Experiencia fantástica: Glossy Dental is a fantastic dental practice for me and the entire family. The Dentists, including Dr. Sulaiman, are proficient and courteous. The front office staff are professional and treat you as family, in the same caring way, going out of the way to provide any assistance that would improve the hygiene of patients, especially kids. The hygienist is pleasant, converses very comfortably and is an expert at managing the talking with the cleaning. I highly recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service! Amazing staff! Thanks for taking care of all my dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: We just moved to Texas from California and was looking for a trusted Dentist for my wife and I. We were referred to Dr. Sulaiman through a family friend. I decided to make an hour long commute to come and see him. The commute was/is well worth the extra time as I have found Dr. Sulaiman to be professional, patient, informative and thorough. I've had extensive dental work done previous to meeting Dr. Sulaiman... so I hoped he would meet expectations. I have not been disapppointed!!! He completely understands the complexity of my previous dental work and explained several good options for my treatment path going forward. I Highly recommend Dr. Sulaiman.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was excellent. It is a very friendly environment. The doctor is quite knowledgeable and highly experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience. The doctor and his staff are amazing. I visited them with my whole family and had a wonderful experience. I strongly recommend everyone to come here for their dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an awesome experience and the staff was very thorough in my treatment and was supportive in what was needed. Edit: Went in for my procedures and the doctor was fantastic at his job and made my teeth extractions quick and easy, him and linet were awesome! Did not at any point make me feel like I was in pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. S was extremely kind and thorough. He clearly explained the cause of my pain, and after following his recommendations, I am now completely pain-free. I truly appreciate Dr. S and his wonderful staff, and I will absolutely be returning!

Experiencia fantástica: Lynette the hygienist was AMAZING!!! she makes a great addition to the wonderful team ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: First time here, it was fast efficient and my cleaning was very thorough thanks to Dr Sulaiman! The Dr and team here made me feel very welcomed. Loved the conversation with everyone. Definitely recommend!

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave zero stars I would. This dentist over charges and makes promises he can’t keep. I was charged 3500$ and some change for 2 root canals that are failing. He left me full of infection and stopped the work halfway thru the work he promised would be fine. I’ve since found another dentist who was appalled by the work said dentist did to my mouth. I should have known better than to go to a dentist in a strip mall. Save your money and your teeth. By all means avoid glossy dental in garland. The women who work there are lovely it’s just the dentist that is a complete fraud. Don’t trust him. I promise you will regret it. He’s a crook and a liar.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend glossy dentals. They did great job on my Invisalign. Me and my whole family goes there for years Dr Haywar and his assistant Elizabeth Are very professional, as well as Jasmine in the front desk

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a great experience at Glossy Dental and can’t recommend them enough! From the moment you walk in, the staff is incredibly professional and friendly, making the entire visit feel comfortable and stress-free. What I appreciate most is the quality of their care. They truly do good work, but they also take the time to communicate throughout the process. They make sure you fully understand exactly what is happening and what your options are, which really puts you at ease. If you’re looking for a dental team that is both skilled and personable, this is the place to go! Would you like me to tailor this review for a specific platform, like Google Maps or Yelp?

Experiencia fantástica: Very great and friendly staff excellent service they ought a very professional that did a great job., very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I walked into Glossy Dental with genuine dental anxiety & embarrassment. My anxiety caused me to neglect my dental health for years, but thanks to Dr Sulaiman, I have nothing to be embarrassed about anymore. Dr S & his staff are kind, sympathetic, & understanding. I cannot recommend Glossy Dental enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: Have been coming here for a couple years and am super satisfied with how my teeth was cleaned. Dr S uses his expertise to make me feel cared for. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Well.. dental work anywhere is always scary, but at least I've learned to trust the staff here. Dr. Sulaiman is the nicest dentist I've had. I've never had issues with comfort or running out of numbing. They aren't too stingy if I think I can still feel any part of the tooth during surgeries (I've had many now, to catch up on years of no insurance). All of the staff there are excellent, and I'll give a shout out to Shelby at my last cleaning visit for their careful precision. I liked that they didn't vibro-scrape too fast on some of my more sensitive teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sulaiman is not only a very great dentist but has been caring for me and my family for sometime now. I definitely recommend. Staff is amazing too! You’re just not another patient here.

Experiencia fantástica: First time here and was made very welcome by Anna. Very relaxing atmosphere especially the massage chair . The dentist did a very thorough exam and went over every detail with me while Ann took notes for me to take home and study . I wasn’t pushed into getting things done and that what I really liked as most dentists try to get you to get things done that don’t need done. Will definitely be using this dentist from now on . 5 stars are well deserved for all staff here .

Experiencia fantástica: Glossy Dental is the go to dentist place for our entire family. We have been using their services since last 4 years. Both Dr. S and the dental hygienist Mrs. Shelby are very thorough and professional. They are caring and detailed oriented. Mrs. Shelby did an awesome job cleaning my sensitive teeth. I would highly recommend Glossy Dental for any dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Glossy Dental for years and although I have moved an hour away from Plano, I refuse to change my dentist. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Sulaiman is patient and very thorough with exams and treatment recommendations. Several procedures done with no issues including cleanings.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very friendly and helpful as well as professional. Dr. Suliaman is very knowledgeable and kind, he is a caring and professional Doctor. Over all it was a pleasant experience

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Everyone is so nice and felt very comfortable with everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: It had been a long time since I’d been to the dentist so I needed a lot of work. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would leave ten stars if I could. Thank you Glossy Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Sulaimon is amazing! i have been with him over 15 years. He is very professional and treat all like a friend.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at this establishment is truly exceptional. Their friendly demeanor and helpfulness make every visit a pleasant experience. I have taken my parents there, and they are always well looked after. It's evident that the staff genuinely cares about the satisfaction of their guests. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: First time visiting this office. Had a great cleaning. My hygienist was super energetic and thorough. The office was very modern and clean with new tech my previous dentist didn’t have! Dr. S is very thorough and professional. He provided a review of treatment I needed in a way I could understand. Glossy Dental will be my new home!

