Experiencia fantástica: My kids love this dentist! They said they don't want to ever go anywhere else. My daughter was actually excited for her appointment. The facility is clean and bright, with TVs mounted to the ceiling so the kids can watch, and it seems they have taken every measure to make sure the kids are comfortable and have a good experience. Krystle, Sophie, and Dr. Meni are so friendly and helpful. If you want your kids to not dread going to the dentist, and possibly even look forward to it, take them here!

This team knows how to make your kid feel safe and do a thorough exam/ cleaning whether it's on your lap or laying down on the patient bed.

Experiencia negativa: Do your kids a favor and look for another pediatric dentist. Based on our experience, this clinic is not patient-oriented. They demanded payment upfront before we even walked through the door, yet they were unable to successfully complete the treatment process for my child. When I asked completely reasonable questions about the procedure, the staff and the doctor became visibly uncomfortable. Instead of addressing my concerns, they refused to schedule a follow-up appointment and bluntly told us to find another doctor. If you expect a welcoming environment and clear answers about your child's dental health, go somewhere else. They do not even deserve one star.

Experiencia negativa: To be perfectly honest if I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. My 6 year old needed to have several fillings done and a couple of extractions. While weighing my option to do oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia, I explained to the staff my son does not do well with invasive procedures due to past medical events that have left him with a fear of doctors. They insisted he would do fine with the gas/oral sedation. We were charged 500$ for this appointment, within 10 minutes they cancelled his procedure and said he wouldn’t be compliant enough to do it and we would have to come back and do it under general. I was told this would cost an additional 300$ for the actual procedure, on top of 1300$ for the anesthesia. I paid the 300$ prior to the procedure and then was charged an additional 700$ almost 800$ the day of without any warning or explanation. When I received the EOB from my insurance it stated it should have only been the original 300$. It took a month for them to admit to this discrepancy, zero explanation. When they did finally own up to it the manager almost seemed upset I dug into it to begin with. Now I’ve been waiting an additional 3 weeks for the refund. I almost went broke trying to afford all of this, just to be WAY overcharged. I will absolutely not be bringing my child back to this office EVER.

Experiencia fantástica: This dental office is amazing! This is our 3rd time here. I have 3 children, one of them is on the spectrum and Lorena and Dr. Meni handled him with so much care. All of my kids were well taken care of and enjoyed themselves. Lorena was awesome making sure each one of them were comfortable and making it easier for them to enjoy themselves during the process. Dr. Meni was prompt but still very thorough with the exam and the kids did so well with her! I can’t thank them enough for making sure my kids had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I will always choose Texas Tiny Teeth for my daughters' dental needs! We had such an amazing experience at this location last Friday. From beginning to end, it was excellent! Intake was easy & quick - Krystle was helpful. Then Lorena and Destiny made both of my daughters comfortable and their nervousness was nonexistent! Both ladies were kind and did an excellent job! Then Dr. Steward was awesome! She answered all my questions and I was impressed at how gentle she was. My daughters enjoyed watching a movie during their cleaning and loved getting stickers after doing their x-rays. They also enjoyed their 'goody bags' at the end too! Again, this was such an amazing experience for my daughters (and me too)! We appreciate this amazing team!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had been going to Tx Tiny Teeth since her very first dental visit as a baby, and she is now 6 years old. Unfortunately, after our recent experience, we decided to switch to another pediatric dentist. The main issue was with the front desk staff, specifically Alex and Krystal. Scheduling became unnecessarily difficult, and communication was very unprofessional. I ended up taking my daughter elsewhere for her cleaning, but she still needed treatment completed. Her insurance fully covered the treatment she needed, yet I was repeatedly given conflicting information regarding coverage and scheduling. Instead of helping resolve the issue or explaining the next steps, they simply canceled her appointment and gave little to no direction afterward. When I asked if I needed to call back regarding my daughter’s treatment, I was met with the response, “For what?” which came across very dismissive and unprofessional. Each time I called, I had to re-explain the entire situation because the staff acted unaware of previous conversations and continuously transferred me back and forth between each other. After 6 years of being patients there, the experience was very disappointing and frustrating. Thankfully, I was able to switch providers quickly and got my daughter scheduled at a new pediatric dentist the very next day, where we were treated with kindness and professionalism. I truly hope other families have a better experience than we did, but unfortunately, due to the unprofessional communication and unkind attitudes we encountered, we will not be returning.

