reveal itself until the dentist is actually inside the tooth. Even with that surprise, Dr. Nasta kept everything calm, explained each step clearly, and made sure I always knew what was happening. I also want to highlight how incredible her dental hygienists, Luz and Marlen, were throughout the process. They were warm, steady, and genuinely reassuring — the kind of presence that instantly makes a stressful situation easier. Their attention to detail and the way they worked with Dr. Nasta, both technically and personally, made me feel taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of skill paired with that level of kindness. The front desk staff was just as impressive. Lori helped me navigate my financial options with patience and understanding, and even helped me secure 12-month, zero-interest financing — which honestly surprised me given my credit. She also introduced me to her small dog, Bolt, who was a bit shy at first but quickly charmed me once they made the introduction. It was such a sweet, personal touch that made the office feel even more welcoming. This office truly goes above and beyond. Even with a rare and complicated root canal, I felt supported from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs dental work

The facilities are well equipped, staff is courteous, and the premises are well lit and maintained. Drs. Cismarescu and Nasta are very skilled in all aspects of dentistry, and the dental hygienist, Kristen Greene, is great in keeping you comfortable during the prophylaxis. Five stars in all.

Experiencia negativa: I have had the worst experience: went in for a broken tooth and was in the chair for over three hours for an extraction and prep for bridge, during the appointment they numbed my eye and had to tape it shut for the rest of the procedure even though that shouldn’t happen on a lower tooth. And in the end I had to go to an oral surgeon to complete the extraction the following week. When my bridge was finally installed it was so painful I couldn’t even chew a peanut butter sandwich on that side. I went to another dental office to have it looked at and there was an air pocket between my tooth and the bridge. When they cut off the bridge to replace it, the new dentist found decay under the bridge. I have been very patiently waiting for this office to issue a refund and have also received very poor communication. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

The front desk was very helpful and cheerful and gave me the information to be able to go online to complete the application. After arriving, Tiffany started his appointment explaining everything as she went along. Then, came Nersy, who was the hygienist.She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained everything completely. After that we saw Dr C. He was absolutely the nicest, most knowledgeable of his situation and beyond kind and friendly. Finally, we spoke with Amanda about a treatment plan and checkout. Another great experience. Experiencia negativa: Tried setting appt for the 59.99 exam and x_ray spoke with a hygienist he said it was 90 min he would reserve 30 mis for cleaning back to receptionist about cost she says can't even give a ball park it's only 30 mins worth of cleaning there for a 59.00 coupon but apparently no ability to give any idea the cleaning portion is realistically 30 mins not going through with appt should have some type or idea what a price can be since I'm only there for a coupon but guess that's how they get you in the door don't believe the 59.00 coupon Edited post due to having a simple bit pleasant experience with Island dental they booked appointment found time for exam X-rays and basic cleaning all in one sitting for $79.00 very polite and super easy to deal with.

My mom usually gets really nervous at the dentist because of her disabilities, but Ariah made her feel comfortable, cared for, and truly listened to her needs. Who loves going to the Dentist. Dr. Nasta was excellent. She was very thorough and spent the time needed to fix my issues. The entire staff were very good, especially Stephanie who took care of me throughout my 6 hour ordeal. Thank you for everything and I definitely recommend them and have already recommended them to my sisters. Follow up care. I have been with them for almost an entire two year period. I have had two crowns and other dental work that I had let go in the past. I have had numerous visits and dental cleaning now and I am still very satisfied with the service. I get. Experiencia fantástica: Dr C is one of the nicest dentist I’ve met. I have pretty bad anxiety to the point it triggers my alopecia and I lose golf ball size patches of hair and dental work typically triggers it but when I explained this to the doctor and staff they have been nothing but accommodating and understanding and make it as stressless as possible. The dental hygienists are also very personable and comforting! I know I’m probably one of those really annoying clients that comes in needing extra stuff like the laughing gas so I really appreciate them being understanding dealing with me as I really hate to lose patches of my hair!

