Monarch Dental & Orthodontics - Murphy, TX

Experiencia fantástica: I was surprisingly unsatisfied and I left very confused I had several questions but it seemed know one could answer I even called back to speak with the office manager but I haven’t gotten a call back yet I wish I had something more positive to say… 2nd visit August 31/2026 I was amazed I believe they have all new staff even the Doctor whom everyone calls Doc☺️ she was amazing I’m glad Anika the office Manager got me to revisit I was really expressed but the star of the show was Dominique thank you all for being professional while being extremely understanding

Experiencia fantástica: The Dr and staff are working wonders on my son’s teeth They are very friendly and professional. I would not go anywhere else

Experiencia fantástica: Monarch in Murphy Texas is the best . They all have great customer service and care about you and your smile . It’s the only location I go too !! The doctors are the best too !

Experiencia fantástica: 7/2/2026 Update: Went in for a cleaning. My 2nd time with Hygienist Yuveena. She’s great. Very fast and thorough, and professional. Love the staff at this location. AAA+ Love this office! Dr. Kona is great, very professional! The office staff is the best! Insurance co-pays were a bit higher than I expected. Overall a Great experience! Thanks! 4/11/25 Update. I have had 2 cleanings in the last year. No complaints! Cleanings have been done efficiently. I have noticed a turnover of employees over the year, seeing new faces every time. I haven’t seen Dr. Kona in over a year, what have you done with her???

Experiencia fantástica: Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Will give you the best advice and dental services. Will continue to use them.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to this location for 2.5 years & it scared me so bad that I needed extractions. The 1st day I met Dr. Noura Khushafa. She explained the surgery exactly how it happened. I went in listening to a deep meditation, waiting on her to start & didn’t realize she had 4-5 teeth out. It was a BLESSING in so many ways, For me to get everything paid for with her there. She listens if you say you feel pain VS pressure, She’s gentle & She doesn’t rush through it. -I feel so blessed that I got her for this procedure… she is definitely in the right medical field. If you can get in with her she’s worth a 15-30 day wait or even a drive from Dallas. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kona was new and I really like her. The staff was courteous and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Ot was my first and was treating with kindness and dentist explain to me what was happening to my mouth and teeth. She was the first to every take the time to explain it to me. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing people at this location. From Arlene & Anika at the front desk, to Dominic in X-ray. Everyone you encounter here is there for you and makes you feel comfortable and very well taken care of. The new dentist, Dr Khushafa was very nice, did my exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and cancer exam. She was very knowledgeable and thorough.I would not want to go anywhere else for my dental needs Thanks everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful getting me in quickly to reseat a crown that came off. Everyone was very friendly and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for yearly check up and cleaning. Addressed my treatment plan with clear communication and options.

Experiencia fantástica: Very good experience... All the staff is great. I recommend this business with no hesitation...

Experiencia positiva: This review is specific to the orthodontic care. I'll start by saying the staff is always nice and helpful. Unfortunately, being that it's a traveling team, it is difficult getting in for last minute issues. I was told the last appointment would be 4pm but now the latest time offered is 2:30 for routine appointments. That means I have to leave work early and take my child out of school early. This is a big inconvenience and what makes it more frustrating is the appointments never go on time. You can expect to wait about 30 minutes. To fix a bracket, we were there for over 70 minutes. I chose Monarch because I have always had a great experience with the dental team. Again, the staff and orthodontist have been very kind and knowledgeable. There are just major inconveniences that have popped up with using a traveling team that I did not expect.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with the front desk staff at this dental office was extremely disappointing. The receptionist arrived late, which delayed check‑ins and appointments. Even after multiple reminders, they failed to send my X‑rays—something that should be a basic part of patient care. What was most concerning was that they left early while the doctor and patients were still in the office, creating unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. This level of unprofessionalism reflects poorly on the practice and makes the overall experience far more stressful than it should be. The dentist may be great, but the front office needs serious improvement in reliability, communication, and professionalism.

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen earlier than my appointment. Staff was great. Service excellent. I know what I need to do to take care of my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Front desk is extremely professional lobby is always clean and presentable.

