The front desk staff, cashier, X-ray technician, and the entire team were professional, friendly, and caring. A special thank you to Samrawit, who cleaned my teeth. She did an amazing job, was very gentle, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I also want to thank the gentleman who came in afterward to review everything and check my teeth. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to learn his name, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole team treated me with kindness and made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend Stellar Dentist to anyone looking for excellent dental care and outstanding customer service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I was a bundle of nerves, but the staff at Stellar Dental from the front office to the X-ray tech,the hygienist and the dental assistant. All of them were SUPER FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL and answered all my questions! They were all smiles with everyone having an easy-going attitude, which really put me at ease. I barely felt a thing. All my visits were excellent as I’ve had a bad experience before. 5 to Dr. gentle touch and his team.

I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist but it was a completely pain free experience and I appreciate being able to see the imagery of the scans of my teeth in real time and getting a chance to go over the findings. Getting scheduled and filling out forms was easily done ahead of time making my visit quick and easy. Cannot recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in a pickle when I learned the dentist I already saw. I was not in network. They drafted up quite the treatment plan bill that I would largely have to come out of pocket. I searched in network providers on my insurance website, and came across Dr. Gotora who I noticed had high ratings and was accepting new patients. When I called, a staff member promptly answered. I explained my situation and she was able to schedule me within one week, with the disclaimer that she is not sure if all the treatment will be able to happen in one day. Immediately meeting Dr. Gotora, I was impressed as I never actually had a dentist start off the visit building rapport with me. He was able to perform a quick exam to confirm what treatments I needed. And even though typically the treatments would require separate visits, he was so accommodating in assuring they were done in the same day. I certainly will be returning and highly recommend this practice.

My first visit was an emergency visit and because of the prompt, professional, courteous service I received that day and how Dr. Gotora and his staff were immediately able to diagnose and treat my dental issue, I've been going to Stellar every since, for quarterly teeth cleanings, x-rays and in emergencies, as was the case this May 13th when I had pain and swelling in my left lower gum. The dental assistants were able to squeeze me in minutes before closing to see Dr. Gotora. I recently referred my sister to Stellar Dental and she too was pleased with the service

They are totally new to me, I had an emergency one day at work and they were the closest dental office that could take me. The information, time and attention that was given meant a lot. I wasn’t able to get my tooth extracted on that visit but it was because my blood pressure being high. I kept in touch with them in my process of lowering my blood pressure and they were very understanding. They were able to get me in the office when my blood pressure was at a good enough level to do the extraction. Dr. Allen Gotora called me after hours to get me in early and he called me after hours to check up on my. That is truly a blessing to have a Doctor care that much about their clients and their work. I could go on and on, lol I’m honored and grateful to have found Dr. Allen and his team!! I recommend anyone to visit and try it for yourself and watch the impact I. Will have on you. He is not one of those doctors who are scolding in a bad way. He is very professional, very understanding and I was delighted for that reason. I decide to return to follow my dental process. Experiencia negativa: Anything but Stellar. Went in for two cavities filled. The dentist did it wrong. The next day part of the filling came out. I went back to have it fixed. It still wasn't done correctly. All done by one of the junior dentist. Called and said I needed the owner to fix it which he did. But months later the other filling popped out. So done with this place

A complete waste of my time because no one asked questions, or failed to advise of certain policies pertaining to my situation. Experiencia negativa: My grandfather came here and was treated horribly. Today, the dentist forced the bridge in his mouth yet again. My grandfather explained to the dentist the teeth were causing his gums to swell. They charged him $5000.00 and did not nothing to correct his teeth. Just because he is a Senior Citizen does not mean he has no support and a family that will protect him. This dentist is foul and needs to be removed. My grandfather is still having severe pain and swelling in his mouth and can’t eat! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
