Experiencia fantástica: For half of my life, I was terrified of the dentist’s office. Thankfully for this latter half, I found Dr. Jungmeyer and Dr. Suresh’s office. They and their staff are so thorough and kind, that I no longer consider my biannual cleaning a chore, but rather something to look forward to. Plus their SPF lip balm is the BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Suresh is an excellent and caring dentist. He noted after inspecting the work of Cindy (hygienist), that I might have a potential infection on my molars. He suggested me to return after three weeks to come back and look at my teeth again. I came back and Dr Suresh checked on my teeth and he noted that the potential problem did not materialize and it appears that it healed by itself. I was very happy about the outcome. Thank you Dr. Suresh for your care and patience.

Experiencia negativa: I had a disappointing experience at this dental office with Dr. Jungmeyer. I made it very clear from my first appointment—three months before a long international trip—that I wanted to complete all necessary dental care in advance. Despite multiple visits and repeated reminders, my treatment was never fully addressed or scheduled properly. Shockingly, on my final visit just two days before my departure, I was told that Dr. Jung Meyer was recommending not to fill the cavities due to a possibility of post-treatment sensitivity—something that could have been communicated and managed much earlier. This last-minute decision left me traveling internationally with untreated cavities and no care plan, putting my health and finances at unnecessary risk. I was essentially told to “hope for the best,” and changed $20 for prescription toothpaste. which is not what you expect from a professional medical provider. Not only did I feel unheard and deprioritized as a patient, but NO ONE at the office even acknowledged or apologized for the failure to adequately care for my needs. That lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you do choose this practice, I recommend seeing Dr. Suresh or the dental hygienist who were wonderful and kind. Dr. Suresh showed care and attention to detail, especially when it came to administering anesthesia. He took his time and had a noticeably more thorough approach. Dr. Jungmeyer, in contrast, seemed inauthentic during every visit and I felt less comfortable during anesthesia. The numbing period, communication and patient care were better during my interaction with Dr. Suresh. Ultimately, I cannot recommend this office based on the poor communication and absence of basic patient-centered care. As a Black woman we are often not heard in healthcare, and this experience felt absolutely no different than the statistics and poor past experiences.

The doctors and hygienists go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, satisfied and their work is the best work they can do. I had the pleasure of seeing Miss Cindy for my cleaning. I’ve never felt more clean in my life! I was also able to work with both Dr. Jungmeyer and Dr. Suresh. If you asked me who I preferred, I’d tell you both! The doctors here were informative and very knowledgeable. They treated me like family. The front desk staff was always super nice. They introduced me to their in-house dental plan which was another blessing I’d have to say! Lastly, it’s always a pleasure to speak with the assistants in the office. Always polite and subject matter experts to any dental case I’ve had. Cheyenne and Whitney, 2 of their assistants, were extraordinarily kind. When I had questions, they explained everything in a way I could understand, along with giving a visual representation with X-rays. All together, best dental office I’ve been to in many many years. If I could give them another star, I would!

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT GO HERE! World of Pain - My Life has changed forever... I am 28 years old. Up until my October 2022 routine cleaning, I have never had a cavity, teeth pain, or mouth problems in my life. During the cleaning, Sheila Jungmeyer (one of the owners) told me I have a cavity and I need to get it filled. I scheduled an appointment later that month to do so. I get my cavity filled and my tooth has pain in it. However, several days went by and the tooth pain had not subsided. I start to question this, but let it go because I have a phobia of people messing with my teeth. Well surely, one month later my tooth still hurts and its excruciating to eat food so I go back to check up on it. Again, Sheila Jungmeyer looks at my tooth. She said I'm grinding my teeth so she chisels my filling down more and tried to sell me on a $750 mouth guard. When I told her I couldn't afford that, she had the audacity to have me ask my mom to get that for me for Christmas. My mom is a single mother making $33k a year with a handicapped disability. I was extremely insulted when the owner said this and I thought it was classless. Here I am now in January 2023. It was been over 2 months since my two cavity visits with this place and my tooth hurts EVEN WORSE after my second visit to fix the cavity. She says my tooth looks great, but there's no way and I fear the negligence may have caused a root canal. I am so upset and everything I do when it comes to eating I have to mentally think about not eating on my left side and how excruciating my tooth pain is. I will never, ever go back here and need to unfortunately get a second opinion on my tooth pain. Please don't put yourself in a world of pain like this place caused me.

Experiencia negativa: Called me a few days before hand to remind me about my appointment date and time. I took off work and drove in the rain. Upon arrival I was told that my appointment was scheduled for a different date. I am never going back as this should never happen.

She was extremely positive and reassuring the entire time I was there. Even when she had to deliver the news that we have work to do, she did it so gracefully and encouraged me that “we’ve got this.” I just wish I would have found this practice sooner, but I am glad I finally got the courage to go and I am so thankful for Shannon. I already made my next appointment with her as my hygienist and will do so for every appointment going forward.
