Experiencia negativa: By far a money hungry office. Went in for a cleaning...and didn't get it. Instead told need a deep cleaning. My teeth are not in that bad shape. Staff seems young and u knowledgeable. My girl had to have help because she was unsure in the process. Horrible experience and will NEVER go back or recommend this dentist.....DO NOT CARE ABOUT PACIENTS only money....sad...won't be in business forever in this economy....Horrible service and unprofessional!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I chipped my back tooth while eating popcorn. I called the office and they got me in the next morning. Dr. Reynolds was very nice and attended to my tooth right away. He showed me the picture of the chipped tooth and explained why I needed it crowned. Luckily, they had a cancellation at that time so they fit me right in and got it done. His assistant was very nice too!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! Every visit has been comfortable, well as much as you can be with someone touching your teeth. They took the time to understand my situation and ensured to inform me of all the options available with my dental work. The team here is kind and considerate in their approach to the sensitivity to getting dental work done. I think a few more visits with them and they might even convince me to floss! Jokes aside, the team here has never made me feel judged or awkward with my teeth and they are incredibly understanding. I feel like they truly value the relationships between the patients and encourage them to make positive changes.

Experiencia fantástica: I was not a regular patient at Burns dental clinic, but was referred to them by a good friend.I had a piece of crown break off and Dr. Reynolds was able to see me the next day. After an evaluation, he gave me the advice I was looking for. He was very Personable, I enjoyed meeting him And will now be one of his normal patients! His assistant Jess , was also amazing, explained everything that was going on and made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia negativa: I switched providers because the Spanish lady at the reception was very rude. I had just had the most terrible experience in my life and she was so rude and condescending. You never know what someone is going through so always be kind especially when your job title includes customer service! However, Denise is always kind.

Experiencia negativa: Do not come to the practice if you are neurodivergent. Do not bring your neurodivergent children to this practice. Dr. Burns spent more time explaining to me why he wasn’t going to assist me than he spent doing anything to address my pain. To be clear I had no interest in pain meds. I had a tooth that was broken in a domestic violence incident. When I became upset - a desensitizing rinse was offered but not until I broke down crying. The WORST experience. He actually shamed me for grinding my teeth in my sleep and explained there was no sense in building up the broken tooth because I needed 30 crowns and that I wouldn’t “use the bite guard”. I do NOT need 30 crowns. I have never experienced such cruelty in a professional setting. Bill my insurance for telling me that I could buy a bite guard on Amazon. Isn’t google free? If you do not have the time to treat patients or the interest - do not schedule the appointment. I declined the rinse. I’ll go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: My family of four has been going to this office for the past five years, and up until recently we had no complaints. The staff has always been professional, the cleanings have been thorough, and billing has been straightforward. I’ve always appreciated that they clearly explained what was covered by insurance and what wasn’t. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left me very disappointed. After our insurance changed and no longer covered yearly x-rays (only every 24 months), the staff repeatedly pressured me to approve x-rays that were not covered. At my 8am appointment, I was confronted about this in the waiting room in front of other patients, which I found unprofessional. Once I was in the chair, both my hygienist and my son’s hygienist approached me again, standing over me while insisting I needed x-rays every 12 months. I declined five times, but they continued to push. This felt aggressive and inappropriate, especially considering my son (17 years old) has had consistently clean checkups for the last 5/6 years with no dental issues. The hygienists even told me their licenses could be revoked and that I could potentially sue them if I refused the x-rays, which seemed exaggerated and unnecessary fear tactics. Other dental offices I’ve spoken with have confirmed that x-rays every 24 months are fine unless there are serious dental concerns, which my family does not have. While I appreciate the quality of the cleanings and the convenience of this location, the pressure to accept unnecessary, uncovered services felt predatory and disrespectful. Out of concern for both my comfort and peace of mind, I chose not to reschedule future appointments here and have transferred my family to another practice. It’s unfortunate, because the office does good work otherwise, but the aggressive upselling left us with no choice but to move on.

Experiencia negativa: When I checked in I presented my dental insurance card and the receptionist said we have that on record from last year then when I checked out I was told you didn’t take my insurance that this year I was out of network and got a $300 bill for a cleaning, wish I would’ve been told that at the beginning I know that’s not in your business’s best interest but seems somewhat like a very shady practice, obviously I will not be back even if I get new insurance next year want a dentist I trust, learned an important lesson to always check my insurance myself and not trust the dentist to do it.

I am ashamed to say that I neglected my dental health for a few years and I came in as a new patient with such anxiety and quite a few dental issues. I totally appreciate how kind and supportive the whole clinic has been. They have worked with me through all of my concerns and worries and treated me like family. They listen and go above and beyond to helping me gain my greatest feature back ... My smile! From the front of the office to the back , They are all wonderful!
