Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a yearly dental cleaning, very apprehensive. I have very sensitive teeth. Lacey did a great job with little to no discomfort. I was given a detailed report of the condition of my teeth and was explained by Dr Rita a plan to keep my teeth healthy. The office ladies also went over the plan and expenses to make sure I could prepare. Very pleasant first visit and definitely would recommend this team and business for your dental needs.

My wife went in awhile ago to get her wisdom teeth pulled, before the procedure she was only going to get two removed but it was recommended to get all 4 removed. She was quoted a price and based on that quote we decided to just remove them all. Get to check out and it's several hundred more than quoted. Then a couple months go by and they requested another $200. And we thought we were all done and then we got sent to collections for another bill. We paid all our bills, have receipts, and bank statements. When calling for the billing department they have us leave a message to get back which they never have. Now out of nowhere we get another call for a bill and we're sent to collections.

Dr. Anna personalizes treatment plans for each patient, ensuring the best possible care. My mom had to have a full mouth rehabilitation and it brought tears to my eyes seeing the end results considering how drastic her teeth were before. My mom has never felt more secure having a dentist that not only speaks her language but, understanding her culture as well as why she had lacked the importance of dental hygiene. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Experiencia negativa: Awful. Good at advertising. Pretty office (on plaza) Don’t let the book cover fool you on this one. There’s no compassion for the actual client. I was unhappy with my final veneers the day of cement. I told her (Dr.Anna) I didn’t feel comfortable cementing. She then proceeded to tell me how her schedule was ruined now for the day and that she could have made $10K in the hour that she would now have open on her books. She repeated that to me twice. “You just costed me 10K, I could have made 10k in the hour I’ll have open now on my schedule.” Also told me if I were to continue to come to her office she would charge me $1000.00 an hour. All about the money. Pay attention closely to her advertising. It’s all “look at me and my money”. I was treated like a paycheck. I’m so happy I told her no on cement day. I would have been so terribly disappointed. Finals looked nothing like my temporary’s because I wasn’t even allowed a final set of temporaries after making changes. Terrible experience. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor. (( Dr. Rita on the other hand, she is a doll. Very kind. Explains things. Very genuine. I’ve listened to her talk to many different patients while in the office. She was always very outgoing, caring and just really tries to connect with her patients. She helped with my case a few times and I always loved her. She’s very good (the best in office) and gentle at shots. A bright light in the office for sure. ))

Experiencia negativa: She refused to treat me and actually escorted me out because I have very sensitive teeth and would not allow her to use air on them. I explained that I could not tolerate either air or water spray on my teeth. I was looking for a cleaning and I had X-rays taken and assessments which will just absorb my Medicare insurance. She’s not understanding or compassionate. This procedure has been my practice for 20 years with no issues. I guess it’s foreign to her or it isn’t lucrative.