They are Uncaring and unprofessional .. unfortunately we had to change dentist because of an incident . I Would not recommend these dentist to family nor friends. We have now found a better dental office for my kids ! And We love it . They actually TREAT US LIKE HUMAN BEINGS. And are VERY kind and respectful and professional.i don’t need you Texas tiny teeth to reply or reach out to me . I am leaving this comment here for the mommas who want the best for their children so they can find a better dentist office to have the best overall experience for them and their children . What you can do is find employers that love children and love helping humans and create a welcoming atmosphere. After all they are working at a CHILDRENS dental office

Experiencia negativa: About a week ago. This was my first time looking for a dentist for my daughter, so I expected at least basic respect and support. Unfortunately, the front desk experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk showed no interest in helping me. She barely looked at me when I asked for information, stayed on her phone most of the time, and kept talking to the employee next to her as if I wasn’t there. This behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel completely ignored as a customer. Because of this poor treatment, I decided to leave and take my daughter to look for another dental office. I do not feel comfortable going back knowing I will be treated this way again. A healthcare place, especially one that treats children, should be welcoming and respectful. If the management cares about their reputation, the front desk staff needs proper customer service training or replacement. This experience was disappointing and unacceptable

While my husband was at the dental office with our children, he called me because of a serious issue with how they were being treated. I immediately called the office myself, hoping to calm the situation and find a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, my experience on the phone was just as bad. The office manager, Crystal, spoke to me in a very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. Instead of listening or trying to help, she was argumentative, cold, and showed no respect at all. Her tone made it very clear that she did not care about our concerns as parents. I was shocked by how aggressively she handled a simple and reasonable concern: a parent wanting to be present with their 8-year-old child during dental treatment. There was no empathy, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the situation—only attitude. This confirmed that the issue was not a misunderstanding, but a serious problem with management and how families are treated at this office. As a mother, I would never feel comfortable bringing my children back here. I strongly warn other parents: if you expect respect, communication, and basic understanding when it comes to your children, this is not the place.

Experiencia negativa: I had a very upsetting experience at this dental office today. I came in with my 8-year-old son for his scheduled appointment. I waited for this appointment and had to take my son out of school to be there. After checking in, the front desk informed me that I was not allowed to go back with my child and that he had to be alone with the dentist and nurse. My son is only 8 years old. As a parent, I am not comfortable and will never agree to leaving my child alone in a treatment room with adults I do not know. This is a basic parental right, and many pediatric dental offices allow parents to be present, especially for young children. When I explained this calmly, instead of trying to help or offer any solution, I was told that they do not accept that and that I should look for another dental office. The way they spoke to me was rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. The situation became even worse when the office manager, Crystal, got involved. Her attitude was dismissive, hostile, and disrespectful, and she made no effort to de-escalate the situation or show understanding. For a manager, this behavior was unacceptable. In the end, my time was wasted, my child missed school for nothing, and we were treated very poorly simply for wanting to protect our child. I do not recommend this office to families, especially parents who want to be present with their young children during treatment. I will not be returning.

Experiencia negativa: Typical “chain” dentist. My 3 year daughter needed a cavity taken care off and sealant on her back molars. Out of the 5 teeth sealed the cavity was still not taken care of. Then they stated after stopping that there’s an additional charge for more laughing gas due to a second appointment instead of making you aware prior to starting treatment. Office really doesn’t understand the parent perspective. Also after document requests for a second opinion they are quite slow at sending them.

Experiencia negativa: This is a beautiful facility, yes. The doctors are educated, yes. The dentists are verbally patient & kind enough to ease any concerns you have for your children. BUT! The dentist chose to administer an Infiltration Injection. He was NOT numb to pull the tooth. & Even though my son screamed that it was hurting him- & I advocated for my son. He was screaming & I was pushed out of the room He was NOT numb. & I saw my son's body being held down & flung in pain as I was told to watch outside the glass doors. My son can take a shot in the arm with zero problems. When he screams & has the doctor assistant sit on top of him to hold him down & hear him scream with every push & pull. I WONT EVER FORGET THAT SOUND. he was NOT numb. It may be bad placement of the anesthetic, or poor timing. I will not take my child back to this dental office. Beautiful office, nice location, friendly staff... Yes! But no for my children.

Same with the prize box showdown before we left. This was all before 9am... But the real wow moment? The dentist with my 1-year-old. I warned the doc: “Her 'stranger danger' is fierce. She's gonna meltdown.” She did at the last office we went to. But this dentist? Started singing. Sang through the *whole exam.* No fuss, no tears. That’s not everyday stuff. That’s above and beyond. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We’re Tiny Teeth lifers now.

We came from another clinic, where they damaged our tooth, treated it incorrectly (I know, because I am a practicing dentist) and my child came to this wonderful clinic with a swollen face. If you’re looking for a clean, friendly and caring dentist office for your kids this is the place. Often times you have a good doctor and not so good staff this is not the situation here. Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love the dentist AND team at this location! Brought my son (who had a terrible experience with another dentist) and he was terrified going into his appointment. The dental assistant, Destiny was extremely patient and so kind. She was able to ease my son’s anxiety and he loves going to the dentist now because of her. Thank you for being understanding with my child. People like Destiny are invaluable because they have an instinct and a natural ability to calm a child. Thank you once again and we cannot wait for our next visit.
