Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Dr. Heena for a routine dental cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. She performed a thorough checkup, did an exceptional job with my cleaning and filling, and took the time to answer all my questions patiently. She also provided great hygiene advice. I highly recommend her
Providing high-quality dental care and clear oral health guidance is always our primary goal. It is wonderful to hear that your recent visit went so well, and we appreciate your recommendation.
Experiencia fantástica: I trust these folks. They have taken Great care of my son. Now they are taking great care of me.
Thank you for placing your trust in our team over the years, Richard. Caring for both you and your son is truly an honor, and we are always here for your family.
Experiencia negativa: I was a patient at this dental office and was told that I had four cavities that needed to be filled. I was honestly skeptical because I hadn’t been experiencing any issues with my teeth, and I was quoted close to $1,000 for the fillings. I decided to move forward with filling two of the four cavities, but I still felt like something wasn’t right. Because of my concerns, I went to a different dental office for a second opinion. I actually waited until I had been seen there twice before writing this review because I wanted to be sure. At the second dental office, I was told that I have ZERO cavities and that my teeth look great. I even explained that I had already gotten two fillings done at this office after being told I had four cavities. That experience left me genuinely questioning what was filled and whether those fillings were necessary in the first place. I want to be fair and say that the staff here was very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience and the completely different assessment I received elsewhere, I no longer feel confident in the treatment recommendations I received here. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work or treatment plan.

Dr. Jade and the staff a very competent ladies at Citrus Dental in Wylie Texas, made my entire experience, I dare say, a positive one. They communicated the entire process of what was going to happen and kept asking me how I was feeling so that they could make me as comfortable as possible. If they can make me feel comfortable, they can make you feel comfortable too!

Hi, Aimee. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Experiencia negativa: The Dentist was extremely rude. She did not say a word to me as the parent when she was working on my daughter’s tooth only because I initially asked at the front desk how long it will take as they were running late. The Dentist lady took it personal and ignored me during the whole procedure. Mind you my daughter is 11. Not once did she explain what she was doing. As soon as she finished she said to my 11 yr old ‘ Ok I’m done’ and got up and left. How unprofessional. I will never go back there again. The front desk ladies were very nice but the dentist ruined the whole experience.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr A is very patient, compassionate and a caring doctor. He did a crown for me I had no pain . He is very gentle. I will recommend him to all my friends and relatives.

Can’t wait to all my complete services to be done including fillings (that I had already) and fixing to get crowns. Thank you everyone. Strongly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: This office has been nothing short of amazing! Lovely and friendly staff. Easy explanation of everything and very accommodating. I not only added myself as a new patient I brought my daughter AND my husband. Today had an emergency issue with an infection in my gums and were able to get me in ASAP. Amazing. Even gave me some numbing medicine to help with the swelling and pain while I’m seen with specialist. Hands down strongly recommend! Thank you thank you thank you ( did I mention I have severe anxiety and sensitive issues due to autoimmune disorders and they offered the gas to relax me on my first visit . Love it!

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended to this office by my friend Makayla. I called to make an appointment and they made it very easy for me to book. The initial consultation was free. Hi, Nicole. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Experiencia negativa: I called the office to schedule a regular cleaning and they told me it’s gonna be $39 for CLEANING AND X RAY (I reiterated on the phone if the $39 will be for cleaning too and she said yes). They did the exam and brought me back the treatment plan. I told him all I want is cleaning. Then they said it has to be deep cleaning and it costs $845. Why would you tell me the cleaning is going to be $39 and lie to me a day before my travel. You should’ve told me the truth ($845) so I could’ve booked an appointment elsewhere?? VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
Experiencia fantástica: I’ve always hated going to the dentist, but citrus smiles made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Jazmine is amazing at her job and gave me the best experience, I will definitely come back! Thank you

