Experiencia negativa: I had to use their Round Rock location because the Cedar Park office was under construction. They snuck in and billed for procedures without my prior knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, the quality of their work is garbage—the crown they put in literally fell off a week later, requiring an emergency visit. Now, a full year later, they are harassing me with physical mail for these disputed, unauthorized charges that the doctor already agreed were resolved. Extremely unprofessional, predatory billing, and incompetent work. Save your teeth and your wallet—go absolutely anywhere else.

She took my X-rays and began my cleaning before the doctor came in, and I really appreciated how thorough and attentive she was throughout the entire visit. Jenny never made me feel rushed. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and handled everything with such gentle care. Her friendly, warm personality immediately put me at ease, and she made what can sometimes be a stressful appointment feel comfortable and pleasant. Experiencia fantástica: Went to round rock comfort dentistry and was treated by Dr Indu and her Assistant Dr. Indu. They were both very thorough and explained to me everything that needed to be done. When it came to the treatment plan, I didn't feel like I was being robbed. Even with my HMO insurance I didn't have a high co pay. I had an extraction and quadrant cleaning, the dr was very gentle she said it would take 45 mins it felt like 15. They gave me stress balls to use while getting my injection but they were gentle it really wasn't needed. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I had to get my teeth pulled and was honestly freaking out—shaky, heart racing, the whole thing. From the start, the team was super patient. Dr. Indu & Dr. Iesha didn’t rush me or brush off my nerves—they explained everything clearly and gave me time to settle down before getting started. The procedure ended up being way quicker and easier than I expected. What I thought would be a horrible experience turned out to be no big deal at all. They gave me breaks whenever I asked and were very comforting throughout the whole process. If you’re nervous about the dentist, this is the team to see.

I cannot recall the last time, if ever, a dentist personally cleaned my teeth. She was very friendly, professional, and highly proficient in treating me. She demonstrated a sincere concern for my dental heath. I am very pleased with the outstanding service I received from Dr. Kirupalan. Additionally, the administrative staff at Round Rock Comfort Dentistry was also very cordial, professional, and helpful in serving me. I highly recommend Round Rock Comfort Dentistry to anyone seeking a truly outstanding dental clinic. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On 2/16/2026, I had my semiannual dental cleaning appointment at Round Rock Comfort Dentistry, and once again Dr. Indumathi Kirupalan treated me. I knew it was time to take better care of my teeth. At my first visit, I got a cleaning and planned for fillings. Dr. Indu and the staff were incredibly kind and patient, and they quickly created a treatment plan. During my second appointment, they made sure I was completely comfortable—offering a blanket, breaks, and even a stress toy. The fillings turned out great, and the staff was wonderful the entire time. She is AWESOME at numbing and spoke each step to me as she was pulling the tooth. Her assistant Jenny was patient and kind. The whole team was very nice and made me feel at ease....from making the initial appointment and setting up financing with Violet, going through the initial assessment including dental X-rays, with Jennifer and dental hygienist, Erin...to the fillings, deep cleaning and crown with Iesha and Dr. Indu. They were all very professional, friendly, and explained what was about to happen... which put me at ease. They even had upbeat pop music playing while getting my dental work that had me "singing" with my mouth open and tapping my feet. Iesha even asked me if I was singing and Dr. Indu said, "Yes, she sure is." I am so happy to have found this dental practice. I am now on track with my dental health.

After consulting with doctor, I explained what I wanted it was an okay I can do this (I had been to two other dentists and both wanted to take ALL top teeth out. But not Dr. Indu we can save teeth if possible and go from there. I had an engagement and needed a quick fix. It was done the same day. It was fantastic!!! I can smile now and it looks great.

Experiencia negativa: Do not go to this Dental office. They charged my wife for a deep periodontal cleaning and pinched a nerve. Note, they only did half of the work due to time constraints on their schedule .When we asked for pain medication, they refused. Got a second opinion, and the Periodontal cleaning was done sub par. We will be filing a complaint with our insurance and the ADA.

