They’ve really put together the best of the best, and it shows in every part of the experience. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I 100% recommend checking them out. Honestly, I think everyone should just switch to Adam’s—you won’t be disappointed.

I have a lot of broken and just plain rotten teeth which they are going to remove all of and they are doing it cheap enough that my insurance will cover it all and then I can get a set of really good dentures next year when my plan has coverage again. I had other dentists tell me they could just pull the ones showing and cover the rest with the denture. I've already had an abscess that needed drained and that's no fun. I would much rather have Dr Roberts get rid of all of the roots and never have that happen again. Great Dr and nurses. I'll add to my review as my treatment progresses.

Noone was complaining, made sure you were comfortable and was not a long wait. Explained everything to make sure you understand. I LOVED my visit and SERVICE I received.

Experiencia negativa: Im so glad so many have had great experiences here. However somehow my case fell not through a crack but a big hole in the floor. Ive been waiting since 6/14/2024 for a dental plan. So by just following their lead Dr Azan placed a Crown (that chipped the first day) that caused issues with the tooth next to it. When i went back for a follow up she made the statement" I should have followed my dental plan and had that tooth removed before the crown was placed". My thought was then why place the crown. Now it requires oral surgery to remove. And there is more. Much much more. The last contact I had was with the office manager over 6 months ago who promised to get back to me when she looked into it.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Adams Dental Group for over 20 years and they have the best dentist/ workers there. The Receptionist are very polite and respectful when you call. Today 5/27/25 I had an appointment with Elizabeth to have my teeth examined and cleaned. When I went into the office the Receptionist was very kind and checked me in quickly. I was called back within 15 minutes. When i went back the dental assistant asked me if any od my medications had changed and if i had took my premeds before coming in which i responded yes. She then ask me how my day was going so far in which i responded good. She then said that she could take my purse and ask me to have a seat in the chair. She then proceeded to examine my teeth and to take off the buildup. After that she cleaned and then had Dr. Robert's come in to examine my teeth to make sure all was well. While we were waiting on him she went ahead a asked me about when i wanted to come in for the next 6 month appointment. In which i made it for December, I knew that I will receive the same respect and kindness I received when I was there before. If anyone is in need of a dentist I Highly recommend Adams Dental Group.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been going to this office for 5-6 years now. My experience at this practice has been a nightmare. The problem started the very first day i had my first appointment. At my appointment the hygienist didn’t wanted to clean my teeth, after waiting for 30-45 something minutes at their office. After that experienced i immediately looked for other practices for my kids. I have never had an excellent experience at this practice. Then they decided they would no longer have Friday appointments. Forcing me to accommodate my time after my 12 shifts at the hospital, around clinic rotations, around my busy school schedule, and children time. I’m a full-time mom, a full-time employee, a full-time student, a wife, etc. Over the past years it has been very difficult to keep my appointments because i have got sick or had Covid. I work at the Hospital which i am exposed to all kinds of sickness, so it is not in my control not to get sick overnight sometimes. Today March 19th, 2025, was the last time I tolerated their unprofessional behavior. I didn’t confirm my appointment, because i was extremely busy with ACLS class, working full time and going with 2 to 3 hours of sleep a day with muscle pain for a week. Because the appointment was not confirmed for 9am my appointment was given to someone else without my consent. When i called to talk with them, the front desk lady advised that she could put me on the schedule for 10:30am, but I had to work that night, and I was going to be extremely tired at that time. I scheduled this appointment 6 months ago. Of course, it is not my fault to get upper respiratory infections and Adam’s Dental not wanting sick patients coming to see them for their cleaning. The last time I didn’t make to my appointment and had to reschedule i had a sore throat, body aches, and I was coughing, and that evening I tested positive for covid. I even called them to let them know I was feeling sick. The other days i was also sick. The front desk lady transferred me to the manager; i was so upset and annoyed. They claimed they work in healthcare, but i believe they don’t get people who work in direct patients care. I didn’t like the way the manager expressed herself about my situation. I work full time, i go to school full time, i have small children at home and yes i get sick like a normal human which it has caused for me to reschedule appointments or missed a few appointments. The manager exact words were “i also work in healthcare” she does but she difference is she doesn’t deal with extremely sick people. The Manager stated, “it’s not my fault you work nights; you are busy or have anxiety”. I expected for a more professional manner than to an uneducated and unprofessional manager coming from the manager. When she answered the phone her tone of voice was rude and unprofessional, and the situation got escalated to an argument. If they decided to just take me off from my appointment then they should be able to handle an angry, unsatisfied customer calling to complain. This situation caused an emotional distress, i was not feeling well. It’s clearly this practice don’t have empathy or even care for their customers. It’s a practice and all they care about is making money that was made clear by the manager. Yes! they have made exceptions but at the cost of putting me in emotional distress. With the rude attitude the manager put me back on the schedule at 9am. During my shift i started feeling sick, sore throat, cough, nose, and forehead pressure pain, palpitations, and tiredness. If you are a healthcare worker , Nurse, RRT, CNA, NA and have a busy schedule and also get sick i would not recommend this place at all. It’s a matter of time for this people to throw at you that they made an exception.

Experiencia positiva: Cracked my tooth and scheduled appointment to get it checked out unfortunately discovered on a weekend but they did help me set up appointment for once open . Less fortunate was breaking tooth piece and then getting earlier appointment and referred to root canal, but then told at referral place no need for a root canal and no availability for another 2 weeks to get that piece filled it by Adams.

Well worth it, though! He and his entire staff are friendly, engaging, and organized. I was called back immediately, taken good care of, and omw home in half an hour. The office is easy to get to and pristine inside!

Experiencia negativa: Had always went to dental office Dr Adams did Alot of work for me sure Miss Dr Adams best dentist there was !,but my last visit wasn't great at all they stuck me with a new dentist she had started that day ! Boy I will never forget this visit I spent over 2 1/2 hrs in chair very bad experience for sure then got my bill and they tried to charge me for more after my insurance payed for laughing gas I was told they r in Kansas so they can do that ! so if you don't have 3 teeth pulled they can charge you I told her I needed another tooth look at but anyway never heard of this ,stoped me ,I didn't pay for that they took it off but told me next time I would be charged that over charging ! I don't understand this at all !

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely LOVE Adams Dental! Before seeing Dr. Roberts and Hygienist Kelly, it had been 15 yrs since I’d been to a dentist, and I had insurance! EVERYBODY and I mean EVERYBODY in this office is very nice, professional and personable. As long as they are around, I will be doing my 6 month cleanings and anything else in the future, should a cavity or something arise.

From the time i walked in the lady at the front desk greeted me with a smile and Hannah was equally as friendly and made my stay comfortable along with the Dentist Amanda. Experiencia fantástica: The dentist and the assistant Jamie are very nice. Their work is detailed. She took lots of x-rays to study my teeth and they came up with a plan on how to move forward. I’m going to trust them with my smile. I do have fears and I was afraid to go but they were comforting and helpful to ease my anxiety.