Experiencia negativa: Whoever makes the calendar needs to schedule better. I waited over an hour for my appointment.

Experiencia negativa: I have been coming here regularly for 3 years. I had a routine cleaning scheduled which got canceled twice because the hygenist couldn’t make it in (The second time they texted me at 9pm the night before). The third time when they rescheduled me, they performed my X-rays and when I asked when my cleaning would be done, they said I wasn’t scheduled for the cleaning. Completely unprofessional, unorganized and they do not consider your time at all. I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional group. They don’t keep appointments. They have cancelled with every member in my family. Maybe a different location of a Monarch might be better.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love Dr. Kona and her staff. Trust them.

Experiencia negativa: This review is long overdue. My experience at Monarch Dental was negligent and has caused lasting damage to my teeth. To this day, I am dealing with the consequences of their incompetence. I went in for a basic first appointment for X-rays and a cleaning. I never received the cleaning. Instead, I was left sitting alone in a room for nearly an hour before anyone bothered to see me. The X-rays clearly showed my wisdom teeth growing inward and creating future problems. I explicitly told the dentist I wanted them removed, and I was dismissed and told to wait until after I turned 18. Years later, my teeth shifted because those wisdom teeth continued growing inward exactly as I feared. A different dentist later confirmed that they absolutely should have been removed at that time and that no competent dentist would have advised waiting. Because of one dentist’s careless advice, I am now forced to spend thousands of dollars correcting an issue that never existed before. My teeth were straight my entire life and I never needed braces until this. This office failed me at the most basic level of care. I would never recommend Monarch Dental to anyone. Avoid this place.

Experiencia positiva: My daughter’s visit was fine. But I was just wondering about the music in the background. Why does a dental office need music from radio stations ? It might be entertaining for the staff but may not be entertaining for the patients. We are just coming for treatment not for entertainment. My suggestion is to switch off the music during working hours or when you have patients so that staff can concentrate on their jobs and not lose their jobs. I am unemployed myself, I know the pain of unemployment. Thank you for asking the feedback.

Experiencia fantástica: They do a great job! I enjoy what I’m learning from the oral hygienist, he’s really good at what he does.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency with a cracked tooth reached out to Monarch at 8 o’clock AM on a Tuesday Had an appointment by 11:00. They took x-rays and came up with a plan in no time, great service.

Experiencia negativa: Run run run.Very dishonest location. Always have check up and cleaningsame day. After check up girl told me to wait in lobby and they would re call me back for cleaning when they were ready for me. Next I know girl at front calling me over to reschedule for cleaning. She said no everything they do is separate visit cause you have to pay office co pay Everytime. So that why they do not do both same day. She did not address me being lie to as well. Then she quoted me for the cleaning, I pointed out my insurance covers that, and I did check it was basic cleaning. I got tried of arguing her and left. Called my insurance and no they cover it all floride cancer screening and cleaning. That should no be charging me for that it what my insurance told me.

Experiencia negativa: (RIP OFF)They said the x-rays would be free!! Then I get a bill for over $500 for x-rays that were supposed to be free!!! Total Scam!!! Had one tooth pulled and they charge me over $800 for that. Now I’m being harassed by their bill collectors totally BS!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: I was referred him for one of the oral surgeons to perform an extraction. I needed to use nitrous due to my blood pressure. The front staff and assistants who helped were amazing. But the dentist himself had terrible bedside manner and empathy for a patient. Most know that tooth pain is one of the worst pains ever. I’m highly afraid of the dentist already and the way the dentist spoke to me and dismissed me because of my BP was unbelievable. When people are in pain as a medical personnel, the minimum expectation is to be handled with empathy and care no matter the outcome.

Experiencia negativa: I am giving this 0 star. The lady at front was very rude and disrespectful. . I had a crown with the Dr. and it has been placed wrongly. they didn’t care after they got paid completely.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kona and staff are fantastic. Always nice. Gentle and quick. Great service . Thank you Dr. Kona!

Experiencia fantástica: I felt very comfortable with everyone. They made my experience for surgery very safe and put my mind at ease. Thank you! Excellent customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: My visit was outstanding. Very caring staff!

