I got the one cavity fixed somewhere else and I have zero pain in my mouth so clearly there are no other cavities

Experiencia positiva: I had an emergency swelling and they were quick to book me in less than 24 hours. They took my medical and did X rays. They had several professional Dr's welcome me and review my situation. Unfortunately they didn't have the tools to help me with what needed to be done but were quick to prescribe the proper antibiotics and give me referrals of people that could help. They did a quick plaque cleaning and a great job before sending me off. I look forward to making them my regular dentist once i get the other things handled. The only thing is i wish they didn't sound like disappointed parents with the dire situation of my teeth. I was aware i hadn't been taking good care of my self. But over all they were very good and professional and i will be going back.

Experiencia negativa: One star is too high. After 3 appointments I am appalled with their service. My first appointment was a routine cleaning and I’ve never had such a painful cleaning experience. I made it clear that it hurt to which the dentist replied, “well the deep cleaning is more comfortable bc we numb you. But this is the free one with insurance.” I’ve never experienced pain during a routine cleaning until now. Then, I came in for a filling and they had absolutely no bedside manner. She grabbed the numbing needle, told me to open wide without any warning. She immediately started drilling and gave me attitude when I said I could still feel it and it was painful. I asked for more numbing two additional times and both times she gave me a snarky response as if she didn’t believe me. After the filling was done, no one told me how long to wait to eat or drink post filling and gave me no aftercare guidance. Then, when I got home I saw the receptionist had written down a different name on my appointment card than my own. I had to call to get it corrected and get the actual appointment I needed scheduled. They also somehow forgot to collect payment as I left and if I hadn’t called to get my appointment corrected, I would have had an outstanding balance. Non-existent bedside manner, rude hygienists, lack of empathy for any pain, and disorganized admin. It’s clear that their patients are not people to them. Instead it seems patients are just a check to collect. My advice, look elsewhere.

He was good, he was funny, BUT, Yossi and the staff at The Dentist Office here is GREAT. They do a fantastic job all around. My dad has Alzheimer's so as the disease has progressed those appointments have become more complicated but Dr. Yosi and his office staff, Sandra, and his dental assistant, Daniel, have always been very understanding and supportive. Maintaining good dental hygiene in older adults with Alzheimer's can be very challenging but Dr. Yosi encouraged us and supported us and that has really made all the difference.

It’s apparent how passionate Yosi is about his profession, and providing the utmost care for his patients. During every cleaning and every procedure I’ve had, he always checks in with me to see if any adjustments need to be made, and to make sure I always feel comfortable. His gentle approach makes it actually fun and enjoyable to be in the dentists’ chair. One of my favorite traits about Yosi is his efficacy to his trade, and high moral standards. He will never operate on someone if he feels like the patient doesn’t need it, and I know from experience, he isn’t motivated by money. He genuinely cares for his patients and has always made sure my needs are taken care of. Love him and his team, would recommend 100 times over. Also has a good sense of humor, which helps whenever you’re going to the dentist!

After having numerous issues with the previous dental practice I was going to (waiting hours for my dentist appointment, getting the hard sell for braces and retainers despite not needing them, botching several major dental procedures) I decided to look for a new dentist, and I'm so glad I found Dr. Yosi's practice. Dr. Yosi takes great care for all his patients, is always friendly, and remembers his patients' dental care history. Most importantly, he along with his staff do great dental work. Dr. Yosi did a wonderful job replacing several dental crowns my previous dentist did poorly. I love that Dr. Yosi is very punctual. My appointments almost always start on time, sometimes even a few minutes early if I'm ready to go, and rarely leave me waiting around. For a standard checkup and cleaning, I can usually get in and out in under 30 minutes. This was unheard of at the previous place I was going to.

He gives great, personalized care; he does cleanings himself so he can get a good look at my teeth; and he communicates clearly about how certain issues are changing (or not) over the years. He is attentive to detail, and once caught a problem early and saved me from needing a major procedure. He also shows restraint and doesn’t push treatments that aren’t needed, instead tracking minor issues to see if they’re stable or getting worse.
