Experiencia positiva: I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over 20 years and both of my sons grew up coming here as well. Until recently, I would have recommended the practice without hesitation. Unfortunately, today I received a call from the office demanding immediate payment of a$49 balance and I was told I could not schedule any future appointments until it was paid. The Tone of felt abrupt, and impersonal which was surprising given my long history with the practice. While I understand Policies and billing matters, the way this was handled left me feeling more like an account number than a long time Patient. loyalty doesn’t seem to count for much anymore and that’s disappointing. I hope the new practice reflects on how these situations are handled especially with long-standing patients. I will not return to this office as I have already collected my medical records and paid my $49 balance. Given the current economic reality where dental care is unaffordable for many, independent practices like Gregory Family Dental should feel humbled by every patient who is able and willing to choose their care. Dr. McLaurian will definitely be missed.

The hygienist is wonderful, I have never had a hygienist do my rooting for scaling, she was thorough she numbed me there was no pain. My appt was at 11 and it's 745pm and there is still no pain. I am looking forward to going back and finishing the other half. I am grateful that I found this dental office 10 out of 10 I would and do recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first appointment at Gregory Dental and I was impressed by how welcoming and helpful everyone was from the minute I walked in the door. The x-ray technician, using a high-tech camera and an impressive computer program, took some very detailed x-rays of my teeth that helped the dentist and hygienist explain their suggested treatment program for me. After my checkup the hygienist did a thorough cleaning. Everyone worked to make me comfortable during the procedures and all my questions were answered. I’m looking forward to continuing my dental care at Gregory Dental.

While soothing music flows from the speakers .Then the most remarkable Dentist enters the room in great deal explains the procedure and assures his job is to make it painless .i was in due to a chipped tooth which required a GREAT deal of drilling .as the Dentist assured I felt no pain .2 weeks will return for permanent crown. Experiencia positiva: Since the previous dentist retired it has gone downhill I’m moving to a new dentist I was with them for many years but this new fresh outta school dentist who took over the practice well let’s just say it’s not the same I only recognize one employee that’s stuck around so what does that tell you wouldn’t recommend this new dentist well here’s a update as of sept 16 th I got my partial denture fixed but not without a hefty price tag I took these dentures were if barely a year old n should not be falling apart I had took them to another dentist n because it wasn’t done with them n their lab it would cost way more but had I don’t it with them it wouldn’t have cost me anything so I went back to Gregory because didn’t have much choice I don’t think something that was only a year old if that it’s like nobody backs thier work anymore but it was taken care of and I’m thankful for that they got it done fast so be it but it definitely isn’t the same since dr McLaughlin retired but I appreciate the office n the people there

Experiencia negativa: I felt like the initial interaction was very sweet however, once I enter into the exam room, the dental assistant was kind of not friendly and was extremely rough with my exam. The equipment use their hurt my mouth really really bad as if they had never come out of the Earlier 2000’s. That set the tone for my appointment I couldn’t enjoy it after that.

Offering me valuable options for future personal dental needs which I may have. There was also an accurate assessment of what has occurred since my previous visit with Dr. McLaurian a year ago, whom is now retired, with an insight into the coming year which may present further diminishing gum activity. Although I shall miss Dr. McLaurian, I am quite excited about Dr. Barker, and his staff. Assuredly I will refer anyone seeking dental expertise to Dr. Barker, and ‘The Gregory Family Dentistry. (No: Adam from the Bible did NOT invent the taxonomic nomenclature system, which was developed over the 18th and 19th centuries by means of scientific investigation.) I'm dismayed that an adult can hold such an idiotic belief and shocked that she felt comfortable enough to force them onto a patient during a procedure. The dentist is incredible, so I recommend him highly.

Experiencia negativa: I had to switch dentists due to a change in insurance last year. I chose this place because it was a) close to my house and b) had good reviews. This was NOT a good experience and I generally don’t mind dentist appts. -New patient questionnaire was about 20 pages long -Took legitimately an hour and a half for X-rays and dental cleaning -the X-rays were horribly uncomfortable and I’ve never had to take so many at once (at least 15 X-rays. I mean, how many angles of my mouth do you need?!)/felt like hygienist didn’t know what she was doing -My teeth did not feel cleaner afterwards and that has never been the case for me after a dental cleaning appt before -I also just realized she didn’t even floss my teeth -overall hated it and would not go back

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.. Emile McLaurian evaluated a moler in my mouth and determined I needed a deep cleaning below the gum about 12 inches. The procedure probably sounds painful, however, it wasn't. I also had a cavity that he cleaned and filled. Both procedures were done in one appointment and once the medication wore off, I didn't have to take any pain medication. The doctor is also considerate because he called me later that evening to make sureI wasn't in any pain. So if you are in need for a good dentist that doesn't subject you to pain, Dr. McLaurian is the dentist you should see.

Experiencia fantástica: My dental experience was Awesome. I hadn't experienced deep dental work in a minute. I had 7 cavities. Broken up in 2 visits, of my choice, while using the relaxing gas. Topped off with very high anxiety. Starting from the front office looking spic and span stocked with bottled water. From the office staff to the dental staff: they were professional, they explained everything before they started any process, they checked on me throughout the procedure, they made sure the atmosphere was just the right music, sound or channel, checked to make sure if the numbing med was working before the procedure began. And to top it off, they made sure I was feeling okay before I got up, recapped what they did, set another appt, offered me a rose and a bottled water. Then sent me on my way. Lol. He has great bedside manner, he is informative, and no matter what procedure I have had he makes sure you feel NO PAIN! His staff is also very professional and knowledgeable from the front desk to the techs! Great job Dr. Emile for being patient focused and running a professional office!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient of Dr McLaurian for about 3 years. In my personal experience Dr McLaurian is a very knowledgeable, talented, and highly skilled dentist. I had the same dentist, Dr James McCreary, for over 40 years. When he retired, he recommended his good friend and protege Dr McLaurian. I'm very grateful for such a great recommendation! Also, it's clear Dr McLaurian handpicked his staff for their excellent skills, friendly personalities and how well they'd treat patients. The facility is very clean and there are full sized TVs in all patient rooms to watch as you're being serviced. Perhaps what l appreciate the most is Dr McLaughlin and all of his staff are very focused on minimizing any pain you might feel during any procedures. Going to a dentist can be difficult. But you'll feel you're in good hands and will have very little to no pain with Dr McLaurian & Staff!
