They play favorites, and saw clients that strolled in much after me. You can see it on their check in list. Paid parking and they do not offer validation. Go elsewhere

Experiencia negativa: Left Feeling Pressured Into Unnecessary Treatment I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience for anyone looking for a dentist focused on conservative, preventative care. I came in for a routine check-up and cleaning and left feeling uncomfortable with the amount of treatment that was recommended. I was advised to remove my wisdom teeth, have multiple fillings completed, remove my permanent retainers, purchase new retainers, and consider Invisalign. As someone who has always had regular dental care, it felt like a lot to process in a single visit. The cleaning itself also felt rushed. The polishing was not as thorough as previous cleanings I’ve had, and there was a significant amount of waiting between different stages of the appointment. What should have been a straightforward routine visit ended up taking almost two hours. Because I wasn’t entirely comfortable, I sought a second opinion from another highly regarded local dentist. They advised that my wisdom teeth could simply continue to be monitored, that my bonded retainers did not need to be removed if I maintain regular hygiene visits, and that my teeth were overall in very good condition. They also questioned whether the additional treatment that had been recommended was necessary. I completely understand that dentistry can involve differences in professional opinion, and I’m not suggesting there was any malicious intent. However, for me, the overall experience felt much more treatment-driven than prevention-focused. If you’re looking for a practice that takes a more conservative approach, it may be worth getting a second opinion before committing to extensive dental work.

I completed Invisalign treatment here, and after my trays were already placed, I was informed that the price had increased due to insurance coverage issues. This should have been discussed clearly before treatment began. The cleanings also felt very rushed — one of my cleanings lasted only about 20 minutes and did not feel thorough. Additionally, appointments were frequently rescheduled, sometimes changing both the time and the day, which became frustrating. Once my Invisalign treatment was completed, I was only provided with one retainer. This was never explained beforehand. I was then encouraged to purchase a retainer package costing around $800–$900, which I declined. Most recently, my husband received a call stating they had supposedly undercharged him for a visit from two years ago. They are now threatening to send him to collections over an unexplained $60 charge. Overall, the communication, transparency, and customer service were disappointing.

Why would you go to this dentist when there are other options in the neighborhood? FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS: why would someone think this review wasn't in regard to SmileOn, located on Glencoe? Why would someone think the name "Aero" is a legal name that would show up in a medical database? Why would I waste more time and money trying to contact them, especially if I moved out of the area?

Experiencia negativa: *UNPROFESSIONAL & DECEPTIVE* Summary: Dr. Sabbaghia and SmileOnDentistry filed and received insurance benefits on my behalf for a total of $2300 for services NOT rendered. Not only were services NOT performed, but Dr. Sabbaghia tried to get me to agree to these services without a comprehensive and thorough explanation. She tried to deceive me into getting treatment, and after I refused, she still filed an insurance claim. I found Dr. Sabbaghia on SmileOnDentistry by accident. And it was a terrible mistake. After one teeth cleaning, Dr. Sabbaghia recommended invisalign. I raised several concerns and yet she still recommended the service. Fast forward to the day of the first invisalign appointment, Dr. Sabbaghia was not present, but her assistant basically told me all the things I was concerned about were in fact true and that Dr. Sabbaghia should have done a better job explaining the entire process. I never proceeded with the service. Later that day Dr. Sabbaghia called me to apologize. I told her I would never be visiting again. I found out later that Dr. Sabbaghia submitted an insurance claim for services she never performed for $2300.

The girls that work here are also very kind and pretty as well. Even after I moved to the valley, I still commute all the way from the other side of town to come here because I couldn't find a better Dentist. Their office is clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient and easy to get to. I usually just park on the street which always has available parking. I originally came here to get Invisalign, but I was told by others that I need to see an orthodontist to get it done "right". However, the orthodontist charged me far more than SmileOn quoted me, and I wish I just went with smile on the whole time after learning how Invisalign works. I plan to continue coming here as long as I can and appreciate how they've treated me throughout my time here.

After my nightmare of experiences with Western Dental, I developed anxiety over going to the dentist and getting teeth removed. I was certain I wanted to get gas or be sedated this time. Daisy recommended me to play the gas by ear since she was confident that DR Ana was gentle plus it wasn’t covered by my insurance. And boy was she right! DR. Ana was so gentle I didn’t even feel the Novocain. When I did feel some pain half way through DR. Ana gave me more Novocain to make me comfortable and after that everything else was a breeze! The office as a whole put me at ease and made me feel taken care of. This was the only time I’ve ever felt great after leaving a dentist office! I absolutely recommend SmileOn Dentistry and Dr Ana!

A very uncomfortable experience, the office seems very disorganized, the cleaning performed was not thorough (and the water pick kept falling out of my mouth spraying water all over me) and they took forever scanning my mouth. The entire appointment also felt like a pitch for Invisalign. The dentist came in and before even introducing herself began pitching me on the need to get an Invisalign (?), I already had braces when I was younger. Just felt a little sleazy. I’ll be returning to my old dentist, even though they’re cross town.

Experiencia positiva: New patient. First, you’ll have to pay $16 for parking because it’s an office park. Though it is hourly, just round it up to $16. You can try to find parking on the street but, it’s MDR, so good luck. My appointment was at 2pm I got there around 135pm. Wasn’t helped immediately and sat but they knew who I was. Office vibe was fine and clean. X-rays are never comfortable. They took regular pics and a digital scan. I got to see everything on a large screen. Dr came in and went over my issues using a couple of screens. Needed a cleaning and had two cavities plus a problematic tooth I already knew about which needs a root canal. For some reason though, the two cavities echo other reviews. One of the ladies came in and went over my costs. Now this is where it gets interesting for me. The costs were fine but I didn’t expect to have anything done on my first visit. Maybe ..a cleaning but nothing more. So it immediately clicked, they want to make sure they get as much money as possible , should I not come back. Which is fine in a way. The lady (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) explained everything to me really fast but I understood as it was the usual what my insurance will pay for and what they won’t. I signed and off we went. Got the cleaning done. No problem. Next was the two cavities. I wait…wait. I’m waiting for someone to give me a quick shot of novocaine like the process I’m used to. Nope..got two cavities filled with no novocaine. The first cavity was quick but the second one took a little longer. I wasn’t in pain but it was very uncomfortable and the Because I kept squirming and putting my hand up, the Dr kept having to stop and change drill heads I guess ..lol! To see which one works?! Like what?! Plus I had the protective glasses on that wouldn’t stay on. They kept slipping into my eyes and the Dr kept almost having to press on them to work. Like *sighs*… I think the worst part of that was that SHE seemed frustrated with the situation. How? HOW? You’re drilling into my teeth with no anesthetic, ma’am! SO we finished. Booked my appointment for my root canal and left. Went to the Googles about “no novocaine” fillings and it IS a thing but in certain circumstances. I totally get it but everyone is not the same. You cannot know a persons pain tolerance or discomfort tolerance. So to be sure a person feels nothing of the still barbarism that is going to dentist, give them something to help with the possible pain and discomfort . Period. Tuh! Wish me luck with the root canal!