Experiencia negativa: Scheduled an appointment for my kids for cleaning , they did not do it because the hygienist was backed up. Why would you book an appointment when you don't plan to honor it, and they started upselling services that was not needed. Kids had to go there again another day for cleaning and they charged twice for copay when it is their fault despite someone saying on the call that we will not be charged again.

Experiencia negativa: Waited 50 minutes from appointment time to be seen. They want $828 for a deep cleaning. Won’t even do the basic cleaning so at least I have something to help me. The basic is covered but won’t even do that. All about money. Not about the patients at all. I’m so disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: The people at front office, very nice. Everything organized and clean, the doctor super good and take the time explaining everything, the assistant is good too. In general all good there very professional and care. Highly recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience From staff at front; to technician taking XRays, to Dr Kona who knows her stuff!! Waiting area is comfortable and nice Will be following up with Murphy location Thank you Monarch Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Adriana at the front desk and Krish the hygienist were wonderful. Adriana provided a warm and welcoming environment and handled every patient and call with care and compassion. Krish is passionate about his work and takes time to ensure patients are walking out fully educated on best practices. I even learned a new way to brush my teeth! Thank you both and see you in 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was friendly and professional, and Dr. took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, and the care was top-notch. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff members are very courteous and polite. Doctor is great. Had a great experience at the office.

Experiencia fantástica: Great...friendly, caring and professional and personal. Truly interested in my health and well-being. Give them an 8 out of 5...yes, that good.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice and clean, Dentist and her associate was very nice and helpful

Experiencia fantástica: Very supportive staff. Very clean environment. Great experience each time I visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Everyone was very kind and answered all of my questions. So happy I chose Monarch as my dentist!

Experiencia negativa: Dear Monarch Dental I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the lack of services provided during my recent visit on 12/21/2024 at 11 am.The subsequent charges that were applied for services I did not receive. Upon my appointment, I was expecting to receive [teeth cleaning, but instead, I was told that I needed a deep cleaning and gave me print out of the services of the deep cleaning with antibiotics which was in a high end, so I left but I was told to paid for the Xray which was $37, and I did. Now, no treatment or service was carried out as agreed. Despite this, I noticed that I was still charged for these services. This is both disappointing and unacceptable, as I have not received the care that you're charging me of, this is a criminals act. I kindly request the following: A full explanation regarding the services I was charging for but did not receive. A prompt refund for the charges applied to my account for amount of $37 paid in your office. Please address this matter urgently and let me know the steps you will take to resolve this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will consider escalating this complaint to the relevant dental authorities. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely, Juliet

Experiencia fantástica: This place has friendly and nice staff, as well as great dentists to help clean your teeth. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to check it out!

Experiencia fantástica: I received excellent attention and customer service from Krish. Thank you .

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish I had a great experience with the staff at monarch dental and my Endodontist Dr Gordon! I heard Great things about his bedside manner, professionalism and efficiency. No kidding can't recommend him enough. Completely painless procedure both during and after . I was in and out in no time. will recommend to anyone I know that needs a good Endodontist.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the only Monarch office that Seems to care about me and my teeth. Went to another office closer to me and had a horrible experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Another great visit on November 19th2024 for cleaning , teeth feel amazing as always They are so friendly and welcoming. Great job , thanks again.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Monarch dental- Murphy are super nice and always welcoming! The front desk manager, I think her name was Adriana(?) got me checked in quickly and when I had questions about possible wisdom removal she went over everything with including costs and a possible payment plan! The hygienist got my cleaning done really efficiently and there was minimal discomfort! Thank you so much for making dentist visits not just manageable but pleasant!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Anas Athar is the best Orthodontist. All my kids treatment was done by him. He always does a great job. Very learned and highly professional. His team is also very highly skilled and professional. I strongly recommend him.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for my semi-annual cleaning today and Debbie took really good care of me. Thank you, Debbie!

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant experience. Everyone nice & courteous & virtually pain free

Experiencia negativa: I had appointment on 9/17/2024. it was terrible experience with hygienist she does not know how to clean teeth. I even told doctor and she asker her to do cleaning again but still the same. she herself very old lady with no proper way to handle cleaning. very bad service. they charge upfront so you don't even complain about the service.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is so incredibly kind and genuine and seem to go out of their way to ensure their patients are comfortable, knowledgeable and cared for. They’re up front about everything and always helpful, even when I may be stressing.

