Karmen was able to schedule me THAT DAY and pull the insurance and check my benefits. Avery was the assistant who did the pretesting and guided me through the pre-exam before I saw Dr. Pearson who was AMAZING! I had to get an emergency procedure done and he was able to do it that day and take care of the issue! The doctor and his staff were all incredibly kind, professional, empathetic, trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. I am in the healthcare field and can tell by if someone cares and has expertise in their field and Dr. Pearson and staff are wonderful! Dr Benarrosh and his wonderful assistant, Jonathan, did a very thorough and complete exam and concluded the tooth had to be extracted. The extraction went perfectly. Experiencia fantástica: I have had my teeth cleaning preformed here by Donna since 2015 and I am always happy with the results and subsequent favorable report. On my most recent visit Donna noticed a suspicious area under the gum line of one of my splendid implants, installed by Dr. Benarroch in April, 2015. Dr. Benarroch determined that laser surgery was required to rectify the problem and they were able to get the job done that same morning. After a couple of hours of minor pain I am back to what passes as normal for me. I think adding coffee and donuts in the waiting room would be a great perk for the clients and job security for Donna!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first post op visit since my surgery and I was scheduled for an afternoon appointment but something came up an emergency and the office was nice enough to accommodate my schedule and and allow me to come in a little earlier. The office is very clean the staff was very friendly and very professional. The doctor was awesome. He was gentle with me and wasn’t rough on my gums. I was very pleased with the aftercare.

Beyond the shadow of any and all doubt, by far the best team of professionals I've ever seen. Everyone is a step ahead for the next procedure, like an assembly line. They explain in laymen's terms, in detail what they're about to do and what the outcome will be and what to expect. The staff are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The office was very responsive with all my booking questions and calling my insurance to verify costs before the appointment and even followed up with me to confirm (very hard to get nowadays). Dr. Pearson was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time explaining everything and gave his recommendations but asked what I felt comfortable doing. I asked for a breakdown of codes and cost and they happily provided them even going so far as submitting a predetermination to my insurance. So glad I took a chance coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Valencia Periodontics by my primary dentist for gum laser therapy treatments. It was time, and I had been putting it off for the better part of a year. After having the treatments, I can’t believe I waited so long. This is THE periodontist for people with dental anxiety. Mine is pretty bad and takes a lot out of me. I didn’t think anything would make it easier. I was wrong. I’ve been to Valencia Periodontists 4 times now, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been compassionate, kind, and patient with me. Dr. Pearson has been treating my gums. He’s thorough, gentle, and so knowledgeable when it comes to the latest treatments. I feel well taken care of by him. I also like that I have options when it comes to helping me relax during procedures. I’ve had nitrous oxide a few times and it helps me calm down. There are more options available to me, should I need them, and that’s comforting to know. Another standout is Cici, the friendly face in the reception area. She immediately puts you at ease, but more than that, she is well versed in all things insurance and financing. There was no mystery when it came to how much the procedure would cost me and how much my insurance would reimburse me. I’m so glad my primary dentist referred me to these specialists. I’m sure there are a lot of options in the Santa Clarita area, but I can’t imagine a more perfect setting for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Shay is by far the best hygienist I have experienced. She is gentle, extremely thorough, and took extra time to show me the best way to floss with a permanent retainer. My teeth and gums are in the best condition they have been in years. She is a ray of sunshine with her shining personality. Getting my teeth cleaned is the very last thing I ever want to do. I use to avoid it as long as possible, however Shay has managed to change my perspective on the entire process of dental cleaning. I will not get my teeth cleaned. If you want a comforting experience by a true professional, Shay is who you want to make your next appointment with.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday I had a perio Cleaning and a recent oral surgery to repair major bone loss. I have been seeing Dr. Benarroch for almost 3 years. He has taken on and repaired my intensive gum and teeth issues. The hygienists are gentle, but extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Pain management and professionalism is beyond compare. Attention to detail is impeccable, and my teeth and gums never looked or felt better (I am 70 years old!). Oh, and they have technology that outperforms the old way of dentistry. From A to Z, patients feel like royalty in that office! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I have recently had several appointments w/Dr. Benarsch in order for him to address and correct some serious dental issues a General dentist created for me. Dr. B.was very thorough and patient in explaining exactly what he would be doing to correct the problems that were created by the previous dentist. He is also the dentist I will continue to visit for future dental cleanings. I should also mention what a friendly and welcoming staff Dr. Benarsch has.

The entire procedure was completed within an hour, and the results are absolutely beautiful. One thing that stood out was the innovative technology they used. Instead of the traditional molds, they utilized a pen scanner to create a precise digital impression of my mouth, which was incredibly cool and convenient. Additionally, the office staff, including Brandon and Malerisa, were incredibly supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. Dr. Roche also provided laser therapy afterward to minimize any discomfort and promote healing, which was a fantastic touch. Overall, I’m beyond satisfied and highly recommend Dr. Bernard Roche and his entire team. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the best care and comfort.

Experiencia fantástica: Had an emergency where an old crown fell out yesterday exposing the root canal portion (sensitivity to hot and cold was high). Dr. Pearson was able to fit me in today at 10am. I was so grateful. Luckily, the crown did not go down my sink. Dr. Pearson was able to clean and reattach the old crown. I will return to figure out if an implant will be needed. Dr. Pearson was awesome and so nice. I also want to thank all the staff that helped me. A big shout out to Marrisa! I see all the work that you do in the background =).

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Beneron and his staff were super nice, efficient and professional. I went for a second opinion as my dentist said I needed an extraction, bone graft and an implant for $5000.00. Turns out I just need a root canal which will cost just under $600 after insurance. The implant wouldn’t have been covered at all. He’s saved me thousands and he doesn’t even do root canals so he’s not even benefiting much from the new diagnosis. I am quite grateful and I told my old dentist I would not be back. They basically didn’t care. Thank you Dr Beneron

He explains everything to the patient and their loved ones in terms that are easy to understand. He is very patient and when we had questions, he answered all of them even if he already covered the subject matter. All of the people who work in this office that we had interaction with were warm, kind, professional, polite, proactive, and accommodating. The office location is in a large building in a parking lot that shares space with other large buildings but there is ample, and at this time, free parking. The waiting area is clean and has comfortable seating.