I am so pleased with Carlee because she was very kind and gentle with me and she found out real quick into the cleaning that I have anxiety when I have my teeth done and she did her best to be gentle but firm with my cleaning and give me a few timeouts to swallow. I was also fortunate enough to have a conversation and an exam with Dr. C. who is also very kind and gentle and he totally explained things to me so I could understand them as far as some future treatment that I may need.He’s very knowledgeable about Invisalign. I was impressed. I also really like Dr Ibrahim, she is a sweet and genuine dentist. I was also able to convince my better half to come in for an exam. They had a special new patient price and he hasn’t been to the dentist in many many years so I’m very excited about that.

They took time to not only gauge how comfortable I was with their process as we went through but gave me in depth explanations of what exactly my issues were with clear, easy to follow improvement plans to make sure I was on the track to having a healthier mouth. The hygienist Tucker was incredible and very friendly. They worked diligently and are fair priced for the quality of work they do. Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first ever appointment at Dental Care at Midpoint and I would give it 10 stars if I could. Jolene, Tucker, and Dr. Nasta were so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They were patient with me and answered all my questions. I was a little nervous before my appointment, but I am looking forward to my next appointment because of how great the first one was. Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nasta and her Assistant Jasmine , Jolene were absolutely incredible helping me with my huge dental problem. Other places couldn’t help. Dr. Nasta did everything highly professional, no pain at all and very reasonable price. Highly recommended. Thank you

Experiencia negativa: I will NEVER go to this office ever again! I had my teeth cleaned and X-rays in November at another office and insurance changed! I had no cavities in November! I went to this place and I had 5 cavities and I needed a tooth extracted! I needed a 2 crowns! Not to mention I needed a bone graft! And I had some damage to my gums! They gave me an estimation of the cost! I thought I was scheduled for a cleaning appointment but they told me that they couldn’t until they treated my gums! So I wasted over an hour of my time and didn’t even get my teeth cleaned! I wondered why the parking lot was empty, now I know why! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Experiencia fantástica: My gums bled soooo much but it wasn't painful, my teeth felt clean and I felt new, Jolene and Tucker did a great job informing and helping me with my teeth. Will see this place again in a week!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited the clinic and was pleasantly surprised ☺️ extremely pleasant and positive staff from the entrance! The assistant distracted my 2-year-old child while I was in the chair and the doctor was doing the work. This is the first trip to the dentist that my child and I liked the most (she didn't cry for the first time, and I thank the staff for that). The prices also seem affordable. Definitely recommend

Experiencia fantástica: I loved coming here! It was my first time in years being at a dentist! Jolene was very helpful and walked me through the whole process! Tucker did my deep cleaning and I was very comfortable and pain free he has magic hands! The whole staff is wonderful and they have a lot of payment options and very reasonable pricing! Will for sure stick with this dentist!

Experiencia positiva: Friendliness of Dr C., Jolene, Tucker and Lori is refreshing. The only thing that has been disappointing is the time allotted for everything is not enough it seems. I've had two appointments so we'll see how my future appointments go. Some of this could be my fault as well as ask a lot of questions and sometimes get of topic. Still the staff was great in handling my nervousness and anxiety.

Experiencia negativa: So I had gotten an appointment with midpoint dental through Chiquita dental since when I called them due to a referral, they didn’t have availability so I got scheduled with midpoint. I was scheduled for a cavity instead of a cleaning, which I specifically told the receptionist at Chiquita, that’s what I needed Come day of appointment I get to midpoint dental they asked if I had insurance which I had to point out I did not that the deal that Chiquita told me was completely false and when I asked if they could not fit me in for a cleaning, I was told they can’t do a cleaning without x-rays and the x-rays take an hour and a half to Which I have never been to a dental office where x-rays taken an hour and a half maybe 30 minutes at most then when I said, I need to speak to someone because I was lied to you about the advertising and my appointment was wrong and I told him who I spoke to they said that wasn’t possible because the only thing that’s the same between Chiquita and midpoint is the administrative offices. So not only was I not able to get my cleaning no one can give me an answer as to why I was told I can get a cleaning for $49 or a comprehensive exam for $139 and why I was scheduled for a cavity instead of a cleaning. Not to mention when I mentioned all my dental records are in Virginia, and I can call and get them emailed I was informed that those dental records would not matter and they still have to take their own x-rays. So I received no dental care which I needed , I was lied and scheduled for something I didn’t need
