Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! Took care my mom, me, & my brother. They kept complementing on how great Jaylen was doing and they were very patient and respectful

Experiencia fantástica: We just moved to Texas from Louisiana. I haven’t had the best experience as previously with my son in the Dentist. He gets very anxious and nervous and most times he literally begs me not to go.I was very, very impressed by the entire experience not only were they able to fit me in last minute for my son, but they were also so patient kind and really took their time to make him feel comfortable coming from a mom of a kid who it’s literally like pulling teeth to get to the dentist, pun intended I cannot speak more highly of the experience or the staff. The doctor was amazing and even after leaving my teenage son said wow they were really nice. I liked them. They’ve made not only one customer but my entire family will be going there. So happy to have found this office if you were on the fence are looking for a new dental place then look no further.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful experience! From the front desk, to cleaning, and the doctor. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and Doctor A. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything precisely to me. It’s always a positive dental experience every-time I come!

Experiencia fantástica: First time at CBD and my children and i enjoyed it. They greeted us upon entering and made sure to answer any questions or concerns we had. I like the small/homey feeling they have in the office.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely enjoyed the staff and their service. Everyone is really kind and very communicative!

Experiencia negativa: Initially, i trusted this office and had nothing but great things to say. however, unfortunately they will tell you “there’s no charge” and end up charging your insurance tons without letting you know. i came in for bonding as it chipped numerous times and as a good dentist, he should have fixed at no charge since it was already paid for, but apparently i have to pay again to fix his work that was never done correctly in the first place it seems. DONT RECOMMEND.

Experiencia fantástica: Was looking for a new dentist and was hoping they would have the latest equipment. I was not disappointed! Dr. A was wonderful, explained everything thoroughly and asked several times if I had any questions. Best visit ever!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Finally found a place to call my dental home. The staff was so amazing and made everything so convenient for me when it came to scheduling and setting up my appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very happy with this office. The location is convenient, the staff is friendly. Dr. Abd has a way of talking to the patient with compassion and respect. The option to schedule via text has been a game changer for me. No more automated machine with ten different options! We can sometimes even be seen the same day or Saturdays.

Experiencia negativa: My wife had a concerning experience regarding the standard of care for her periodontal disease. Despite having several 5–6mm gum pockets, the initial recommendation was for a routine cleaning. It was only after I insisted on a thorough measurement and a proper assessment that they agreed to perform the necessary deep cleaning. This approach was particularly alarming given her 8-year history of periodontics. This raises serious questions about the clinic's initial diagnostic protocol for patients with known periodontal issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Really happy with Cypress Bend! Dentist is very gentle, understanding, not pushy. Explains things clearly. All hygienists are kind and gentle as well! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly, my kids love this dentist. Never wait long and can get in at last minute if needed. Take time making sure the kids don’t feel when a tooth need to be pulled. I love this dental office

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist in the Princeton area. My daughter has autism and they are patient and extremely gentle. We’ve been going her for 2 yrs. My baby loves Dr.Senan and won’t go to any other dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is really nice. The dentist is soft spoken and gentle and tries to make it as comfortable as possible. They squeezed me in same day and had same day treatment. I am very happy I chose this dentist office.

Experiencia negativa: I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this dental office was frustrating enough that I felt it needed to be shared. The staff came across as disorganized and not very attentive to patients. I had to wait far longer than my scheduled appointment time, and when I was finally seen, the dentist seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to explain things clearly. On top of that, the front desk was unhelpful when it came to billing and insurance questions, which left me with surprise charges I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I left feeling more stressed than when I walked in. I would not recommend this office if you value clear communication, respectful service, and transparency.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended them when I chipped my tooth and the place I was with at the time was both far away and relatively expensive. Cypress Bend Dental took care of the chip really well and I've continued with them for the past 2 years.

Experiencia fantástica: They did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and were very patient and kind about me not being able to sit through the process all at once, insanely nice staff very professional and good at what they do. I’m glad we decided to go here.

Experiencia fantástica: We love this dentist! They’re so patient with our children and really take time to make sure they’re comfortable with what’s being done.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very impressed overall with this clinic. I requested an appointment to establish as a new patient on a day the office is typically closed. I wasn’t expecting a response until normal operating hours but Dr. Abd responded promptly to my request and was able to get me seen the same week. The office is very clean. All the staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Abd is very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen to any concerns as well as educate on dental hygiene. Bonus- I thought it was very cool that they added a tv on the ceiling so you can watch while getting your teeth cleaned. Overall I am happy and look forward to my next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say thank you enough to all of the staff at Cypress Dental! My last few experiences at the dentist were not great so I was very anxious about my visit today. The hygienist was SO patient with me (while I cried the entire cleaning) and made me feel so comfortable & at ease. The treatment plan they recommended was very straightforward and I didn’t feel like they were telling me I needed anything extra. I’m actually looking forward to our next visit

Experiencia fantástica: Flexible and they try their best to work their appointments around your schedule. The team is professional and friendly.
