Experiencia fantástica: I recommend HIGHLY Sampaio Dental. The waiting area and music is so relaxing! Everyone there is very informative and kind, and you will start to relax. Pain is well controlled throughout your appt. The Drs and staff are very aware of pain and do do well with the numbing and will give you more iff pain returns during or after your procedure. I used to be so anxious at dentist appts but not anymore! It’s very lovely there!

Experiencia fantástica: My dental checkup and cleaning went fine. However, my wife, Rebecca Horch, had a reaction to her dental checkup and cleaning. That July 8th evening she got a cough and the next day she had full blown cold or flu symtoms including cough, nasal drip and fever. This is the second visit in a row to Dr. Sampaio's Dental office that caused this reaction again.

I was a patient of Dr. Allison’s for over 30 years and was heart broken that he was retiring but he hand picked Dr. Samprio to take over his practice and although most of the original staff has also retired, Dr. S has done a fabulous job job at keeping his practice operating , holistically, with gentle kindness and professionally as ever. I am pleased with all my experiences there so far.

That was on Sunday, Kids can be mean, so we kept her home from school on Monday. Not only did Sampaio Dental get us in early Monday, but in less than 45 minutes they had it fixed like it never happened, ANDDD it cost me about 1/3 what I thought it would be. The office was very clean and homely feeling, the staff was super friendly, oh and they had coffee. I would definitely recommend them to anyone…

I told Dr. Sampaio to wait a bit so the numbness would take effect. She waited. Didn't feel a thing. I was surprised as I usually felt it sting a bit. They made the crown right there in their place. Waited an hour for it. Stuck it in and voila...it fit. With no pain. I'm impressed. Place was spotless too and had a nice canal view.

I immediately called the office, leaving a voicemail. Within minutes Dr. Sampaio, herself was returning my call. She proceeded to assure me that she would assess and solution it first thing Monday morning. As promised she and Andi Spent two hours working diligently, restoring my smile. The level of competence, personalized care and service found at this practice is a rare find!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first time visiting Sampaio Dental after not being consistent with my dental appointments for a while, and I have nothing but great things to say. They called, emailed, and sent reminders about my appointment, were super punctual, and answered all my questions with so much patience and care. I went in as a new patient for a simple checkup. While I was checking out and getting ready to schedule a cleaning, they had an available time slot right then, so I decided to take it. They were so gentle, and my teeth looked and felt amazing afterward! They went over all the Invisalign details with me, provided a quote, explained the entire process, and even took my pictures for Invisalign since I was already there. Before leaving, I had already scheduled my next cleaning in 6 months. They were absolutely AMAZING—truly the best experience ever! For me, it was a 10/10. A few people who assisted me were Barbie, Janet, Heidi, Joan, Rafaella & Jodi - such wonderful people!!!

EDIT to update I recently went in for a cleaning at checkout I was prepared to pay my $50.00 deductible, but was told I owe nothing. a week later I got a bill for nearly $300.00!! I called to make sure my insurance info had been updated since I updated my information before the appointment online. I was told they no longer accept my insurance! I NEVER got a letter and nobody ever told me this before, during or after my appointment. I spoke to Heidi the office manager and she was incredibly unprofessional and acted like I lied about NOT getting a letter. I was a patient of Dr. Allison for 20 years and stayed with the practice when he retired and Sampio took over. Dr, Allison and his staff would never allow this to happen. Needless to say I am in search of a new Dentist.
