Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry. The receptionist was very friendly welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. Dr. Chih Shee was professional knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this office!

Experiencia negativa: I was a patient under the former ownership and always had a great experience. I was looking forward to experiencing the practice under the new ownership. Unfortunately, both calls with the receptionist were unpleasant. On my first call, she was short, rushed, and impatient while I was asking questions, but I overlooked it and booked online instead. Today, I called to reschedule because my teeth had become very sensitive after eating kiwis. Before I could finish explaining, she interrupted me, rushed the conversation, and never acknowledged my concern or offered to check with the dental team. I live in Bethesda, where I have many dental options, but was willing to travel to Silver Spring because of my previous positive experience here. Unfortunately, the front-desk experience made me uncomfortable enough to reconsider returning.

Experiencia positiva: I recently had my first appointment at Aspen Hill Modern Dentistry, and overall, I had an excellent experience. The office is beautiful, the staff was welcoming, and everything went smoothly. The doctor was outstanding. She was professional, caring, and knowledgeable, and I really liked her. The dental assistants were also very good, with one exception. One assistant repeatedly whispered to the doctor while covering her mouth and looking in my direction. Although I could not hear what was being said, the behavior made me feel uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being discussed. I found it unprofessional and believe it should be addressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chee and staff are very caring and professional .I've been coming for 8 years and very satisfied and happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very professional and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Phenomenal attention to detail and professionalism. I'll be going back as long as I live in the DMV.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, kind and efficient dental care here.

Under the new administration, the practice continues to uphold the same high standards of care and attention. For any dental needs, I highly recommend Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry.

Experiencia fantástica: I came here for the first time today and it was great! The staff is very professional and the dental hygienist Heather is very welcoming. The cleaning was thorough and the doctor seems to care about each individual patient. The wait times were also very short. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Love getting my 6 month dental check-ups from this Silver Spring practice. Cleanings are very detailed to remove build-up/plaque, followed by the doctor visit to check in. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: could use more finesse during teeth cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care from Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry. I had concerns about a cavity and some discomfort and Dr. Shee explained everything that I had issues with. He listened and understood my issues and gave me several options for treatment. I've had no discomfort since. I'm very pleased with the service from here. Highly recommend. Friendly and caring staff.

The entire team is knowledgeable, attentive, and takes the time to explain everything, which made me feel confident and at ease throughout my treatment. They truly care about their patients and make every appointment a positive experience. The office is clean, organized, and everyone is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Cosmetic Dentistry in Springfield to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. Thank you for making every visit such a great experience!!

Experiencia fantástica: Let me start off by saying I hate going to the dentist. It’s one of the most frightening things. I decided to come here on a whim and dr shee is just amazing. He makes me feel at ease, he explains step by step what he is doing and he always makes sure I am ok. I’m also an introvert but the conversations with him flow very easily. Sandra is also very nice and sweet. They are all patient enough to answer all my questions. If I did not have to move back there nyc, this would have been my permanent dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: They are great! Working with me to help lower the cost, and letting me know how much the 2 gum lines fillings will be - made me acutely aware of how different this dentist was. I liked his professional expertise. He took X-rays of my teeth, and I could actually see the problems of the 2 gum line fillings. I will feel comfortable letting Dr. Shee repair the 2 gum line fillings. I liked everything about this dental practice. I also liked the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: They were sooo kind!!! And they took me with very short notice. i will be back!!

Allowed me to wait in their facility until my ride came back! I’m truly thankful but upset that this is a jewel location! Get insurance that will allow you to be service in great places such as this!!

Experiencia fantástica: Incredibly respectful and patient providers! They keep you informed as to what they need to do and make sure you’re as comfortable as possible at all times. They’re quick but also manage to take their time with you and never rush you or your procedure. Probably the best dentist experience I’ve ever had

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for years and am always happy with the great customer service and friendliness of the staff. They are open early which is very convenient for my schedule and I never have issues getting an appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: The doctor and his staff were highly professional, highly skilled and very likeable. I could not have asked for anything more. He has invested a lot of money in the newest dental equipment. I had two root canals, two crowns and a tooth filled at his office. None of the procedures hurt at all. I was very impressed. I wish I had known about his office years ago. I will recommend him to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming here in 2021 when I broke my tooth. My friend recommended this practice because she trusts them. I am a very anxious person when it comes to dental procedures, but Dr Raoufinia was very calm and reassuring. I love how he explains the procedure as he goes. He has done all my dental work and I have always been satisfied with the outcome. Danny, the dental hygeinist is wonderful. She makes sure your teeth are clean and sparkly. She always educates her patients the proper way to brush their teeth. The front desk and dental aides are very wonderful ladies. They make sure to accommodate your needs and make you feel comfortable during each visit. The clinic is clean- I see them sanitize equipment after each use. I would recommend this practice to friends and family.