Experiencia fantástica: I like everything about my visit from the front office to my Dentist doctor kona thanks for being so nice and polite. Joann Jones

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend, had a bad experience. Not good for long term care and patient is not valued here

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter loves going there and interacting with staff! Every visit is enjoyable and easy.

Experiencia negativa: I would say two stars might even be overly nice I used to love the service here and just the experience over all and I would say it has just gone downhill me and two of my others family members had problems with scheduling, customer service, and just overall being listened to unless you want to call schedule an appointment show up and then say they didn’t schedule you or show up and they are running extremely behind and you having to correct them a million times to make sure they have the correct information then I would not recommend it here.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this office! The atmosphere is amazing! The people are so friendly and welcoming! 100% recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kona listens, works with your schedule, reviews your best dental plan options with you, and offers solutions. Her friendly staff is always available to assist. My teeth look better and feel better. No crazy parking issues, convenient location. I would highly recommend her office for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Athar is an amazing orthodontist. My daughter’s case is complicated and he’s handling it very well by taking things slow and letting nature do its course rather than rushing and pushing things to move faster. I have recommended him to several of my friends.

Experiencia positiva: I had a good checkup. However, the hygienist cut the corner of my mouth with cleaning tool. It was an accident, but careless and not being careful. My mouth is sore and uncomfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Kona, Adriana and the entire staff is very professional and friendly. So happy to have found such a great dental office.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience! I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and there was no judgement. Staff was always very friendly, fees given upfront, and they always wanted to make sure I was comfortable and informed about treatments and options.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Monarch has always been pleasant! The staff, front desk, and Doctor are all very sweet and professional!!

Experiencia fantástica: This office- both the dental crew and the orthodontics group always make my appointments easy! Their professionalism is second to none. They always make me feel welcomed and a part of the family while providing top notch care.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great dental office! The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Kona to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia positiva: Great experience getting the deep cleaning. Dr. Kona is amazing, thoroughly explains everything and patiently worked through. Definitely recommend and will be returning for maintenance cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with front staff, Dr Kona was very nice to my mom and brother. Quiet and clean waiting room. Were nice each time I visited

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kona and her staff are all amazing! I am new to this office and they are fun and made me feel very welcome. Dr. Kona is great and did a super job---probably the best deep cleaning experience I've ever had! I was very pleased and would most definitely recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and helpful in showing me exactly what I need done to my teeth. Would recommend Monarch in Murphy Tx to anyone. Dental Hygienist is so gentle and helps me not be in any pain. Dr Joy is very sweet and explains exactly what needs to be done and why .

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist Kona is amazing she has been so helpful with my partial adjusted it so many times and willing to help me further. I do appreciate how Dr. Kona doesn’t push you to do all the procedures. I like how the staff is so helpful and friendly as well!

Experiencia negativa: I am so disappointed. Long wait time to be told my cleaning is not covered. I don't understand why I had to go through that, if my cleaning is not covered.

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your money on ortho here. Once you pay money in full ,they don't treat you well for follow up appointments. Front desk staff is so busy in chatting, but won't inform patients who has been waiting for half an hour. And if we ask how long it will take, they feel offended. If I didn't had paid in advance, I wouldn't cone back here again.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had my first appointment and it went wonderfully! Dr Kona is a straight shooter and doesn’t push you to get any procedures you don’t want or upsell you anything, which I greatly appreciate. Also, every staff member I met was wonderful and kind, and knowledgeable as well. My only issue was the appointment took a long time, but I won’t deduct any stars because I imagine all offices are swamped after the holidays. In conclusion, I’m happy I finally found a good dentist to stick with!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a very good experience with Dr. Athar and his team. My sons dental situation was quite difficult and Dr. Athar treatment plan was very through. We were able to achieve very good results. Highly recommend Monarch dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowledgeable and experienced staff!!! Amazing service!!! Always feel welcomed. Dr’s are great & answer all questions. Have really enjoyed the experience & my kids are always happy to go!!! Thank you all!!!

