Experiencia negativa: My dad was there on Sep 3 for a molar extraction and the dentist took out the wrong molar out. When my dad realized what they did he went back to the office. This time they did took out the correct molar but without any anesthesia. The dentist said sorry for what it happen but I was told by the assistant what molar to extract. So you guys replied is call the office. I did and you guys told me to call the dentist even gave me his personal phone number. Well I did call him and it goes straight to voice mail. But truly his I'm sorry is not what my dad needs from him or the office you guys need to fix it. This is dental malpractice and I'm sure if I start to asking around he is not the first patient that this has happened to. and by the way you guys charge his insurance twice. So that is also insurance fraud.

On top of it all they couldn’t do the X-rays bc they already shut down there machines they were supposed to be one till 7 pm . The time they locked there doors 6:20

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE! I'm currently in the process of getting EVERYTHING that was done here, fixed. The dentist only comes in to drill and then has the assistant fill and do everything else with clearly very poor results. Within 5 months EVERY filling they put in, fell out and the crown was so improperly done I almost lost the tooth entirely because the INSIDE of the tooth rotted. Do not waste your money here. It costs so much more in the long run. Pay for a dentist that will actually finish your teeth.

They were kind hearted and truly understanding of a mom who definitely lost her cool in an already stressful situation. It was nice to be met with that understanding and it really adjusted my views on this facility. I think that they definitely have my daughter’s best interest at heart and we just caught the end of a lunch break along with me worrying about my daughter. In the end, they treated me and my daughter very well. Today, I was able to make all the appointments necessary for follow up and get the answers I needed. I appreciate their patience, and hope to have better patience myself after being given so much grace. Thank you Samantha and Brenda. You really made a difference in my world in less than 24 hours. Thank you. After lots of back and forth issues with the Independence location regarding the inability to place a crown, we had to have my daughter’s wisdom teeth removed. The assistance led by that location was five referrals to places that did not accept my daughters insurance, did not treat youth of her age, or would take months all the while my daughter is in pain and had 3 temporary crowns placed. Fast forward to a week ago where the St Joseph location was able to extract her wisdom teeth. We notice spots in her mouth and are concerned of an infection. I called the Northland location to make an emergency dental appointment to make sure that she isn’t dealing with something bigger. Upon arrival, we were told her insurance was inactive, which it very much is active. While there I called to get confirmation of an active status. It wasn’t until my second call, that they decided themselves to call the provider line and gained verification that she indeed had coverage. She was not seen until an hour after the scheduled time. And even then we had to wait another five minutes to be seen because our doctor wanted to have a slice of one of the schedulers birthday cake. I am truly frustrated with this company and how they handle patients. It seems like as a whole each location is more concerned about reviews than actually providing quality care. So here I am now. Writing yet another review for another location. Just avoid Celebrate Dental as a whole if you can. I am beyond disappointed.

The first was that they scheduled me without having the materials needed for my treatment, and the second was that they made a mistake in my file and wanted to work on the wrong tooth. That kind of carelessness makes me feel there’s a lack of professionalism.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give a 0 review I would. I went to get some cosmetic surgery done on my teeth and I was told that my insurance didn't cover that procedure. Then other people told me to try another dental office as Celebrate Dental on NE Antioch had changed and no.longer a good place to go. I went to another dentist with the same Medicaid and Medicare coverage and everything is now fixed. I suffered two years because of their malpractice

Experiencia negativa: I am on Medicare and Medicaid and I have had my teeth pulled and were given dentures despite an earlier doctor saying I was getting dental implants covered by Medicare and Medicaid I am on disability and I found out AFTER a new doctor pulled all my teeth my ONLY option was dentures. The situation got worst after they lied about the implants and failed after 4 visits to get my dentures fitted. In a a 5th attempt yesterday to get my dentures properly fitted they said " it was my own fault because I never came back to have my dentures fitted" THIS A TOTAL AND COMPLETE LIE! DISHONEST DENTAL is the appropriate name for them as all they Celebrate is getting your money.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service! We have been clients at this location for a long time. This was a horrific experience. Celebrate called 15 minutes prior to appointment start time and tells me that today’s appointment for my children couldn’t happen because too early for cleaning. Also that I had missed my appointment! Mind you when I called to schedule these I asked if it was time to schedule the appointments. I made 4 appointments back to back to save time driving from st joseph to kansas city. Thankfully the office is doing the cleanings anyway today. I sure hope they do not try to bill my insurance at a later date.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATE 01/23: Am currently nearing the end of "cleaning up" of my teeth. I had to go over a year with no Dental insurance and no money. Because of that, my teeth went to heck without my knowing. Two days ago, I had 4 fillings all together on my lower side. I had 1 lone molar left on my upper right and it had been hurting me. I wanted it pulled (instead of a more expensive root canal and cap) and I wanted it then. I didn't need to worry about it on a different visit. I was numbed VERY well and the extraction was not as bad as it could have been. I believe it is the doctors and hygienists attitude toward their patients is one of empathy and care. I will continue with my remainder "fix-it" visits and then will be a regular patient for life. UPDATE 03/28/2025: I continue to need regular check-ups. I had 5 fillings all on the upper front. It took 2 hours, but I was never in a lot of pain....just had to get over with the numbing shots. I have 3 more to go next month, and I won't go anywhere else! UPDATE 11/11/22: Just completed 2 more of my 8 fillings. I already had a tooth pulled and will need a cqp on another. It's on me. I had no insurance for 8 years. I'm grateful to Celebrate for their professionalism and friendliness while I'm in the process of catching up! UPDATE 10/2021: Just had my first (and unexpected) root canal. After being scared to death for about 10 minutes, the process began. I wouldn't say I enjoyed it, but it wasn't horrible, either. Outstanding Dentistry with a heart! The BEST Dental office I have visited in my 50+ years. The staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Yates is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable while also being easy to talk to. He filled two cavities with NO pain (and I'm a baby). If you need a family (or personal dentist), call Celebrate Dental ASAP. They will take excellent care of you for a reasonable cost.