The doctor was incredibly kind and helpful—I’m actually looking forward to my next visit! Shoutout to Danny and the doctor! Thanks for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: Growing up i was petrified of going to the dental office. Been to a few but Dr. Raoufinia’s has by far been thee best! Been going to him almost 6 years now. Him and the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, He’s always made me feel comfortable and assuring me that things will be okay. Knowledgeable and professional. 11/10 recommend his office.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been fortunate to have always had access to excellent dentists, throughout my life, but I can certainly say Dr. Raoufinia is on top of the list. Not only his skills are impeccable, but what impressed me the most was how engaged and informed I felt at every step of the process. Finding a dentist who will inform you about your situation, and then communicates your options in a considerate yet laid-back manner is like hitting a lottery!

Experiencia fantástica: Always fantastic, love the team here at silver spring cosmetic. I refer all my friends who are open to a new dentist. Got my fiance to start with them. She's always had severe dentist related anxieties, ever since her first cleaning here she's made it clear that even of we continue moving further from the city, she'll continue comuting in until they close.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a wonderful experience with this office. The staff are very nice and helpful. Dr. Raoufinia is the best dentist I have ever had. As a patient that has anxiety around the dentist he always remain calm and reassuring. He never causes any pain during his work. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Raoufinia and the entire staff at Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry are top-shelf! I have never had a dentist or dental experience that has been as good. The staff is friendly and effecient, and always make me feel welcome. I have never waited more than maybe 5-ish minutes to be seen. The office is clean, modern, and relaxing. The dentist is very thorough and thoughtful, and explains everything he is doing so there are no unpleasant surprises or anxiety. Also, I learn alot at each appointment. I just completed my Invisalign treatments and I have never been happier with my smile! Would enthusiastically recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry is worthy of a 5-star review. Dr. Raoufinia and his Team are experts, professionals, and provide patient-first customer service with a friendly smile. My dentistry procedures there have produced the right outcomes. Experiencia fantástica: Each time I step in to this office, which is on street level, I feel transported to heaven. The office is serene, receptionist greets you with a twinkle in her eyes. Dental Hygienists are gentle and proficient. The highest of praises goes to Dr. Raoufinia, who demonstrates his love and respect for his chosen profession by giving detailed explanation of the procedure to be undertaken and gives an account of treatment options. I highly recommend this practice. I have visited couple of other places which felt industrialized. This place offers boutique like care and service.

Experiencia fantástica: High praise for this office, the techs were kind and skilled, the doc took time to explain the intricacies of each of my issues, and gave me thorough guidance on best care practices. My teeth feel great!

Dr. Raoufinia cares so much about his patients and it really shows, especially when I have any concerns or questions. He really takes the time to talk me through all of my questions and always assures me, we are taking the best actions for teeth health. Dr. Raoufinia and the staff are so kind and caring. Experiencia fantástica: Sandra was very nice and professional would definitely recommend to friends and family

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the Dentist is normally not something you are looking foward to. My visit to Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry changed my whole outlook. I was greeted by the pleasant and efficient front office staff. My hygienist, Danni, was exceptional. Dr. Raoufinia was patient, explained everything in depth, and was the epitome of professionalism. I will refer family and friends to this establishment.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely smooth and comfortable. What a great experience all around.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is 11 years old and it was her first time at the dental office, she got a cleaning done and needed fillings done as well. She had a marvelous experience with Dr.Raoufinia and Hygienist. We are looking forward to see him and his amazing team for her next cleaning. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: It is rare to find a dental practice with such professionalism, compassion, and talent. I've never met a dentist I trust more than Dr. Raoufinia, who uses state of the art technology while putting patients at ease. His judgment and skill are top notch, his staff is exceptional, and the office is clean and wait times are short. Highly recommended as a primary practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Nima was my dentist for several years while I was living around the DC area. I loved everyone at that office! They are all so sweet and professional. Dani the hygienist always did such an amazing job! And Dr. Nima has an outstanding bedside manner. They were always completely honest and only do right by their patients, I trusted them completely! I don’t live in the area anymore and now I’ll have to try to find someone just as good

