2 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr. Shayesteh for years and always have a great experience! He takes his time to explain everything throughly and gives each patient his undivided attention. Yan at the front desk is also always extremely helpful and friendly.
3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Established patient since 2023. I already fixed 6 teeth here. Dr. Nima Shayesteh is the best in LA! He did an amazing job, fixed another doctor’s mistakes, and even saved one tooth when most dentists probably wouldn’t. What I really appreciate is his biomimetic approach — preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible instead of immediately going for aggressive treatment. Finding a dentist who works this way is rare. The crowns I did get look beautiful and completely natural. I also had deep cleaning, AirFlow, and laser treatment with Dr. Tetyana — super professional and very precise. The price is absolutely worth it.

I have also had lovely experiences with the assistant Sandra, who is so nice and the manager Yan, whose sense of humor I enjoy. The whole experience is great. Thank you!

Dr. Shayesteh is incredibly thorough and takes the time to clearly explain what treatment is needed. If a procedure falls outside his scope, he confidently refers you to highly qualified specialists within his trusted network, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and integrity. He is also very gentle, making the entire experience comfortable and reassuring. His entire team is exceptional—professional, ethical, and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Shayesteh 100%.

Dr. Nima’s office is spotless and uses the latest technology, which made my appointment very pleasant. Dr. Nima is professional, knowledgeable, and honest; he truly puts you at ease. I am especially impressed that Dr. Nima is one of a very limited number of biomimetic dentists. I’m excited to try this technique, which is a much better, tooth-conserving technology compared to traditional, more invasive dentistry. He won’t perform any work unless it’s absolutely necessary or urgent. It’s so important to find a doctor you can trust for results that last. Thank you, Dr. Nima!"

6 months ago Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist in the country! Dr. Nima takes pride in his work. He is super diligent, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, honest, and very patient. Once you come for an appointment, you would never be able to go anywhere else! The level of care, quality of work and his diligence are unmatched. The office, including his hyagentist and the front desk manager are highly trained and very professional.

What truly stands out is her careful attention to detail—she ensures every tooth is thoroughly cleaned and polished. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and makes the experience as gentle as possible. I always leave feeling cared for and grateful for her kindness. If you want someone who genuinely cares, Tanya is the one!
6 months ago Experiencia negativa: I don’t usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. The hygienist here is great — always kind and professional during cleanings. No issue there. My experience with Dr. Yan during a filling was the complete opposite. The instruments he was using either didn’t fit my tooth properly or made it extremely uncomfortable for me to breathe and swallow. Instead of adjusting the approach in a way that prioritized my comfort, I was basically told he couldn’t treat me because of the tools — yet the procedure continued. I endured it just to get it over with. On top of that, his tone was condescending. I felt spoken to in a way that was dismissive and disrespectful. Bedside manner matters. If I’m paying out of pocket with no insurance, the bare minimum should be professionalism and basic respect. When I asked for a referral to another dentist, I was told he couldn’t provide one. I signed, paid, and left feeling uncomfortable about the whole experience. Technical skill aside, how you treat people matters.

6 months ago Experiencia negativa: I’m writing this on behalf of a friend who had a very disappointing experience here. They went in for a filling and were even planning to start braces treatment at this office, but that changed after their first procedure with Dr. Nima Shayesteh. During the filling, my friend repeatedly expressed that they did not feel fully numb and were still experiencing discomfort. Instead of properly addressing those concerns, Dr. Shayesteh continued with the procedure. My friend felt unheard and very uncomfortable the entire time. On top of that, the doctor’s attitude came across as rude and dismissive. Because of this experience, my friend will not be returning. Patients deserve to feel listened to and cared for, especially when they’re in pain!!

