Experiencia fantástica: I called this office today in an extreme amount of pain and discomfort not knowing at all what was wrong with my cursed mouth, they initially could get me in for a new patient consultation in June but this was urgent and i was on the verge of a panic attack from the pain and anxiety it was causing, luckily this office offers emergency visits. I was able to see Dr. Ava Gates who has an incredible team from start to finish and was able to address my concerns and create a plan that was not only thorough but financially feasible. I would recommend this office for those seeking routine dental care as well as emergency services based on the level of care I experienced first hand. I'm grateful I found Forest Creek Family Dental and look forward to the years of service they will provide for not only me but my family as well.

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to Forrest Creek Family Dentistry since I moved to Texas 4 years ago. My son had recommended Dr. Gaddy and I have no reservations in recommending her to other people. All of the staff are friendly, cheerful and courteous and the office is attractive. Appointments stay on schedule and if you need an emergency visit, they get you in quickly. Dr.Gaddy spends however much time is necessary to explain your options and answer all your questions i.e. is unhurried.

Experiencia fantástica: i highly recommend Dr. Gaddy. I had serious issues with my teeth and mouth after a different dentist put in a new crown. I think the former dentist must have injected the huge needle into the nerve that affects trigeminal neuralgia bc I started having major issues. I tried a new dentist and they were scared to do the work. In the middle of the night, I was in pain and found Dr Gaddy's page... other than the great reviews, I was drawn to the Pen? anesthesia.... basically, it's precise, localized anesthesia for one tooth... small needles next to the tooth instead of the large needle that could cause more issues. I called the next day and they were so kin. She met with me at the beginning of the appt to understand and go through my medical issues. She cares and truly is an expert. Highly recommended.

After having a traumatic experience at another dentist and dreading another bad experience with anxiety attack level panic, Dr. Gaddy was kind, patient, understanding, and extremely emphatic to my previous reaction to a numbing shot. She performed two fillings without epinephrine and everything went smoothly even though I was anticipating another reaction with dread. I am so happy and relieved that everything went as planned and that she was so nice and not condescending about it or dismissive of my previous experience. Dr. Gaddy is out of network, but her prices are very affordable and the quality of work and level of care is outstanding. I am very glad I found her!

Experiencia fantástica: Though I felt misinformed in the beginning, this office ended up making it right, so I have adjusted my rating and review. I did enjoy my experience during my visit. The office was clean and the staff were very nice and professional. The only reason I will likely not return is because I later found out they are out of network for my insurance, Delta Dental, and I'd prefer to go to an in-network office to save money.

Experiencia negativa: They decided to charge my husband my bills and he didnt realize. I signed him up with them a month or two after me. I never got any bills and they started send the bills to him (email) after he went for his first visit. I find that profoundly disrespectful. I won't be back. I am surprised a women staff would treat other women this way. They have no idea what our situation is and the assumption is rude.

The doctor was thorough and provided a great explanation of care She thoroughly addressed each part and made sure I knew exactly what my choices were! As someone with a chronic condition, I am always hesitant with new providers, but the doctor was well-versed on complex medical cases, and made sure that she addressed the specifics of my condition in regards to dental care. The whole front office is fantastic and all of the assistance go above and beyond to make it a good experience!

One of the things that drew me to Dr Gaddy's office was the stand-alone small office. I am not a fan of the Francise type dental offices. The whole staff treated me like a regular and I work with Dr. Gaddy, Zay and Stacy. all were great and made going to the dentist almost not so bad. Dr Gaddy gave me options for my issues and I am looking forward to getting it resolved. I highly recommend them.

Although I have been chastised about my flossing, it was gentle enough to teach me the importance of good dental hygiene. Since this is going where every one in the office can see.... Yes Dr. Gaddy, I am flossing on a regular basis - back and front of every tooth. Good technology in the office but also they have better people. Go and you will be happy. P.S. The various types of imagining I had was a first also. This was way above and beyond the standard full mouth X-rays. The equipment was state of the art. I had an excellent cleaning at the end. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Gaddy and her team for anyone looking for a great practice.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient for a little less than a year and have always been impressed with the level of care provided. The hygienist I regularly see is exceptional – thorough, gentle, and always friendly. The office staff are also incredibly nice and make each visit pleasant. However, I recently had an experience that I feel compelled to share. During a family member’s appointment, my son was charged on his personal credit card for a service that was for me. The office told him, “your parents will reimburse you.” I find this practice very unethical. It is not appropriate to charge someone else’s card for a service that was not for them without prior consent. Additionally, I was not contacted regarding my bill, which is concerning. The dollar amount was not the issue, I was fine with whatever cost structure was put in place. I believe it is important for patients to have control over their finances and to know exactly who is being charged for their services. Charging my son’s personal credit card crosses a line and is something that needs to be addressed within the practice. I hope the management will review their billing practices to prevent this from happening to others. Despite this issue, I still appreciate the quality of dental care provided and hope to see improvements in their administrative procedures. Due this most recent business practice I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Stacy my hygienist is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had (and I have had some good ones). She is so pleasant and nice I hate to leave when my time is up. Dr. Gaddy always explains what's going on in my mouth, and then lets me decide what treatment if any I would like to pursue. If I choose not to, it is never an issue, which I appreciate, she just notes it for later. This is a state of the art office with a fun and welcoming staff. You cannot go wrong with Forest Creek/Dr. Gaddy.