I had to get a few fillings done and I have terrible anxiety from past bad experiences at the dentist. However, Dr. Indu and the entire team made me feel comfortable by providing anxiety/stress relieving measures. I really liked that they explained everything that would be done and during the procedures they asked if I was doing okay several times. This was the first time going to the dentist where I left telling myself it was not as bad as I thought it would be. I did not experience any pain due to the numbing medication given. Front desk receptionist was kind, friendly and welcoming. While Dr. Indu's dental assistants were very helpful and eased my nerves with conversation. I was so relieved to have such a good experience for once at a dentist office. I look forward to coming back at the end of the year for my follow up/cleaning. :)

Iyesha or Ayesha (I'm sorry if I butchered your name spelling) was very pleasant and upbeat. Experiencia negativa: Edited: 2 months have passed with an unaddressed missing filling, and now I have an infection. But now I also have the money for a crown and I'll go elsewhere for the work. Two months seems a reasonable duration a temporary filling could've saved me so much trouble, if this dentist had cared for me. Hopefully I don't lose the tooth bc of their negligence. Taken my children here for years. It's fine. I've been getting some fillings here as well and had fine service. I went last week bc an old filling fell out and needed replaced. Turns out I needed a crown (not a surprise). I already had food stuck that I couldn't get out with a waterpik or floss. I need to save $1400 for the crown but they refuse to give me a temporary filling to prevent food from decomposing in btw my teeth while I save. Tooth health and ability to eat or be comfortable isn't the priority for patients here, I guess. I feel abandoned by I'm sure I'll be welcomed back when I have money. However after probably ten years at this office I'll be going elsewhere. When I needed them they weren't any help.

Dr. Indumathi Kirupalan and Dustee helped me feel relaxed and comfortable (As best you can at the dentist). They answered all my questions and we came up with a plan that I was happy in. Experiencia fantástica: I had to do something about the continuing decline of mostly the teeth in my jaw. Yeah, years of neglect. I am on a Medicare Advantage program which gives me so good dental benefits, so it was time to bite the bullet. I picked Round Rock Comfort Dentistry for two reasons. It was close, why drive more than you have to. And in a modest building and office, so I knew their costs were much lower than those dentist palaces. Sure enough, other than a one time $50 copay, they have lived with whatever Humana is paying. I just referred a friend because his dentist was exactly that, paying for a palace. In my four months of treatment, I found everyone pleasant and competent. The women at the front desk are treasures. Wait times for the most part have been minimal. Of course, the most important question is how was the care? On my initial visit they did a thorough exam and printed out a suggested course of action. I'll point out that my previous provider wanted to do a full upper and lower denture thing. RRCD blew right past this seeing only partials needed. This allowed me to review the plan, and reprioritized and delete items, and we had to coordinate with annual benefits. The whole journey to a lower partial appliance was as good as I think it can get. Only once before in my long life have I found a dentist that I could so recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Had a swelling in my gum. Was not able to bite/eat because I would bite me gums coz of swelling. 1. Without the doctor taking a look or talking to me I was asked to take X-rays. Not sure if it’s a general practice. 2. Doctor came in checked the swelling, recommended me to get the wisdom tooth removed. For some reason she recommended to get all the wisdom tooth removed without explanation. But I think that’s a norm, any issues around wisdom teeth and doctors recommend to get them removed. 3. While checking they found a cavity in one of my teeth. I asked them to fix it but they needed another full xray for that. I am not sure how the cavity xray works but they said they cannot do it that day because I am not able to open my mouth wide. True, it was discomforting but they did the check up by opening my mouth wide. Also they took pictures with a pen like camera of all my teeth’s for which I had to open my mouth wide. So not sure why they said no for X-rays. 4. In the end prescribed an anti bacterial, while collecting the prescription receptionist asked if I want to do the cleaning in the next appointment. I said I can do the cleaning today what’s the issue? She said doctors don’t have time today ( I had an Appointment). May be this was a confusion from receptionist or me but not a good experience to hear that doctor don’t have time. 5. I did not get my xray copy. Again don’t know if this is a standard practice but if you are Taking my xray then you should inform when I can get my copy without me asking. Good part was I was not charged for the consultation. May be it was just a bad day but overall experience was not so good.

Experiencia negativa: I made an emergency appointment for a filling. I get to the appointment 15 minutes early and they told me I would have a o wait 30 minutes to verify my insurance. I got tired of waiting because it seemed like the receptionist was doing everything else except verifying my insurance including just sitting there. As soon as I’m ready to leave after booking an appointment at another dentist office. She tells me I have to pay for something else that I’m not even there for. I would not recommend this place. Very poor customer service!!

I have a cavity which my previous dentist doesn't want to fill due to its location on an exposed root. After taking x-rays and checking the cavity, Dr. Indrakanti believes that it can be filled by drilling down from the top of the tooth, which means that my tooth might be saved! In addition, she is very pleasant and honored my Comfort Dentistry coupon, though she didn't have to since it was fairly old.