She is highly detail-oriented and takes the time to perform a thorough and comprehensive oral exam. Her work is consistently meticulous and never rushed. My typical visit includes X-rays, gentle ultrasonic cleaning, careful manual scaling, and finishes with EMS Airflow polishing, which is a great final step. She has a very gentle touch and a strong attention to detail. I always leave feeling well cared for and confident in the quality of care provided. I am very grateful for her professionalism and dedication.
11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: If I could give Dr. Shayesteh more than 5 stars, I would! I have seen him for several things now, including overlays (in avoidance of a normal crown or root canal) and extractions, and each visit I am more and more impressed. I had two biomimetic overlays for severely broken teeth (previously filled by another dentist). Dr. Shayesteh is incredibly thorough and takes his time to ensure perfection, so the visits were long but both teeth look amazing. The overlays are completely undetectable. He was also able to save me from getting root canals, which I was extremely grateful for. I also had two wisdom teeth extracted with Dr. Shayesteh. He gave me the option to go to an oral surgeon and be put under as is most patients’ preference, and I’m so glad I didn’t. The extraction took 5 minutes - if that. I didn’t even realize they were removed because of how quick and painless it was. I was amazed by the entire process. I also have my routine cleanings done at the office, and have nothing but great things to say about them. Dr. Shayesteh and the entire team are lovely - it is always a pleasure visiting the office. I can’t recommend Dr. Shayesteh and Concierge Smile Boutique enough!
1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shayesteh and his support team are best in class. I came here based on a coworker referral for invisible retainer treatment and have had a great experience. My original treatment plan had room for additional improvement and worked quickly with Clear Correct to get it revised with additional retainers at no additional cost. They even fed my meter when the parking meters wouldn’t accept cards due to a malfunction issue and I didn’t have change in my car. Those small things go a long way. If you are looking for corrective clear correct treatment, I would definitely check them out.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shayesteh and his team are fantastic. I've been a patient for almost 8 years and every appointment I have had has been an excellent experience. I've experienced standard check-ups and cleanings, filling repair, teeth and jaw alignment, as well as an overlay for a fractured tooth. The team explains everything, not only what they are recommending, but more importantly why they are making said recommendations.
1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been Dr. Shayesteh patient for a long time not just because of his perfectionist attitude and his calm behavior and the way he likes to treat individual in the best way possible but also he does the best as he can with no rush. Thanks to him and his wonderful staff for always being helpful and nice under the most difficult time.
1 year ago Experiencia negativa: While they do incredible dental work (the best I’ve ever had), I have decided to seek out a new dentist strictly because of Yan, the office manager and person at the front desk. He is unprofessional, frequently yells at patients and speaks down to them. He recently changed their insurance billing process, didn’t clearly communicate it to us before my husband’s visit and then had the audacity to charge a cancellation fee after my husband took the day off work as a private contractor to have work done today. While we LOVE Dr. Nema and his work, dealing with Yan is unbearable and unfortunately has made me decide to seek care elsewhere. While I am very torn about leaving a bad public review for a small business that I have supported for years and don’t wish to do any harm to Dr. Nema, him making the choice to allow Yan to treat supportive patients this way is completely unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

I truly feel like they take the time to explain everything going on with my teeth and why certain treatments are being recommended, which really helps me feel informed and confident in my care. They’re also great about following up, confirming appointments, and keeping me updated on insurance coverage and payments. During visits, Dr. Shayesteh always takes his time and does a seamless job - I never feel rushed, and I always feel comfortable asking questions and getting honest, thoughtful answers.

It is a gift to be her patient!!! Yan at the front desk is always helpful and professional and always double checks with my insurance for coverage for different things and is the most transparent and honest dental office worker ever! I am so grateful! Overall, this dental office has been a blessing - even after moving out to orange county I refuse to go to any other place!!! 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: First, I have to say that Concierge Smile Boutique is the same place as what it was formerly known as, Picasso Smiles. Different name, same professionalism. These dentists truly care about the art of dentistry. I have been coming here for nearly two years and I always walk out feeling like I learned something new about dental care. I love that their work is methodical and that they do not push you to get work done because it would benefit their pockets—they are honest and amazing at what they do. I come in for my regular teeth cleanings and I have also had my silver fillings replaced with the white fillings. Great work every time and genuine people! 1/31/2025 Update: My review stands the same! Amazing experience every visit!

2 years ago Experiencia negativa: Been with this dentist a couple of years now. They charge a lot for everything and constantly ask you multiple visits to leave 5 star reviews. Probably why they have so many reviews. The front desk person Yan can be a bit rude and some days polite. They charge $125 for rescheduling less than 48 hrs though they don’t always send you a reminder.

2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and I came in for a deep cleaning. The hygenist (I can't remember her name unfortunately) did an amazing job, and she had fantastic bedside manner. Dr. Shayesteh was also very friendly and easy to talk to. After doing my exam he did a great job explaining the options that are available for dealing with the few issues that I have - especially with my jaw hinge which every other dentist I've ever been to has completely ignored. So yeah, A+ experience all around. Am glad to have found my new go-to dentist.

4 years ago Experiencia negativa: I was Referred here and excited by the reviews, but don’t let them fool you. If you are a women, especially under the age of 35 good luck with getting any respect here. They were so extremely rude to me each time I went In. Talked down to me and even made me cry from the toxicity in one appointment. I continued There 2 times to finish out treatment (simple cavities, so I thought) and have been left with an uneven bite. When I tried To go in I was Met with the nastiest behavior I had To leave Before getting the work corrected. The Dentist himself is not so much rude as we was condescending and disrespectful. The receptionist however is the rudest, nastiest Man I have ever met. Not only toward my age but gender was he disrespectful, and I was Gaslighted ever appointment and phone call. Overall it was a bad enough experience for me to right this review in hope others don’t have to deal with what I did! If you’re just going for a cleaning the Hygienist and assistants were amazing!