Experiencia fantástica: i had my first visit to the murphy location a few weeks back for a tooth extraction. i first went to the bedford location for an aligners consultation since it’s the closest location to me but received a referral to get a cleaning/extraction done since the bedford gen dentist wasn’t available the only day i could go in. i chose the murphy location since i sometimes come up here since my sister lived here, and i was extremely impressed by the hospitality of the staff. i’ve always hated going to the dentist as a kid because i just hate the experience of metal things in my mouth, and i was extremely scared of getting a tooth pulled as an adult. adriana at the front desk was very helpful in assisting me with my insurance problem (i almost was not able to get my extraction done bc my insurance was still linked to the bedford location for gen dentist). sonja the hygienist(?) and dr. kona were super sweet and encouraging throughout the entire extraction experience — i was embarrassed about my low pain tolerance but they kept me calm throughout the whole process. this was the first time i could remember ever smiling/laughing at the dentist. although the location is much further from me, i’ve decided to stick with murphy for my gen dentist for now just because of how lovely the staff are. i would definitely recommend this place for others who experience dentist appointment anxiety!

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist Dr. Kona was friendly and kind. The whole team is always helpful and efficient!

Experiencia fantástica: The whole crew was very professional. There was a couple outstanding players. All was good

Experiencia fantástica: I had a dental appointment this past Saturday and the level of professionalism and customer service was top-tier. My appointment went very smoothly with little to no wait time and everyone was very informative. The office manager was very nice and professional. I had a much better experience here than at the Mesquite Towne Crossing Office. Unlike the Mesquite location everyone in the office was very professional and made you feel very welcome. Thank you guys so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this dental office for the first time and the staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient! I like the Dentist and thought she was gentle, knows her craft, and very patient with customers. She did an amazing job on cleaning my teeth!! TLM

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient here for at least 5 years. I would highly recommend. The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly & knowledgeable.

Experiencia fantástica: We always have a great experience at Monarch in Murphy! We will miss Dr. Joy, but Dr. Kona was wonderful!

Experiencia fantástica: Today, my husband, my daughter, and I visited Monarch for an appointment that we had on the same day. I noticed how comfortable and organized this place is, especially the work team composed of inquiries to each one, each of them extremely wonderful, proficient, and courteous in treatment. Their experience and clarification of every question we asked them about what we needed from a plan for our dental care and treatment as well. Mrs. Adriana R. with her presentation, Mrs. Sandra with her smile and the dentist Dr. Samata Kona who supervised our dental care and cleaning, and also the kind lady in the radiology department are all amazing, knowledgeable, kind, attentive, and listened with intent. In fact, are all wonderful, proficient in their work, and have commendable experience. Seriously we had a wonderful experience. The doctor & staff were very professional and helpful, with great service and friendly techs. Really, we got excellent service. Very appreciate. I would recommend my family and friends to this location highly recommend this office!! Thank you for your cooperation.

Experiencia negativa: Beware. They are selling you stuff and scamming you for money. Uncharge everything. Office staff is rude, Sandra at front desk and Manager Andrea who is never in office and refuses to talk to customers

Experiencia positiva: Periodontist, Dr. Loiseau, simply outstanding, kind, attentive, listened with intent. Have already referred him to a friend. Was a hour wait, however he spent as much time and more that I needed. Previous dental visit at same location, felt like a cog in the wheel of Monarch Dental. Dentist made assumptions without asking, was rushed in and rushed out.

