Farmersville Dental : Carole Bates, D.D.S.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place the people are wonderful!!! The Dr is very professional she is great I think I have found a home!!!! Dr Bates is simply the best period!! She never hurts me and she goes out of her to take care of me and I am very grateful to her for that!!

Experiencia negativa: They used to be very good until they moved to their new office. Now it feels like they don’t care about their patients anymore. It seems like all they care about is making money, and that’s very disappointing.

Experiencia fantástica: New building and wonderful new parking lots!!! Nice & friendly staff. New machines and ask for Jennifer for your cleaning.

Experiencia positiva: They send texts about patients needing to be on time but yet the staff can leave patients waiting for 30 minutes plus. This wasn’t a one time thing. Once you’re done waiting the staff is great. **this was for ortho appointments**

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and professional. Newest technology yet quaint. I’ve found my dentist!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome experience. Far too long I put off much needed dental repair. The entire staff from the moment you enter the office goes above and beyond to listen to your concerns with your dental issues. I was provided with multiple approaches to my dental repair, along with expected time frame and outcome of each approach. I sought out opinions from two other dental offices before the third being Farmersville dental. Thankfully, the old saying, The Third Time Is The Charm, landed me with Farmersville dental.
