I truly appreciate the excellent care and customer service. I highly recommend Smilewell Dental to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team! If you’re posting on Google, this would make a solid 5-star review.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and friendly people with excellent staff and dentists

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking to establish a long-term dental home, and I am so glad I found SmileWell Dental! My first visit was absolutely excellent. Dr. Reddy was kind, gentle, patient, and very thorough. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable. I especially appreciated her thoughtful and conservative approach to my dental care. I also want to give special recognition to her assistant, Adriana, who was wonderful. She was attentive, caring, and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The entire team was welcoming, professional, and helpful. I have my follow-up appointments scheduled and feel very comfortable continuing my dental care with Dr. Reddy and her team. I look forward to maintaining a healthy smile with SmileWell Dental for years to come. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and the entire SmileWell Dental team.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, professional, respectful, and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly amazing treatment. Dentist and staff are very polite. And gentle when doing cleanings and fillings. Felt nothing when I had a cavity filled and Dentist fixed my chipped tooth. Very happy with my experience here.

Experiencia fantástica: The team is fantastic, professional and nice to work with. I was given a quick plan of treatment which I was going to get on the day. They took care of all paper work in a digital way. That is all great with me.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice clinic. The staff was professional and thorough. I did have to ask a few clarification questions as to what was or was not covered by insurance, but otherwise great. Will return again.

Friendly staff, very clean environment and would recommend this facility for entire family.

Experiencia fantástica: My kids and I really enjoyed our visit. Going to the dentist can be a little scary for a 5 and 2.5 yr old but they made them so comfortable and had tv’s on the ceiling to keep them entertained. We are very happy to find our now regular dentist just down the street from our home.

Experiencia fantástica: We all love Dr Reddy! The office is always impeccably clean and modern. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic experience. I get very anxious at the dentist so had avoided going for a long time. Thankfully, my wife found this place and it was great service, friendly staff, and hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I’ll be sticking with them from here on out and actually schedule all my follow ups!

Experiencia negativa: I had been using Smilewell (going on two years) until recently. I gave my insurance information to their dental office, but she insisted I pay for the services. All I was getting was a cleaning. I own a 20-year, 500-employee small business and could afford it, but I had dental insurance provided by my company. I gave her the number on the card to call the call center to verify my coverage. A week later, she asked for the insurance again the day before and cancelled my appointment, not offering to make another one. As a retired United States Air Force Service Disabled Veteran, I have traveled around the world. I treat everyone with respect and dignity whether they are above or below me. In the US, we are fortunate to have options. Thus, I asked Smilewell to close my account because respect matters. Cancelling the appointment was the last straw.- Who is the customer?

Experiencia fantástica: Aways nice and always a pleasure. Everyone makes sure to stay friendly, and its never a long wait.

Experiencia fantástica: Doctor and staff are very caring about your dental health. Everyone on the staff are courteous and professional. Also the office area and exam rooms are nice. Keep up the great work !!!

I have always been nervous and anxious with dental visits, but they helped ease my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. They truly listened and made sure to include my experiences whenever they made a decision, and made sure everything they did would specifically work for me. She is wonderful, and definitely someone I feel I can trust and come back to. Everyone in this office is friendly and incredibly nice.

Experiencia fantástica: I was a first time patient here and very pleased. The scheduling and rescheduling process was a breeze and the dental work was great! I had my first cavity and was pretty nervous, but the relaxing music and visuals in the room helped me calm down. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend! No pain at all and 2 wisdom teeth were extracted.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed to say the least. Came in for my visit and due to expecting I declined to have X-rays. Dr. Refused to see me for my visit. Essentially, wasting my time as I took off from work and not taking my concerns into consideration. I have never had an Xray with any of my other children while being pregnant and I will not have one with the fourth. I’ll find another provider.

Experiencia fantástica: I am not a fan of the dentist. I went very little before meeting Dr Reddy. She is so gentle and explains things so well. My fear has been overcome. I love her office and personnel.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Dr Vallamreddy at Smile Well. She always makes you feel comfortable, never rushes through, and is highly qualified. You wont have to worry about her giving u a quote for unnecessary procedures which did happen to me once with another dentist. The office is beautiful with modern equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, pleasant, friendly professionals in all positions from the front desk to Dr. Reddy! Fast and painless as well. And they don't keep trying to talk you into 'costly' procedures like crowns and bite guards. Also, they keep to their appointment schedule and don't waste your time due to the staff and dentist trying to serve too many patients simultaneously.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Vallamreddy and her entire staff are first class! They are very professional and they get the job done!