Experiencia negativa: Just a heads up if you're considering Monarch Dental in Murphy, TX - my experience there was a complete nightmare. Dr. Rosa Joy put in four crowns for me, all of which ended up failing and causing me major problems. Not only were these crowns hard on the eyes, but they led to some serious infections too. I had to hustle to another dentist to sort it all out. When I raised my concerns, their director of operations, Yolanda Myers, pretty much brushed me off, claiming their "x-rays were good at the time they put the crowns." Honestly, the whole experience felt like a big scam, so much so that I've filed an official complaint. Based on my experience, I'd strongly advise steering clear of Dr. Rosa Joy and Monarch Dental in Murphy. Be careful when choosing your dentist, y'all! And to Monarch Dental or anyone from their office thinking of replying to this with a standard "please get in touch with our office directly" – don't. I've already gone through the whole chain of command up to the regional director of operations. Save the platitudes, I've heard enough

Experiencia positiva: The staff is warm. The Dentist is knowledgeable, transparent and personable! There’s a bit of disconnect with me as an onboarding/new client. As well as, a huge disconnect between the general dentist and specialist. I’d hope for a better experience however, the S.Young efforts after the fact is appreciated. Allot of information could have and should have been gathered and relayed prior to visit. Hopefully this experience is isolated to me, I sure hope this is not someone else’s experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Joy, Benita, and Adriana are just the BEST!! The cleanest office, so friendly and personal!! I would highly recommend this office!!

Experiencia fantástica: I got excellent service from Dr Rosa and Assistant Victor - I had a cavity cleaned and set for a crown - the staff is pleasant and friendly - I would recommend my family and friends to this location - have been with them little over 15 years- they moved from Richardson to Murphy and we continued to go to them for our dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Another great experience at Monarch Dental - Murphy! Dr Joy always has my best clinical care in mind. Very thankful! Plus her dental team and the entire front office staff are all top/notch and extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Dr Joy has been my dentist for over 8 years!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff who attended me were very friendly and caring. they made sure i was comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: My rating should be a ZERO (0) STAR but I would not be able to post this review without a rating. Hence, the 1-star. This is my experience with Dr. Joy Rosa at Monarch Dental, Murphy. Tx. I was scheduled to crown a tooth at 2:45pm on 11/18/22. The office contacted me that they had cancellations for the day that I could come in earlier for my procedure. I got to the office around 1:40pm and Dr. Joy gave me three anaesthesia injections in the gum to numb the area before the procedure would start. After giving me the second injection, she left me to attend to a patient that just arrived. When she had finished attending to the patient, she came back to me and gave me a third injection in the gum and told me she was ready to start the procedure immediately. Just at that time, another patient arrived and Dr. Joy left the room to attend to the second patient that just arrived. From that moment till I left the clinic after over one hour, I never saw Dr. Joy again. I asked the assistant and the front desk to get Dr. Joy that I was ready and I did not want the effect of the anesthesia injections to wear off before she would commence the procedure. Dr. Joy had abandoned me with three doses of anaesthesia injections in my gum to attend to the second patient that just arrived. I left Monarch Dental at 3:05pm with no procedure, sore gums, numb right side of my mouth and no explanations for Dr. Joy's whereabouts. I decided to be detailed to let people know that they should beware of Dr. Joy Rosa at Monarch Dental Murphy. She is unprofessional and I think she is more concerned about the number of patients she sees than their well being. She kept switching from my room to other patients sometimes touching me and equipment with her bare hands after leaving the other patients which is so unhygienic.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to this Monarch Location 3 times and all of my visits have been amazing. The location is clean and the front desk is very nice and attentive. I’ve been seen by Dr. Joy and Dr. Athar, they explained to me what they saw in my X-rays and what the next steps were when getting a dental service done. I haven’t had any issues!

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment went well, very short wait in reception area, and the doctor was available very quickly. She was pleasant and knowledgeable. Also the whole staff is really super friendly and they make sure you are very comfortable during your visits.

Experiencia fantástica: I got my cleaning done here and my check up and I loved it. Everyone on this team was very educational and gentle! Can’t wait too see this team again!

Experiencia negativa: I tried to give this place a try! AND I won’t be back! 1st and only visit , get x-rays, get gums measured, then Dentist comes in and starts with I need to see a specialist and get an implant on the 2nd to last tooth in the back i had pulled 2years ago and then I need to get deep cleaning done which will take 2 visits $790 the 1st and $90 the 2nd visit! Oh and then I have a dark circle in my X-rays that I need to see a specialist for! Are you kidding me I religiously went every 6 months to the dentist for the 10 yrs, I skip 2 years due to pandemic and now I need all this done?? I call B. S. What a rip off!
