As always, I was greeted upon arrival, by their pleasant Staff. After being seen by Dr. Cordero, who explained the possibilities for my discomfort, I was given an appropriate treatment and follow-up for my dental issue. I am very confident with the treatment and care provided by the entire Staff of My Dentist, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fair, compassionate, quality group of dental professionals.

Experiencia negativa: This place wanted $2000 for a simple tooth to be pulled. I understand it’s a business but I’m having it done money for $1500 less. Shop around people, this one is gauging people for simple procedures.

DR Eduardo Gonzalez worked there previously or still does and there lying about it cleaned my teeth so I’m not understanding how my records aren’t there. They are claiming they have multiple different locations when there is ONLY ONE.

I just moved to the area and developed a serious issue with a past root canal, and they’ve been a blessing. They truly put your comfort as their first priority. Experiencia negativa: My experience with Dentist of Cape Coral was extremely frustrating and concerning. I originally went in for a root canal and crown on my K-9 tooth. After the crown was placed, it repeatedly fell out over time. Each time I returned, the office simply re-cemented the same crown instead of addressing the underlying issue. Eventually the crown and internal structure failed again, leaving the tooth unstable. Despite the repeated failures and multiple visits, the office told me I would need to pay for a completely new crown. The dentist who originally performed the work is no longer with the office, but I was still told the responsibility was mine to pay again. This situation caused me to miss work multiple times and deal with an ongoing dental issue that should have been resolved properly the first time. I ultimately had to seek a second opinion elsewhere to understand what went wrong and how to fix the problem correctly. Turned out to be the post was to small and their is a crack in my root. that’s why it kept falling out. Now I have to go get an implant done. But first have to get the tooth pulled first. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to ask questions and consider getting a second opinion when dealing with major dental work.

The team worked well together getting the job done and making sure I were as comfortable as possible. The entire staff were very professional. Usually when you heard the word DENTIST, you freak out, and thats ok, BUT here, you don't need to worry about those feelings. I walked in a Saturday almost at noon, no appointments, i never called to verify whether or not they will be able to check me out. I came for an extraction, and from the moment i walked in the receptionist staff make me feel that this is the right place. Doctor was patient and took the time to explain the procedure, i do not know how he does it but i didn't feel not even when he was putting the anesthesia, i felt comfortable and believe it or not i felt relax too. Everything that i can say is not enough to express my gratitude with the entire staff. YOU NEED TO COME HERE FOR ANY PROCEDURE, believe me, you wont regret it. Recommended 100% and more.

A friend referred me to My Dentist, and, fortunately for me it was the perfect place to go for tooth repair. And the bone marrow not only were these people rude, they are price gouging.They wanted fifteen hundred alone for the bone marrow and eight hundred for the extraction.Save yourself the disrespect and the headache and go elsewhere

Experiencia fantástica: I never write reviews but felt this dentist deserves one. The staff were very friendly. My dental assistant Angela was very sweet and was very understanding when I explained my fears due to an incident at my previous dental office. After all no one wakes up excited to see the dentist. Dr. Cordero was professional and efficient giving me several options for treatment, I opted for the build up and crown. As for the cost, I have Delta dental and per my benefits they cover 50%, I was responsible for the other 50%. There was no fee for using my debit card, had I opted to use a credit card there would have been a fee. The crown is costing me about what I paid in 2021 at Aspen dental. I was given an estimate prior to any work being started by the office manager who answered all of my questions, she also was really helpful. My procedure was fast, painless. The only thing that I wasn’t expecting was the length of time I was there over 3 hours, this was due to them having several emergency patients. It’s good to know they will see me in the event of an emergency and moving forward I will expect it may be a bit long of an appointment. New crown coming in 2 weeks. All in all I would highly recommend this Dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Back in 2024 I needed to replace two front teeth. A long time ago I had decided that I never wanted dentures or a bridge - I wanted something solid and permanent, so I wanted implants. I already had one implant from years ago and I was very glad that I had made the decision to do implants vs. the other options. However, I quickly learned that the prices for implants had gone up significantly, and although I had two dental plans, neither would provide any significant coverage for implants. My quote from my current dentist and periodontist for the implants, abutments and crowns was more than $20K, and I simply couldn't afford that. I started doing research and found Dr. Gonzalez at My Dentist of Cape Coral and they had an implant special for $3499 per implant that immediately caught my attention. I read all the reviews and concluded that I had found my solution. Now, more than a year later, I'm very glad that I made that decision and I'm very happy with the results. He and his entire staff are professional, respectful and attentive, and I feel right at home. I now use Dr. Gonzalez for all my dental needs and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

He is very knowledgeable very thoughtful and very understanding. Although he is somewhat Young, he is very knowledgeable about the type of dentistry that I needed. My opinion is that he is a very good family practitioner for families and geriatric patients such as myself. I would definitely recommend Dr Gonzalez to treat any form of dental problem that you have. The staff is very knowledgeable and autocratic . With the skills and knowledge that they need to carry out their duties. He will be a perfect dentist for my needs. I'm so thankful that I found a decent dentist in this area.

Experiencia negativa: This dentist shaved down my daughters four front teeth saying he wanted to make her look more feminine. She now has TMJ and bite issues and constant jaw and neck pain. He has caused her extreme pain and duress and we are spending thousands at other dentists trying to repair what he damaged. She is only 18 years old and had perfect teeth. We spent thousands on her teeth as a child at orthodontists to make them flawless and all I did was send her to this dentist for a cleaning and he decided he needed to make my daughter look more feminine. We are outraged!

The doctor didn't know what he was doing, shaved his tooth down, left him in the worst pain ever, and sent him home. My husband didn't want to go back, he didn't feel comfortable with him finishing the root canal so I called for a refund for the work that wasn't completed. I've been nothing but respectful and patient for two weeks now. I keep being told I'll get a call back, I never do. I've followed up multiple times. Finally today, I snapped on them. They don't want to give a refund for the work the WAS NOT completed because he didn't come back in. This is the problem with corporate places. I worked in a dentist office. It's "sell sell sell" and they hire dentists with no experience fresh out of school. & that Gretchen trying to tell me my husband saw the tools and got scared. Give me a break. She's a joke of a manager too. I'll be reporting her and the dentist to the Board of Dentistry and their corporate office. I'll also be shutting off the debit card they have on file so instead of a partial refund I requested, they're now not getting a dollar from us.

Experiencia positiva: Pain led me to find this practice and I was so happy I found them. I was given a same day appointment and was diagnosed and treated. I had 3 extractions and a treatment plan for the future. They worked with my insurance and some self-pay options. Everything was clearly spelled out to my satisfaction. Dr. Gonzalez worked carefully as well as in a caring manner. The staff was efficient and supportive. All in all a very positive experience and outcome.

Experiencia positiva: I would give 5 but the expense is out of hand to get crowns. But the staff is really nice. Also I don’t think it’s fair to charge 3% for using a card. Cost so much already and then you raise the price because they have to use a card to pay

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first tooth extraction here! It was one of my molars on my right. It had broken years ago, and had decayed to the point it was turning black. I was unable to take care of it due to personal reasons, but, I finally got it taken care of, and I had a really good experience! Dr. Gonzalez told me I was his hardest patient of the day, and that I had the bone structure of a strong man, haha. He was very funny, and helped my nerves a lot. It was my first time having a procedure done like this. I'm currently healing up, and no complications so far!