Experiencia positiva: My first deep cleaning was exceptionally well performed. Only disappointment was that the anesthesia administered became far more intense after the procedure was completed. It was fine during the procedure, and I had no pain. It did not wear off in an hour or two but did not really disappear until six hours elapsed! Perhaps the dose was too strong? I will discuss this when the second half of my deep cleaning is done next week. Marion

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental practice. The office staff is friendly and keeps everything running smoothly from scheduling appointments, check-in, and payment. The hygienists are quite thorough and Dr. Nima is very knowledgeable and explains what he's doing very well.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place to get all your dental work done, professional good attention and pretty clean!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience at a dentist office. I was very nervous for my appointment, but the staff and Dr. Put me at ease. The office is so clean and each person I spoke to was so nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going here for about seven years, and I have always enjoyed my visits. From what I remember, the dentist wasn’t always fun for me, but ever since I made this my primary dentist's office, I have enjoyed every visit. The receptionists are easy to talk to and get you checked in quickly. The hygienists and assistants are always professional and also easy to talk to. Dr. Raoufinia is always great and also easy to talk to. Everyone listens to your concerns and checks to see what is going on. Although I wouldn't say I like getting poked around, I do enjoy going to my appointments here.

Experiencia fantástica: The best service ever!!! Dr. Raoufinia has the most gentle hand in the dentistry business, the clinic is modern and top of the line products and equipment. The staff are amazing too!! Y hablan español también!! Realmente los mejores

Experiencia fantástica: My dentist of 45 years retired 2 years ago. After a thorough search I chose to go to Dr. Raoufinia. He is conveniently located in downtown Silver Spring. I also have a fear of going to the dentist and anxiety sets in. Danni, the hygienist was great. She was gentle, calming and took her time. I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentist office is polite, professional and welcoming! When you walk through the front door, you are greeted by name. Appointments start in time! The hygienists are gentle and explain the process as they work. I have always dreaded dental visits but not now. I look forward to my visits every 6 months. To the front desk team, the hygienists and the Dentist......I appreciate you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Like some people, I have an extreme fear of going to the dentist. The needles and the drilling is not high on my list of things I ever want to do but Dr Nima Raoufinia is the most gentle and patient. He walked me through every step of the procedure which helped me stay calm. He is the best dentist I’ve ever had!

Experiencia fantástica: They are professional and know what it takes to make their patients comfortable every step of their procedures or treatments. My family loves their practice.

Experiencia negativa: Very Dissatisfied with the Front desk procedure, they want you to spend money on cleanings and they don’t even tell you how much you gonna pay how much you have in your insurance covered, so when you don’t have any more money in your dental insurance they insisted for you to do dental cleaning, then they will say oh you have this and this and this procedure hey now you owe Us all this money so if you don’t pay we’re gonna send you to Collections when they should verify if you still have money in your insurance, but they insist 100% at least 20 times for you to do the cleaning procedure and then they said to you , oh you did the procedure and now you don’t have any money in your insurance so you own money to us, I think this is very sketchy and bad policy for any customer I am not coming back ever and I don’t recommend people beware of if your insurance don’t cover everything they will still ask you to do the Dental procedure and then they will ask you to pay off out of your pocket or otherwise they will send you to collections sneaky really bad , I’m sorry fir Dr. Raufinia

Experiencia fantástica: Saji (dental hygienist) & the Dentist were super nice! Very helpful and educational. Also, the ladies at the front desk were very kind as well.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit. From the front desk staff, Maria and Roxy to the dental hygienist, Saji and Dr. Raoufinia everyone was friendly and helpful. The cleaning was done painless, with care & patience. Feedbacks were given by Saji and Dr. Raoufinia as we went through the appointment so I always felt informed. I feel great after my visits! Thank you for your attentive care, professionalism & wonderful service! Overall - excellent experience and one I will share with many.

