A special shout out goes to Shaya, my dental hygienist! She is thorough, friendly and has an awesome demeanor as she does her job! I have a great experience during every visit!

Experiencia fantástica: Update Aug 4th I had the pleasure of visting Dr. Moreno again under a dental emergency. The staff got me booked in quickly the next day and looked at my sitiation with great care and compassion. Every dental assistents work hard to make you feel comfortable and always take thier time with you. Most places you are treat like a number. Clearly here they treat you as if you are thier own family member. No matter what the proceedure you may need such a cleaning, extraction, dentures, or bridges they are one of the best priced dental offices in Kansas City, and Eric will walk you thru every step and explain your treatment plan clearly. No suprises added on like commercial dental offices tend to do. They are great with children and adults whom act like children, like me for example. Walking out of Dr.Morenos office I left feeling cared for,my issue and pain resolved, and mentally despite having a front tooth removed, confident and unashamed or embarrassed. When going to get my remaining teeth pulled due to type 2 diabetes on my future visit they will provide me with temporary walk out dentures that same day. Again Excellent staff and service from the first call of my first appointment to a year later The staff still takes thier time to explain and answer any questions you may have. Very welcoming . Thank you for such a wonderful visit.i highly recommend them for thier service .

I am not on my way to finally getting dentures and theyre properly covered by my insurance thanks to Moreno doing what needed to be done for the prior authorization, that no other office would do for me! I get my first fitting appointment next week! I am so excited that soon I will no longer be struggling with self esteem and I will finally have my smile back

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff and Dr. I had horrible experiences at an office in Lawrence, KS and was willing to drive in order to make sure my child was not going to be afraid of the dentist. When your child cries during x-rays because the staff is too rough- it’s time to find a new place. So I did. I Found Moreno Family Dentistry and fell in love. The kind hygienist explained to me and my child step by step what she was doing. Child friendly exam room with fun decals on the ceiling. She and the Dentist we gentle with my child. They even took multiple x-rays and he wasn’t scared and did not cry. And don’t even get me started on their amazing assortment of prizes for afterward. When we got into the car my child said: “I think I like those dentist people and I’m ready to go back.” This place is hands down a win all around. Thank you Moreno staff. Thank you.

I love that I never feel rushed. They ensure to answer every question and concern that I have as well as provide a clear plan of what I should do prior to leaving the office. Experiencia fantástica: This review has been a long-time coming: Moreno Family Dentistry is an absolute gem! We found them (fortunately) five years ago and they have been wonderful to us. Dr. Moreno and every single staff member is so friendly, they provide top quality care, and our kiddos have actually enjoyed (!) going to the dentist. Whether you're in Wyandotte, JoCo, or Missouri (like us), it's worth the drive for the quality and care they offer.

Experiencia negativa: They were very rude over the phone and had the gall to ask for a fee after canceling a meeting for a first time visit. They did not earn my visit and I will not indulge in their mediocre services compared to other dental providers.

Unfortunately I was not able to get the treatment I wanted because of my insurance but they recommended a place that does take my insurance. Definitely suggest coming here they truly care about the health of your teeth.

Experiencia positiva: I have not been to see the Moreno family dentistry in 2 yrs they always make it a point to re-educate me on the importance of keeping my appointments in order to help keep good strong teeth, I have to say they always make sure that my anxiety level and pain is always taken care of before and during my appointment and any procedures because although I’m in healthcare I still have a phobia with dentists. Great place to start good oral care.

Experiencia positiva: Why call me at 8:57a and say you have been waiting on me for 8:30a and when I say I am 5 mins away and appologize because I thougnt the appt was at 9:30a you didn't say don't come. I hung up the phone after I was placed on hold and cleared that If I could be there in 5 mins called ended 9a My husband speed there dropped me off 9:05 I was there. Totally my fault but just up front let me know it's a no go ... not when I tear up the concrete to get there . There were other issues before this. Just not the dentist for me. Be wanted to bring my business to my county but I'll just go back up north. No issues.

They go above and beyond to make sure that you understand all of your options. As a health professional, Dr. Moreno and her staff are always up to date with the medical and dental guidelines. I’ve been a patient at other dental offices and they don’t come close to Dr. Moreno’s office. I recommend this office to everyone!

She is a very meticulous dentist and keeps track of any areas of concern or to "watch". She is a very experienced dentist, and she, as well as many of her staff, are bilingual.