The office was clean, quiet, and nicely setup, with a TV on the ceiling. I had both my X-rays and cleaning completed in one visit. I also appreciated that they didn’t push unnecessary procedures or costs, unlike other offices I’ve been to. I had a great experience and highly recommend this SmileWell!

Experiencia fantástica: Really great experience! Very clean office, friendly staff, gentle, thorough and informative dentist. I am a very nervous patient and they were wonderful with me! I will definitely be going back!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never felt more comfortable at the dentist than I did at SmileWell Dental. From start to finish everyone was so kind. The gentlest teeth cleaning I've ever had and I had a broken root canal from years ago that unfortunately had to come out. I didn't feel a thing! I have scheduled more work to be done and knowing how kind and caring everyone in the office is I am not nervous to go back. I have finally found a dentist I like!! I will gladly and highly recommend SmileWell Dental to family and friends!

Experiencia fantástica: To begin with, I love the office interior. It’s so calming and relaxing. Secondly, I love their MAC/ front desk person who welcomes me with her warmth attitude whenever I’m there. Definitely recommending SMILEWELL!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a scaredy-cat when it comes to visiting the dentist, even for a routine cleaning. The doctor and staff at SmileWell are always friendly and professional, but more than that they are are understanding and gentle with me, which helps me relax and get through the visit with very little stress. Thanks, SmileWell!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for taking the time to care for my dental health. The staff here is always extremely polite, and I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned. Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. Been coming for more than a year and each time it’s always simple and fast. Great recommendations for teeth upcare and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been extremely impressed with the service here, from the receptionist and support staff to the doctor. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Reddy and her team are fabulous ! My kids and I have been going to SmileWell for 4 plus years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else for our dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This has to be my favorite dental office yet. You are well taken care of and the practice has a family feel.

Experiencia fantástica: Good doctors and nice staff.. Completely satisfied with the way of treatment !! Thanks a lot Dr.Praneetha for your patience in explaining the procedure and making it painless and pleasant when it comes to treatment!!

Experiencia fantástica: It was a great visit to Smilewell dental today. Staff was friendly and Dr. Reddy was thorough. She not only cleaned my teeth but gave me directions on how to keep them clean and healthy. Her patience and attention to detail is just awesome.

Experiencia negativa: Had an urgent matter - a chipped front tooth, which I explained prior to making the appointment. When I arrived, they were more concerned with my purchasing a membership than fixing my tooth. I wasn't there to establish future care, yet they kept hounding me. The (one) dentist works on several patients simultaneously... so you wait. When it was finally my turn, the dentist was shocked that I wanted it fixed that day. Are you kidding me? SmileNotSoWell is more like it...

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing professionalism shown by Dr. Reddy is unforgettable. She made calmed me down when I was agitated

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff and Dr. Praneetha will definitely make sure your teeth are healthy. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: On time appointment. I didn't have to wait and the dentist and staff were amazing to work with.

Experiencia negativa: Not only did my daughter’s filling fall out twice from there, when we called them with a dental emergency, they told us it would be a few days before they could see her. It took more than 24 hours for them to call us after leaving a message on the emergency line. I do not recommend this establishment.

Experiencia negativa: Did not have a good experience. Dentist could not successfully get my tooth numb and advised I needed a root canal when my previous dentist said my teeth were fine.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Least anxious dental appointment I’ve had. The tv while waiting is a plus too!

Experiencia fantástica: Im a new patient and had a wonderful experience. The office is clean and staff is friendly. The best part was the Doctor and the quick cleaning service she provided. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Great location! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Reddy is the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Reddy and her staff are awesome! The staff and Dr. Reddy take the time to ask you about your day and if you have any questions or concerns. I’ve never felt rushed when there. I am also extremely anxious to go to the dentist and Dr. Reddy is always so patient and caring. Highly recommend SmileWell Dental!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was very professional and the dentist was so gentle and patient. Glad I made the change to SmileWell.

Experiencia fantástica: Compared to all the other dentist offices that I’ve been to since a child, this dentist has to be the best one yet! They treat you like family over there. Great service and the TV is on the ceiling! I love it, i love it, i love it. -Tera St.Lawrence