I like that all the time they treat you nice even though they are super busy they always have the time to explain and check everything. They don't rush you and you don't feel it as well and have the time to ask and answer the questions or concerns you have. Experiencia negativa: Appointment at 10am still waiting in the lobby. Guy in the front apologize but no real help. He claims they are behind yet I hear laughing and giggling from the back. If we're here at our scheduled appointment time we shouldn't have to wait 45 mins to get called to the back. Maybe 5 mins acceptable wait time but not 45 mins. And just reading the comments its a common issue. Im glad i didnt actually get seen at this location because It's a waste of my time and money. You guys really need to have a better operation and train your people better.

But out side of that my tech was fantastic I also got to meet the dental hygienist and Dr Tyler. Who was very patient with me, I was pretty nervous I explained I’ve had lost trust in many dentist because of experiences in the past resulting in me ultimately putting off my dental needs. He looked at the images and in my mouth he addressed my concerns and explaining how different procedures work. We made a dental plan, I can truly say I’m very excited for the first time in a long time to have a dentist I trust.

Experiencia negativa: I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. I came in for a routine teeth cleaning and ended up feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. After waiting in the chair for what felt like forever, they finally did the x-rays. Then the hygienist handed me a pair of protective glasses that were absolutely filthy. When I asked if I could clean them, he gave me attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. What followed was even more baffling — he told me the doctor would be in soon and made no effort to actually clean my teeth. When I questioned if this was their normal process (because every other office I’ve been to cleans teeth before the doctor examines them), his attitude got worse. He finally did a rushed, half-hearted polish and seemed unsure of how to floss properly. Honestly, I was ready to walk out. The doctor came in, scraped my teeth a couple of times, and declared everything was fine. The lack of care and professionalism from the hygienist was shocking. I expect a basic level of cleanliness, courtesy, and competence from a dental visit, and unfortunately, this experience missed the mark on all fronts. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this office to others.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my kids been coming 3 and half years never once said my son needed to get his tooth pulled until he got braces on November 5th, I’ve came in on November 25th had me waiting over an hour, people are doing more standing and talking then working had to reschedule my son appointment again due to lack of fault information giving to me on his last date being seen.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment was at 11 AM here it is 1122 and I haven’t been seen yet and I’m not understanding why everyone else is able to go ahead of me and I’m still sitting here in the lobby I asked the customer service young lady hey what’s going on with my appointment and you know I’m still sitting here and she thought that was very funny and said that They were getting a room cleaned and I’m thinking no you’re not getting a room clean because you just let four grown adults ahead of me so at that moment, she starts speaking in her Spanish language which I felt was very disrespectful her and her colleague they thought that it was funny and I was thinking what’s damn funny is I’m not using cash. I’m not using a voucher and I’m not using Medicaid. I’m using insurance. I don’t have to take this . I don’t have to take this from you so what I did was, I chose to reschedule my appointment and then I got in my car and I proceeded to find me a new dentist which I have an appointment before December 6 I actually have an appointment tomorrow so I want to think Celebrate dentist for losing a great customer due to ignorance at the front counter.

The entire staff, from the front desk all the way to clinical staff are all so kind & patient. I have had major anxiety going to the dentist in the past, and although I still occasionally have a “death grip” on the arms of the chairs, I am much more relaxed due to their comforting demeanor. Dr Barnes is phenomenal & I am so pleased he’s been able to restore my smile after an accident that left a few of my teeth in rough shape. You guys truly have changed my life! Thank you!!

One I got my braces done one of them slip the thing to put the bracket on the teeth all the way up to my gum making it bleed and bleed, they told me it was because of my salavia and that’s how it was left, secound I miss on too payments I tried to call to make payment plans and they straight up told me no! I had to pay 4,000 to be able to be seen by the doctor. Third their prices are outrageous they need to offer better affordable payments. If you want to go to a different place CHECK OUT COMFORT DENTAL cheaper and better customer service then this place.

Experiencia negativa: Pretty much at my wits end with this place. Do not come to this dental office. The lack of communication is astounding. Overall, I have had a dentist here apply a pulp cap to my tooth without communicating that to me which later rejected and has been causing me severe pain for months with no ability to chew. At the same time I was in the process of trying to get a crown done from them after being referred out for my root canal & after returning to receive the crown, the perm crown they had made for me has not fit on 3 occasions now. It has been months since my root canal and I still have a temporary crown. I had to ask for a refund and am now seeking dental care elsewhere, and cannot get any of the front desk people to put me in contact with a higher up manager regarding any of my issues. There is no communication between staff. I have literally asked someone on the phone what to do about my temporary crown, because at one point it fell out after now having a temp for months, and he literally said “umm i don’t know”. Wouldn’t even put me on hold to ask a dental assistant for help.. Like I’ve literally been left speechless every time I try to understand my situation. And I am not at all a “can I speak to your manager” type of person. I have autism and anxiety and have also had their staff make comments about me after I had to cry in the bathroom here, within earshot of me. Literally the worst experience I could’ve ever possibly had at the dentist. Some of the dentists and staff are professional, but they have way too many people working here who seem to have no training when it comes to professionalism in a healthcare type environment. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you already have anxiety surrounding the dentist like I do. Genuinely feel traumatized from this experience
