Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Woolard. My whole family is transitioning to her as our new dentist. Prices are very reasonable and she does not upsell anything. Contrast this to some of the other local high-end dental offices, who charge an arm and a leg and hit you with all this fancy high-end tech x-ray stuff before you can even process what’s going on. Only to find your entire years worth of insurance has been maxed out in one visit. You won’t find this behavior at Dr Woolard office though. Dr Woolard Is your basic old school dentist office, still doing regular x-rays and providing professional care without the upselling. Very happy we found her office.

Everyone at the office is unbelievably caring, patient, friendly, gentle, and educational! They take their time to explain things instead of leaving you questioning everything they’re doing. Everyone makes sure you are always feeling comfortable and getting taken care of. I grew almost fearful of my previous dentist, but now I definitely won’t be thinking about a new dentist for a long time. I look forward to the next time I visit. Experiencia negativa: In my humble opinion, I would avoid this dentist. Every time I went in It was a hard sell to get Invisalign. I was eventually convinced because I was told they were required as part of a surgery on my front tooth. They were not. Glue residue is still on my teeth because they were unable to remove it all. I resented the hard sell especially when suddenly I had to spend an extra $800 to purchase retainers that they didn’t mention at the beginning. This after Invisalign just lost a monopoly lawsuit regarding the sale of retainers. I refrained from purchase because I wanted to see if my retainers were covered by insurance. They made me sign a letter because I didn’t consent to immediate purchase . I felt bullied. Because I paused, I received a certified letter saying that I should never come back and that they were dropping me as a customer. I was also told that all the dental work done on my mouth would no longer be under warranty by her offices. This is very sketchy And unprofessional. I will need to meet with a second dentist to see if she dropped me because she made an error on the surgery. there is no excuse for the vindictive behavior because I paid all bills and attended all appointments, except for one when my dog died. I made a dental impression two days after she put in my new tooth. You can see from the photo that the tooth is crooked. The replaced tooth was inserted crooked. There are plaques on the walls commemorating how many Invisalign this Dentist has sold. I was there when they received a cake for selling them.

Carly was wonderful and worked with me to set up an appointment around my schedule. She also kept the same decorum when scheduling my follow up appointment. Diana may be the best to do what she does. She walked me through every step we were going to take, answered my questions, and even explained what she was going to do and why she was going to do it. On top of that, she's so good with the numbing agent gel and shots that I never felt a thing! Being informed and feeling comfortable make the experience stand out. Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I went to a dental office prior to seeing Dr Nilda . . They had quoted us a ridiculous amount little over $1700 so we left we ended up finding Dr Nildas office. We showed up and explained why we left the first office we proceeded to tell her and staff my husband is in excruciating pain I proceeded to give her a little insight, if we left her office I guarantee my husband would NOT go another day to a dentist . She then offered to see him she let us know the service he needed she doesn’t normally do because of the location of the teeth but because he’s in pain and we know for sure he wouldn’t see a dentist another day she willingly treated him. We are so grateful for her she relieved my husband of his pain gave great service and wait time and sit time weren’t long Grate service all the way around from friendly caring staff and receptionist to even pricing she is highly recommended we are using her for all and any future services we need

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: While Carly & Mitzi at the desk are quite nice, and Julio was a great hygienist, I wish I had never walked into this office. After having Dr. Woolard fill a tooth, pain began and the filling fell out. She redid it after the holidays and it fell out again. The pain continued and increased in intensity. When Dr. Woolard saw me again she blamed me for the filling coming out (this has never happened to me before and it has never happened since). She wanted to try again with a *temporary* filling because she thought I might now need a root canal. (I was nowhere near needing anything to that degree when I walked in.) I ended up going to another dentist who fixed it immediately and was pretty stunned at Dr. Woolard's synopsis of the problem. It took two weeks to get my dental records sent over after sending half a dozen messages asking for them with no suggestion of a solution for the financial, physical, and time consuming problem they created for me. The dentist seemed more frustrated by my dissatisfaction rather than attempting to offer reassurance, apologize, or make it right. Real bummer. Also, they do not have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) in the office for procedures. My initial review was made because they offer "gifts" to patients for reviews. Came in by chance meeting someone who worked in this office and had good things to say. Took a chance as someone with dentist anxiety and I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and personable. This was my first time getting any dental work done without any nitrous gas to relax me, and I actually had a FUN visit in the office just interacting with everyone, especially Julio who took the time to connect and put me at ease.

I am getting Invisalign so I had to get my teeth cleaned and get fillings for cavities (so it does not become a problem later on, since my teeth will be enclosed in the aligners and that is where bacteria can grow). Carly, in the front, was very helpful! She happily answered any questions and concerns I had. Especially the ones that includes cost of service. Kevin cleaned my teeth and I felt that he cleaned them thoroughly well. He spent a lot of time on each tooth when cleaning. At the end, he gave me feedback and advised me on which areas I need to focus on in terms of cleaning and flossing. Lira took care of me most of the time and took my x-rays and my teeth scans (for Invisalign). She always asked “are you okay?” and make sure I was comfortable since sometimes x-rays, I know, are uncomfortable. Dr. Woolard did my fillings and because I had so many (in between teeth, not full on cavities), it was a very very very long process, but she made it tolerable. Conversation was great! I think she’s pretty funny! She and her team made sure that I was comfortable and not in pain at all times during this whole process. I got my Invisalign today and I can’t wait to see results after getting Invisalign!

Although I am 2 years behind in teeth cleaning due to pandemic, Kevin (Hygienist) cleaned my teeth thoroughly, made sure I am comfortable and he's very pleasant to talk to. Experiencia fantástica: The day I received my dental I came straight here, I could of chosen an office closer to my home but I didn’t mind driving the 10/15 since I needed “emergency care” They had time that same day to fit me in and look at my tooth which I didn’t even get calls back from other dentists in my area! at the end of my visit they set me an appointment to fit my temp Crown just a few days after and then 5 days after that I’m sitting here with a brand new porcelain crown! These ladies are honestly a breath of fresh air to dentistry, they make me want to keep coming back for even the smallest reason! They’re professional but keep a relaxed office so it makes you feel comfortable! They even gave me a pillow when I was getting prepared for my crown! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband has been raving about the care he received when he sat down for a cleaning. So, i know who to turn to when suddenly my gums were swollen over the weekend. Dr Woolard agreed to see me first thing Monday morning. What a relief that was. The whole office accommodated me, Thank you Dr Woolard , you are truly a caring dentist, very professional and you are always there for your patients. You even called me that Monday night to make sure I’m ok and no longer in pain.

Staff are friendly and welcoming and explain everything from issues to treatment and payment very thoroughly. Dr.Woolard, Kevin and Carly have been great and I feel they genuinely want to help the patient.
