The staff are so patient and understanding. One of my children is on the spectrum and has sensory issues. After just a few visits they were able to go back completely on their own, which is a MAJOR deal for us! I can not say enough good things about everyone there!

They did such a fantastic job with my son, and had nothing but the sweetest things to say about him. I was beaming the entire drive home after the appointment, and honestly can’t wait to go back in 6 months. My son had so much fun in the lobby going down the slide, dancing to bluey, and exploring all the art on the walls. I wish adult dentist offices were as fun as this one!

Experiencia fantástica: I searched and searched to find a good fit for my son due to his anxiety. He was so nervous but Austin and Aaron were amazing! They were patient, they listened to not only me but gave my son a chance to speak for himself. They listened to his concerns and answered questions with reassurance while explaining the process in a way he understood. The office was very clean and the front desk women were so sweet! I'd highly recommend them!

Everyone from the front desk to the dentists and their assistants are very kind and considerate. Our kids look forward to their appointments. The office is over the top decorated in a sea theme with a pirate ship and video games.

The dentist always explains everything then asks if there's any questions. He will also show me different techniques to help with any issues were having with brushing. I'm very glad we found a dentist office I feel comfortable taking my kids to.

Experiencia negativa: Service has gone downhill! The appointments are set based off what the ladies in the back want to give you. They don’t ask for input. They give you a card and tell you to call if you need to make any changes. They don’t let parents in the back until they are finished with your child. My last experience was TERRIBLE! We were there for a couple hours and when I got up to ask I got different answers from 3 people. I spoke to the “office manager” whom is very unprofessional and rude. When I asked why they took so long, FIRST thing she said was “WE ARE NOT A CLINIC” and carried on about explaining how they work on kids based on what is gonna be the fastest. 3 people who came in after us left BEFORE us. What is the point of making an appointment based on the business needs if they work on people depending on what they need or what will take less time to complete. TERRIBLE service I will be taking my children somewhere else, that’ll respect my time!

My daughter moved to the preteen/teen dentist and cries for a week before going to dentist and is hysterical when we get there but everyone there always calms her down and is very supportive. Experiencia negativa: They do not support parents choice, will bully and shame you into getting X-rays and fluoride at every single visit. For those of us who are against who are against the *neurotoxin* fluoride, I would highly suggest finding somewhere else that will treat you respectfully.

We have never gone anywhere else so I can’t say it is better or worse than other area dental offices but, I can tell you what keeps us coming back with zero plans to change. As a parent, any doctor your child feels safe and comfortable with is a win and both of ours love going here. Dr. Polina and the entire staff are always wonderful. My kiddos are polar opposites when it comes to dental work. One wants to sit silently and get it over with while the other asks tons of questions, wants to see all the tools, know how things work etc. They have always been patient and catered to each child’s “style” for the appointment. They focus on good oral health now, but also take a lot of protective measures to ensure those adult teeth are set up for success. Dr. Polina always explains, shows or talks through their overall oral health and is willing to answer all the questions we have. The office is upfront with any out of pocket costs, flexible if you need to space out treatments due to cost or coverage restrictions. We are very grateful to have this office so close to home and so great to work with.