Experiencia fantástica: I continue to come to SSCD because the staff, the hygienist as well as the Dentist are professional, kind and very knowledgeable. The office is clean, and the technology is ultra-modern. You feel safe with the precautions they take. It's always a pleasure to go there, considering you are going to the Dentist--a must do activity.

Experiencia fantástica: New patient - Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and informative. They took the time to listen to my concerns and explain various things. I put off going to the dentist for a while, but am glad I chose this office!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel one's care is individualized and Dr. Nima Raoufinia embodies this concept in his practice. I am very grateful he was recommended to me. My care has been exceptional. You cannot mention a wonderful provider without giving praise to the team. I consider Roxanne and Maria as the front line navigators to support one's care. I love their personalities and professionalism. Saundra assists Dr. Raoufinia in a compassionate and pleasant manner. Danni, Dental Hygienist was just excellent! I also loved the state of the art technology and clean environment. Thank you and I truly hope this team stays together for many years to come!

Experiencia fantástica: I feel very lucky to have found this incredible this place, all the staff and dental professional were super kind and very helpful giving me all the info regarding of my Oral Healthcare, insurance, etc. This was my first time visiting Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentist and of course I’m going to recommend this place to my family end friends!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this practice. By far the best experience I had with dentist. From front desk, to hygienist to doctor very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Raoufinia is very knowledgeable and honest, and he takes the time to talk with me about treatment options, insurance coverage, etc. Everyone I have interacted with in the office has been fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! From the Front staff to the Dentist, the experience is always A1! And Shout Out to Roxy, she makes you feel like family when you come.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was nervous going in because of a bad experience with another dentist. When I told the doctor this, he made sure this time was perfect. He explained everything he was doing, and kept checking in to make sure I was still doing well. All of the staff are wonderful too!

Experiencia fantástica: It was my first time and I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone I know. Great service and nice worker. Timing was great too.

Experiencia fantástica: Just went for a cleaning - that happened to coincide with the most horrendous gum and tooth pain. The pain started yesterday afternoon (even with repeated brushing, flossing and gargling) and went from mild to nuclear from there! As a continuing patient (see previous review), they fit me in for an assessment of my tooth as well as the cleaning. He and the staff were just as gracious as ever and quickly saw me, treated the pain and likely source of it. He also advised about removing the nearby wisdom tooth in the future - as a possible contributing factor to the irritation of food getting trapped and refusing to dislodge. I have never been so grateful to have a Dentist like Dr. Nima Raoufinia :) In my distress he gave me a tip he'd gotten from another patient (yes, he listens to his patients) with the caveat that there's no scientific evidence behind it. Guess what? It worked!!! The pain instantly diminished. Not with pain meds or injections, but with hot liquid (coffee for me). So in addition to treating the affected area with irrigation, a medicinal rinse and drug injection, he shared some knowledge that might (AND DID) alleviate the pain that neither ice nor any other treatment could. Love him and the staff!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the text messages to the front desk to the hygentist and the dr. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.. I would recommend SSCD to anyone... !!!!!!!!! and I am truly glad that I am going through this chapter in my life of being more comfortable with my smile with them. THANK YOU

Experiencia fantástica: It really doesn't get any better and I'm a self proclaimed lover of all things Dentistry lol. This team is amazing from the time you schedule until you exit the practice. BEST DENTAL TEAM IN THE DMV!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much I was very nervous Danny and the front desk was super nice...let the journey begin to a healthy smile..thanks again

Experiencia fantástica: Personable, thorough, pain-free, knowledgable, convenient. What else do you need from a dentist?

Experiencia fantástica: I love Silver Spring Cosmetic Dentistry and the staff. They are friendly and very caring. Dr. Raoufinia is the best! He explains all the options so you have choices for your dental health. He is still the best dentist in Montgomery County.

Experiencia fantástica: My family have been coming here for years now, and hands down the best place for all teeth related matters. We’ve had to change our appointments several times, but they are always so accommodating to our schedules. Always feel great when we get our teeth clean, and even the Invisalign that helped straighten my teeth. Love it here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best dental experience in the past few years. The hygentist was extremely nice and did a great job. Other dentists tried to sell me on expensive things I did but need. Silver Spring was completely honest and was grounded on what was essential. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best dentist I have ever gone to. He’s professional, compassionate, timely, and his work is phenomenal. I don’t usually write reviews, but his work has to be acknowledged. Highly recommend!!
