We've been coming this place for almost 20 years now and my family always leaves feeling confident about our dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this office. The staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Ashley, my hygienist, talked me through her treatments so I knew what was going on. Dr. Prinz was so kind and helpful in guiding me through my oral health plan.

Experiencia negativa: Exams and Cleanings were fine. I would not recommend an oral appliance for snoring. It was not properly explained to me that one side effect of an appliance it will change your bite it will pull your lower jaw forward and you will chew like a camel. This will cancel out any previous orthodontic work. When asking Dr. Tinnel about this she said it was worth it to if you can breathe better was all that she could offer. The company they use for sleep appliances doesn't offer refunds for sleep appliances. There was also poor communication, between doctors and staff where more than 3 times I would call the front desk to ask about the appliance and would not hear for over a week and when asking Dr. Tinnel about it, she replied via email with quote "The fact is I receive over 100 emails a day on top of 40 or so patients to care for and a dental practice to run and manage 14 employees. So yes, my delay in responding was because I delegated (because I HAVE to)." So she's quite busy.

Experiencia negativa: Come here if you want to feel less than, spoken down to, and poor. From reception to the doctor I spoke to, I was charged $250 to be told I couldn’t be treated, and referred to an endodontist that didn’t accept my insurance. The receptionist was extremely unkind the first visit, the second visit, where my appointment was lost, was met with “ you have a weird insurance plan, so I have to ask about it.” Save yourself the trouble and money and go elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going here for my dental care about a year ago. I hadn't been to a dentist for many years, but they were non judgemental about it, very kind and gentle, from the front office to the hygienist to the doctors themselves. After a deep cleaning and a couple fillings I'm back on a regular cleaning schedule. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first cleaning on Thursday 2/5. The dental hygienist was kind and kept me comfortable the entire time. My teeth felt amazing afterwards. After the cleaning I talked with Dr. Garling. She was understanding of my past dental trauma and scheduled my root canal roughly a month later. Pretty painless. Overall great staff, they’re easy to schedule with, and flexible with billing. I’m thankful I found this care team!

Experiencia fantástica: It’s the best dentist that I’ve ever had. I have been to a lot of dentist. I had to have two crowns on my front teeth and I was kind of scared about getting it done. I thought that it wouldn’t look right. But I went ahead and got it done anyway. I can’t believe how well it turned out. You wouldn’t even know I’ve had crowns on my two front teeth. I love my dentist, Sarah. I highly recommend her and her staff for anyone that’s looking for some dental work to be done. State of the art equipment. While you’re waiting on your crown, you can sit in these massage chairs and get a massage. Very good people.

All the doctors give 110% to make sure that your visit is the best it can be not to forget there dental hygienist whom are very gentle when cleaning your teeth. A group of very caring doctors and hygienist that give you the best care for your teeth. And lastly they have massage chairs that they allow their patients to use and they are wonderful as well. But not as wonderful as the providers themselves. Thanks you for keeping my smile in line with my personality. Five stars is not enough for what they have done for me.

If I recall correctly, it was Kim who did my cleaning with precision and care. And neither of us got to Pennsylvania as planned for this past summer, her with her family and me for a reunion. Dr. Tinnel took the time to show me a picture of one issue and explained the need for a crown. Experiencia fantástica: I originally went to HT dentistry about 15 years ago when I was a kid. I had a lot of dental issues and got cavities easily so it was nice to have an office that felt less scary to go to. Insurance changed so I bounced around other offices in my teen years and had some experiences that made me afraid to go to the dentist again. When my mom suggested that I try HT dentistry again I felt so much less intimidated about going to see a dentist for the first time in over 5 years. I was shocked when Dr. Tinnel immediately recognized me and remembered my previous struggles with my teeth. I was met with no judgement from anyone and we set a plan to get my dental health back on track. Every hygienist, receptionist, and dentist that I’ve interacted with has been nothing but kind and professional.

Experiencia negativa: They messed up some fillings. Many months later and they still hurt. I asked them to check their work at my next cleaning and they said everything looked fine, rubbed the teeth down a bit but it made no difference. I no longer trust them to work on my teeth. I've never had issues before at any other dentist, I usually just go wherever is closest whenever I move. But now I'm considering driving across town just to make sure if I need work done there won't be issues.

