Experiencia negativa: Well, regarding the treatment itself - everything was done good enough. Doctor seems to be a professional. The problem with that clinic was that they constantly tried to rip you off. I had to change my previous dentist which was perfect because they stopped to accept my insurance. Found this one. At first they offered me cheap crowns instead of porcelain saying that my insurance doesn't pay for those and I would have to pay out of pocket for better crowns. After a call to insurance, they installed the good ones without extra pay. Next time was the same thing with desanitizing the tooth which they tried to convict me was necessary and it's not covered. And asked for $125 for that btw, despite it costs normally around $50. Again, called insurance, they confirmed that it's covered. Then doctor became angry, said that she was not going to do that without my payment out of pocket, refusing to work with me, that I was "rude" etc. Also, I can confirm as others mentioned - the staff at front desk is terrible. Never called back for the updates or requests I asked for.

Experiencia fantástica: Years ago in college, my jaw locked at the dentist and I was horrified to go back. I decided to go to Del Denta because I was desperate to start Invisalign, and they’ve honestly made the whole experience so seamless!! Every dentist there is so sweet and caring. I had tons of cavities from avoiding the dentist for years, and not only did they handle all my fillings ASAP, they were incredibly considerate of my anxiety. They gave me bite blocks during the fillings, kept checking in on me, and even got my cleanings done quickly. Dr. Fatahi is also so thorough with the Invisalign ClinCheck and really takes her time to get it right. I just picked up my first set of Invisalign trays today, and I’m so excited to keep working with this office!!!

They made me laugh, remembered where I work, and brought up things we talked about months ago on my initial visit. Shows there organized and actually care. Experiencia negativa: I had had a really bad experience with them. Had to go to another dentist to fix their mistake and they dont even care. Everytime they say we are busy we will call you back they never do so I gave up on them went to another dentist cause I had pain and infection. The specialist from another office told me their dentist had no or little experience thats why she made a mistake and now they have to redo everything from the begining root canal and crown!

Experiencia negativa: I waited 3 weeks to write this review. I was a patient of Fattahi & Del Dental for about a year. I made an appointment for my husband and I for our 6 mt cleaning. Simultaneously, I asked if they could remove my Invisalign clips. I called the morning of to confirm if my appointment was at 1 or 130 bc I had not received a confirmation text. It turns out they had cancelled my apt and called someone else (not me or spouse) to let them know my/our apts were cancelled. They mentioned they had input an incorrect number in the system so were going to call a Dr to come in to see me at 2pm instead. I came in and waited until 2:40pm and still the Dr did not tend to me although I was the only one there and she was in her office. I walked to the front desk to ask an eta and soon after Dr.Fattahi came to approach me with a severe attitude asking me what I wanted and how many Invisalign clips I had in. I told her I was now running out of time and had waited long so I would opt only to get my cleaning not the removal. Secondly, opted only for a cleaning bc I was quoted $150-300 on the phone for the removal and Dr. Fattahi said she could only do it for $300 which I then told her was out of budget. I even told her I would pay the $150 if she could just remove the first visible clips on my teeth. She was visibly irate that I had a budget and continued to stress that she drove 1 hr bc she was told I would do the removal and I assume she did not think I had a budget. I never raised my voice and I let her know that her staff told me there would be a range and unfortunately the higher end was not something I could do considering my circumstances. I ended up telling her that at this point I ultimately felt uncomfortable with her attitude and aggression towards me. She then proceeded to tell me to leave her office and never come back. This was a mortifying experience on numerous levels. The healthcare system in general has a reputation of wanting to squeeze every penny out of you and this was a very first hand demonstration of greed first, patient last practice.

We had an appointment at 4pm,we get to see the dr at 5:15(whywhats the point of appointment then?) we had special case which the implant was broken,so first dr sent us to another Dr since the new Dr has more experience with implants(fair), after another hour of waiting they told us if they fix it its not covered by insurance and its so expensive. At the end we left after 2:30 hrs of waiting and no service provided. Again I’m not complaining about Drs but their whole system is ridiculous for having patients waiting for almost 3 hours for something that could have been told in first 30min of visit

Experiencia negativa: I had a frustrating experience with Del Dental Group. I was referred to them while looking for a pediatric dentist for my son, who is currently 3 years old. They took us in when he was first about 18 months old and we had a pleasant but superficial consultation. The doctor looked in his mouth for a brief few seconds, said everything looked fantastic and sent us home. We then went in again then he was 2 1/2 yrs and I was confused when the dental assistant asked me whether my son could sit still so that he could go ahead and do his cleaning and X-rays. I reminded him that my son was 2 years old and he agreed to defer it to the doctor. The dentist came in and again took a brief look at my son’s mouth and said everything looked good, commended us for brushing twice a day, and recommended we return in 6 months. We returned this afternoon and had a frustrating experience. I’m a nutshell, the doctor said my son may or may not have a cavity, that the slight discoloration which may or may not be perfectly normal in his teeth may or may not be due to the fluorine in the toothpaste, and recommended that I buy some overpriced toothpaste as an alternative. She then referred me to a pediatric dentist who may or may not be in our insurance’s network. I shook my head in confusion and asked, “Are you not a pediatric dentist?” and she replied saying, “Well, we like to refer more specialized cases out.” Specialized??! A potential cavity and some potential discoloring? When I then asked whether the doctor she referred was covered by our insurance, she said she wasn’t sure and that they didn’t refer people based on whether they were covered by someone’s insurance. Well, I am a single parent on a teacher’s salary, so finding quality professionals within our covered network is absolutely essential. At that point, I grabbed my son and walked out. Calling our insurance and accessing my network of parents to find a new provider for my son.