Hi, Emma. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
Experiencia negativa: Scammers, they told me i got two cavities. After I started the treatment for one of the captivity, the doctor A told me to get have filking next day and next new doctor B told me its wisdom tooth and we dont treat wisdom tooth & we just extract them, she said she cant do the filling for it. They never told me in first place it was wisdom tooth & they were trying to scam me further for root canal.
Hello Mr. Mustafa,
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to take a moment to clarify a common scenario that can arise in dentistry.
In most cases, fillings on wisdom teeth are not recommended due to their difficult position and limited long-term success. However, if a patient insists on saving the wisdom tooth and the decay is minimal, a filling may be considered, sometimes temporarily to relieve discomfort and food lodgment. If treatment is delayed and the cavity grows larger, the only remaining options are either a root canal or extraction. Our primary recommendation is usually extraction for wisdom teeth, but if a patient prefers to try to save the tooth, we either perform or refer them to a root canal specialist for further evaluation.
We’re truly sorry if there was any confusion during your visits. Our dentists take pride in practicing with integrity and providing the highest level of ethical care. At Citrus Smiles Dental Studio, we take quality and patient trust very seriously. Labeling a situation as a scam without understanding the full clinical picture can be unfair and misleading.
If you still have concerns, we’d be very happy to go over the case again with you. We also encourage second opinions from other providers and are confident their recommendations will align with ours.
Sincerely,
Citrus Smiles Dental Studio
Experiencia fantástica: The services of this office were amazing! Dr. Aurora, Jazmine, and Alana are a great team :)
Hi, Reyna. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Experiencia fantástica: The Citrus staff is second to none, it all starts with Alana and her customer service, which is by far the best I’ve experienced in a dentist office in a while. Check in super simple, quick and easy. Didn’t have to wait more than 15min to see the dentist and the consultation and options timeframe was unnoticeable. I will be switching my annual checkups to this group and would highly suggest others do so as well, it’s nice to appreciate a staff that cares about you rather than others that make you feel like your cattle waiting for the slaughter and just a number.
Hi, Chris. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Experiencia fantástica: I love this dentist! Everyone is so helpful and polite. The young ladies make you feel right at home, and they do a great job!

Hi, Keely. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
Experiencia fantástica: From the first phone call to my last appointment, every person I encountered treated me not just as a patient, but like family. That level of care is rare, and it’s something I’ll never forget. Dr. Mallett is not only incredibly skilled, but deeply compassionate. I came in needing two bridges and several extractions that honestly terrified me. But Dr. Mallett and the team walked me through every step with so much patience and empathy. They answered my questions, calmed my nerves, and always made sure I felt safe and understood. The work they did was nothing short of life-changing. I can smile again without hiding, eat without pain, and feel proud when I look in the mirror. To everyone at citrus smiles: thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve not only restored my smile, you’ve restored my trust in dentistry and reminded me that genuine, human care still exists. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with choosing Citrus Smiles. Having not been to the dentist in quite some time I was nervous to schedule an appointment. That nervousness faded the minute I walked in the door. The entire staff is top notch!! Whether you simply need your teeth cleaned or require more work as I did, I would highly recommend Citrus. I couldn’t be more pleased!!
Experiencia positiva: Everyone at this office was very friendly from the front desk to the dental assistants. Dr Mallet was very nice and professional. I really like her work. I made the right choice in finding another dentist. She did not disappoint.
Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with the staff, including my dentist, Simran, who was very kind and took excellent care of me.
Experiencia fantástica: They were so nice and professional! My son was nervous but when he saw how accommodating it was with the TV and his dentist was so kind he got through his appointment easily! We found out new home!
Experiencia fantástica: I have had the same dentist for 8 years since I relocated to DFW. My dentist does not perform Endo work. I found this office on Zocdoc, and decided to book the appt. I was impressed with Ms Alana at the front desk. She was kind, considerate and helpful. The office staff was very pleasant as well. The atmosphere was inviting and calming. I was already anxious, in pain and overwhelmed. Not to mention I had 2 insurance policies so I had a bit of a wait for verification, but it wasn’t in vain. I was alerted every step of the way and informed if anything changed. I initially went in for a consultation but I was in pain and was able to be seen that day…WOOW. Dr. Mallett was very professional and forthcoming. I didn’t have to ask any questions as I was informed unscripted or prompted. I am overall pleased and will definitely continue doing business here and sending referrals. I’m usually Leary on changing or using new providers but this was an excellent choice.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Arora and his team is really friendly and nice. I got my two crowns done here and they both are perfect. No problems at all. Couldn’t have wished for better experience and better doctor to do this. He’s a perfectionist and made everything a breeze. Really lucky to stumble upon Citrus Smiles. Would highly recommend.
Experiencia fantástica: Every time we come in we are greeted by Alana who is so sweet and starts us off with a great experience every time! The doctors here always make sure I fully understand what’s being done! Won’t be going anywhere else!
Experiencia fantástica: Very sweet staff from the entry to the dentist! They even asked me what baby songs my baby girl liked to make her feel more comfortable. It was my babies first visit to a dentist office, The dentist was very patient with my baby and answered all my questions or concerns. I would most definitely recommend someone here!
Experiencia fantástica: They are wonderful to work with, i have a very erratic travel schedule and had to reschedule many times. Everyone from the receptionist Alana, the hygienist and all of the dentists including the owner make you feel like family! I couldn't be more happy with the final results.