The Dental Assistant, Kim was AMAZING! Dr. Prinz shaved down a sharpe chipped implant tooth that another dentist put in years ago. THey are not supposed to do that by the way. No other dentist ever mentioned that they could at least shave it down. She asked and I told her if she did She would be my best friend. Now we are BFFs! Highly Recommend

Experiencia negativa: I had to do a deep cleaning last year. The dentist office didn’t check with my insurance which need only wait 2 months to be eligible for coverage. Because they didn’t check with insurance, i end to pay over 300 dollar out of my expense. I also see they do that to other patients that they have to pay cost due to the office never doing pre approval from insurance. I am not recommending this place!

Experiencia positiva: I thought I made an appointment for what I needed. I left without a cleaning and was told to reschedule. They evaluated everything, but I specifically asked for periodontal cleaning when I came in. The girl on the phone told me it would all be done in one appointment. I don’t really understand why I have to come back for a cleaning when that’s what I made the appointment for.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so kind and nice. The place is so clean. They always do a great job of making you feel at ease. They are very gentle when cleaning teeth. They really take the time to educate you on what is happening with your teeth and how to take good care of them. I first came here so they could fix my fillings for me when they were so bad I couldn't eat anything!

Kim would often check in on me during the cleaning to make sure I was okay - and was quite careful and as gentle as possible during the cleaning process. Dr. Riggs was also very pleasant. Overall great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my 6th month checkup today. It was very good. I’m not a fan of the dentist but this office, hygienist and dentist were awesome. They worked with me, I have a very sensitive gag reflex and they were so patient and gentile with me. I felt very comfortable and not anxious. I also appreciate how they present what you need to get done but don’t pressure you or make you feel bad when you need to wait to do the procedure. Yes, I truly love and recommend this Dentist Office.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst dentistry I've ever been to! This is my first negative review in ten years! I came to this dentistry in February to have two enplants done, because of their mistake I waited 4 months for a response from the insurance company, it seems they have already scheduled it for June! I think while we are waiting for an answer I will do a cleaning. I persuade Miss Tinel to look into my mouth and tell me what treatment I still need! We decided to do a cleaning and scheduled an appointment - so I arrived, they started checking my gums again and it turned out that I didn’t need regular cleaning and they scheduled my next appointment for July! I arrived home and they called me and said that due to gum bacteria, the implants were postponed to the month of August after cleaning! What kind of incompetent doctor did not immediately check my gums and the entire condition of my teeth before installing implants? When I expressed my dissatisfaction that I’ve been with you since February and they don’t start doing anything to me…. that my time is important to me, just as they value theirs. Why did Miss Tinel allow her to talk to me in such a tone that I was nobody here! And if I didn’t like something, she offered to find another clinic! That’s what I did, I don’t want to be there for another minute! If they say that they value your time and respect you, this is complete nonsense! I have never encountered such discrimination in 10 years of living in this country! It's horrible! I don't understand how this clinic got 5 stars!

The facility is stunning - from the entryway and reception area, waiting room for patients of all ages, to the glorious exam rooms and of course the technicians and staff are out of this world. Each and every person greeted me warmly, made sure I was comfortable at every turn and let me know I was their most important patient of the day. The equipment was state of the art and the whole process took place in one room. Dr. Tinnel is remarkable. Her ability to be warm, caring and convey all the information from her evaluation was extraordinary. She is delightful, a breath of fresh air and so extremely knowledgeable and professional. Experiencia fantástica: My experience in this office was absolutely wonderful. I have never had my teeth feel that clean after a cleaning! My dental hygienist was amazing, and I really wish I caught her name. Dr. Tinnel was also incredibly sweet and had great positive energy. They were completely informative and were really thorough. My first time going and It was spotless and pristine, exactly what you would want for a dental office but even better. Overall, just a truly positive experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved over to HT Dentistry in this past year. I had a dentist that treated me with kid gloves as I do not handle going to the dentist very well. However my insurance’s coverage was changing and I, too, had to make a change. I am so delighted with my care here. At this point it’s just been cleanings but they do a wonderful job! From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist - great patient care. Thank you! Making this change was a difficult one and you made it easy for me!

I felt heard, informed, and not judged as it had been awhile since I had seen a dentist. They gave me options but were honest and not at all pushy about extra options. Will be transferring our whole family.
