Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Rayview for more than 2 years, everything from teeth cleaning to an extraction and bridge. Dr Stokowski is the youngest dentist I’ve ever had (30s?) and he’s so nice, always has friendly, knowledgeable staff and their prices are reasonable (more so than my last dentist), and I know this may seem a small thing but I like the background music too - not Muzak but songs and musicians I actually know. Dr S gives options on how to proceed, and I really appreciate that. It’s not a giant office, but big enough, very clean (and they always have freebies like lip balm and currently pizza cutters ).

Great dental hygienist. Checked in frequently to make sure I was doing ok and this was only during my X-rays. The dentist was very personable. Actually introduced himself and sat down to discuss the care plan. Very upfront and straightforward about what was immediate (I went in for an issue) and what can be later. The whole office seems dedicated to patient care. “We’ll take good care of you.” “Doc is the best!” vibes. Plus they play the best music ever!

Made an appointment specifically to get a deep cleaning .Was there an hour and a half and all that was done was some ex-rays .Spent most of my time listening to them try to up sale me on procedures my insurance doesn’t cover ,then after saying no to the extras ,I was told I would need to reschedule for another time because deep cleanings take so much time. Experiencia negativa: Prior to having dental work completed, the billing specialist collected both of my dental plans to establish how much out of pocket I would be. She informed me that due to having 2 plans I would be out of very little to nothing .. Months after having the work completed I’m being told I owe 2221.00 out of pocket. They are taking no responsibility for their role in this situation and threatening to send me to collections. There is no way in hell I would have had this work done knowing I’d be out of pocket 2221.00.They need to take responsibility for their mistake if that’s what it is. I feel like this was intentional. After contacting the dental board with proof of what I was told regarding pricing the 2221.00 was removed.

I went back to work the next day and co-workers are amazed I was at work! The doctor and staff let me know what they were doing the whole way through. They were all very concerned that I was comfortable and treated me so well. I have been going to Rayview over 10 years and by far this staff is AWESOME! He made his appointment for his deep cleaning the first week. That appointment was asked to be rescheduled. As he rescheduled that appointment, that appointment was asked to be rescheduled. Here it is time for the appointment again, and they want to reschedule for the next month. Now you have taken time off. You have moved things around in your own schedule. And for some odd reason you don't have a doctor that is unacceptable and if this is how you treat your patients, I hope you never treat anyone ever again.

This week I had a new to me hygienist do my cleaning and she did an amazing job! I could tell she was very much a perfectionist. I don’t think I have ever had such a great cleaning!

Experiencia negativa: This Dental office is terrible. In the 3 years I’ve gone to this office, there is ALWAYS a new doctor and staff. There is no one consistently in the office. They will call you the day before your appointment to tell you to reschedule or cancel your appointment all together. I have found a new Dental Office that is black owned and I will now be taking my business there. Terrible practices and can’t even keep the same doctor or employees.

DR should always in my opinion sign off giving the final approval going behind the Hygienists the Assistants along with sharing the information found through any and or all of a procedure whether it is Imaging or actual working on the patients teeth. I so miss the prior staff this group okay.however the prior dentists did and would ALWAYS check ✔ all procedures getting your teeth cleaned,Imaging, having a tooth pulled,having a crown & root canal the DR ALWAYS DID A SEPERATE EXAMINATION WHILE SHARING WITH ME THE FINDINGS. THAT THEN BECOMES MY TREATMENT PLAN DECIDING WHAT TOOTH OR AREA OF MY MOUTH WE WILL MOVE FOREWARD WITH.... The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I arrived early and since this was my first time at this office I had paperwork. If I had been able to start my paperwork upon arrival I probably would have been able to start my appointment at my scheduled time. The wait wasn’t long just an efficiency this team could use to improve workflow.

He act like he didn't know he was doing then, when finished he walked me up front didn't take the bib off basically kicked me out I was supposed to get my teeth cleaned with everything else I got done and she said come back next year when your insurance renew we used all your available money up not cool at all.