The doctor is kind and explains the process to you as patient. He is very thorough and I feel like I am getting the proper care I need. The dentist assistants are very helpful and always check on how I’m doing. I love how detailed this dental office is, it’s not like some of the quick in-n-out type dental offices I’ve been to before. He is incredibly thorough and takes time to review x-rays, answer all my questions, and explain each step of the treatment as we go (which I can watch live via video). He takes his time with fillings, going slowly in order to make sure they last as long as possible, and works to preserve as much of the original tooth structure as possible. 5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: If I could give this place more stars, I would!! I went in to get a dental cleaning done initially as my regular dentist did not have any availability for a month! (Thank you COVID). I chose them because they had excellent reviews. The staff has been nothing but helpful, welcoming, accommodating and understanding from the minute I walked in. Dr. Shayesteh is a perfectionist himself and he expects nothing less from his staff. He was so patient when my original 2 hr appointment turned into a 4 hrs saga because we found a lot more decay than we expected. I ended up getting teeth whitening and my crowns redone and am REALLY happy with the outcome!! Highly recommend them :)

5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but this place has such an awesome team. Yan at the front desk is always kind and welcoming. Sendy and Dr. Shayesteh make the experience lovely. They are both so thorough and gentle, and they do such complete job. I had a crown put in when I was 18 which was 10 years ago and had to have it replaced this year. The materials and techniques Dr, Shayesteh used will ensure that this one lasts well beyond 10 years and even up to a lifetime if I floss/take care of it well. I’m so grateful for their knowledge, service, and commitment to high quality work. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Dr Shayesteh and his team were incredible and helped me bury the shame I felt for not keeping up with my dental care. They are everything you want in a dentist office: Friendly and helpful staff and doctor, easy to make appointments, super clean and comfortable office, good location and never a problem finding parking. :) Cleanings are always painless and leave my teeth looking and feeling great. :) And anytime you have a problem, you can trust that Dr. Shayesteh is going to do an excellent job with his dental work. He takes the time to explain everything to you, show you what the problem is, and is extremely skilled and delicate with his work. He re-did two super awful fillings I had done by another dentist many years ago and saved me from needing a root canal :). I also have complete faith they never try to upsell you here or convince you that you need something you don’t just to make a quick buck. And pricing is extremely transparent before they ever begin any of the work. Can’t highly recommend this office enough!! So glad I found Dr. Shayesteh and his team! =)

I was terrified to go to the dentist and put it off for years, but everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming it put me at ease right away. Their work is IMMPECIBLE. 5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Nima Shayesteh and the team at Concierge Smile Boutique for a couple years and they are fantastic. Dr Shayesteh is thorough and does excellent work. I've always been one to put off going to the dentist and the they make sure you're comfortable and any procedures are as painless as possible. Sendy who does my cleanings is also excellent! Highly recommend if you live in the area.

5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Shayesteh is the exceptional general dentist that I was looking for a very long time. His team has proven over the past year-and-a-half to be highly competent and caring. If you're looking for a dentist who's highly-skilled, uses the best materials and cares about preserving your teeth structurally for years to come, this is the place. Whenever coming in for what could be a potentially complex procedure, Dr Shayesteh was very clear explaining in detail the options that were available. Thanks to his precise work I have been lucky to avoid two close called root canals. He recently delivered a crown and I am most impressed, it felt like a natural tooth as soon as he placed it. It is always reassuring to hear his proposed approach and impressive to see how detail-oriented he is during every appointment. He takes his time to determine what's best for your tooth. My routine cleanings and gum disease prevention are taken care of by Sendy, she's fantastic at what she does and also a good patient educator. Thanks to her recommendations my teeth and gums are a lot less sensitive. Yan, at the front desk is always timely, polite and aware of what's next on my treatment plan. Overall a great team to work with.

5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Amazing service! Everyone was super super nice and they have a great infrastructure! On my first visit they took X-Rays of my jaw, did a complete cleaning and at the end I had a consultation with the Doctor.

6 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Sendy was the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, efficient, and her work was great. She was perfect, and I couldn't be happier with the end results! The rest of the staff was also very friendly, and the prices were reasonable as well. If you're looking for any level of dentistry or dental upkeep, I definitely recommend Concierge Smile Boutique! 20 stars out of 5!!!

6 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I don’t go anywhere but here! The staff is super nice and welcoming. Whatever I great done here, i always leave with a big smile. Sandy cleaned my teeth like they were never cleaned before. Today Dr. Shayesteh, fixed my Chipped tooth. OMG! Looks like it was never broke! He did an amazing job. Not surprised. His practice is very classy and clean. This place is highly recommended! ❤️