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I both had a disappointing experience as new patients. Our appointment lasted over two hours, and we felt pressured to pursue additional treatments, including Invisalign and cavity fillings, that second opinions confirmed were not necessary. During my cleaning, my permanent retainer was damaged, and responsibility was not acknowledged, resulting in an out-of-pocket repair for an issue that was not present prior to the visit. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations, and we will not be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for my routine teeth cleaning, and right away Maria and Jasmine made me feel so welcomed. They’re always so friendly, and it really sets the tone for the whole visit. My cleaning went smoothly, gentle, thorough, and not rushed at all. I left feeling taken care of and with my teeth feeling super clean. It was genuinely a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The team members here are so amazing! Not only are they friendly and helpful but they take their time. They truly try to work with you on budget. They are wonderful with my daughter, especially with her being on the spectrum. And Dr. S is so informative so friendly and never recommend anything that isn’t necessary or needed. They truly put people above profit and I love that

Experiencia fantástica: As always, my kids and I had a great experience! The staff is welcoming, the support is prompt, and Dr. Sulaiman is truly outstanding—thorough, caring, and attentive. We’ve been seeing him for over five years now for cleanings and other dental needs, and he’s consistently gone above and beyond. Scheduling is always easy, and I really appreciate that he even keeps the office open late on Thursdays to accommodate busy families like ours juggling work and kids’ activities. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was amazing! From the beginning of the service until the end, everyone was so polite and very well informed.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a nervous wreck about having a tooth pulled today. It had a crack, and I just knew it was going to break during the extraction… And cause a lot of pain. Dr.S re-assured me that everything would be OK… It A-OK..NO pain, AT ALL!! Doc’s “chair side” manner, and gentleness is the best EVER!! NO PAIN!! Thanks Dr. S, and supporting staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommended Glossy Dental. I had pain on my lower teeth and was about to get root canal by other dental office however Dr.S informed me that I don’t need it and explained the cause of the pain and gave me the recommended treatment. All the staff were very friendly and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Suliaman is one of the best dentist I have ever been to! Honest and explain everything in details. The office is very clean and organized and the team explain all the treatment plan in details and all financial aspect of it. Highly recommend. Definitely going back to him

Experiencia fantástica: Another great experience having my tooth filling done by Dr Hawar. Painless from start to finish , I really appreciate the care

Experiencia negativa: I was with my family member and the doctor only medicated the bottom of the jaw . When assistant said that he would do the right side . Now to be charged for that and to come back again time and money for incompetence. I would never recommend it to any family or friend . Plus his manners was horrible to both patient and staff .

Experiencia negativa: Ever since Emma left this place has been going downhill. I do not recommend this place to anyone bc they gave a wrong treatment plan.

Experiencia fantástica: From the minute I walked in, Emma made me feel welcome… filled out some additional paperwork online very fast. Had X-rays done the Technician, Sorry, I don’t remember her name, but she was awesome. Then I met with Dr. S we went over everything that needed to be done. He was very informative. Experiencia fantástica: First visit to a dentist in a very long time and extremely anxious but the staff at Glossy dental were caring, welcoming and on their A-game when it comes to dental care. Options for the care that was recommended were explained to me in a clear, easy to understand way that eased a lot of the concerns I had with cost and the expectations for any discomfort. I’m hard to please when it comes to dentists offices but Glossy dental made sure the process was quick and informed while showing they cared. Thanks to their staff and be sure to head their way if you have the need for a new dentist.

She held my hand and even wiped my tears during a very traumatic appointment! Monica is just awesome! She always makes sure I understand everything during my appointments and does it happily. Experiencia fantástica: It’s a great dentist for kids and adults, very kind, welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: I used to be scared of the dentist, but now I think I was only scared of my old dentist. I've been there several times now, and even though I still don't like dental work, I usually manage to relax somewhat and leave the office with good vibes. The staff are friendly. Even the dentist, Dr Sulaiman, is really kind. I expect some amount of courtesy to the customer, obviously, but I enjoy when I see the Dentist being gracious to his staff too. I like that kind of atmosphere. They are accommodating with dental procedures, and aren't stingy with the local anesthesia if you express discomfort. This is good because I tend to process anesthesia a little quickly, and I've been to other dentists in my old town who would sass me when I complained about sensitivity or just tell me I don't need any. I normally hate writing reviews, but this practice is a place where I feel I want to write one just to give back to them for the helping me get back to healthier teeth and not being too paranoid to make appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: Surpassing conventional expectations effortlessly. This dental practice truly sets a new standard in the industry. The facility boasts cutting-edge technology and offers comprehensive, detailed explanations at every stage, supported by advanced visual software and imaging. Dr. Sulaiman’s precise diagnoses and gentle approach are remarkable. From day one, the friendly staff ensures you feel at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. The staff is friendly and explained everything to me in advanced. The office is very clean and bright. I am definitely going back to finish my work and I highly recommend this office
