Dix Hills Family Dentistry

Fantastic experience: I've been using this office for several years now. I don't know what took me so long to write them this amazing review. Everybody on staff from the dentists, hygienists dental assistants and especially Denise in the front office couldn't be more kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I recently had a dental emergency and I got a personal call from the dentist on a weekend morning and they made sure they got me in to take care of my problem. It seems to be so hard to find a good local family friendly dentist office these days, finding this office has been a blessing :)

Fantastic experience: My first visit and it was a most pleasant experience/ everyone was so accommodating and went out of their way to make me feel like family- the cleaning was superb and the dentist was clear in his explanation of what is needed to address the issues that I have at the moment/ office is sparking clean and every effort was made to made me comfortable/ five stars and a full white moon- happy and satisfied

Fantastic experience: Dr. Soni is wonderful. She is patient, kind and knowledgeable and very professional. My 8 year old daughter loves going to her. Dr. Soni does a great job with preventative care and also in explaining what the next steps are. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic experience: Was attended by Dr.Gaur and my cleaning done by Amanda. I have to say this was my first time at this dentist and definitely had a great experience. Dr.Gaur was very informative and has a good sense of humor and attentive. And I must say I’ve had some bad experiences with cleanings in other dentists where they scrape my gums rlly hard or are just too rough and here my experience with Amanda was 10/10 she was very careful but definitely took her time to clean through each tooth and in between. I’m very happy with my experience will definitely be establishing myself here. The dentist assistant was very nice and informative as well and my checkout was smooth and easy with the front desk. She knew what I had to schedule before I even said anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend Dix Hills Family Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I started taking my kids here about a year ago. My 11 year old unfortunately had his first cavity at his last visit. I cannot express how amazingly comfortable Dr. Suni made my son. This was especially important to me because I had a terrible experience at his age. I so appreciate the dentist and whole office. Everyone is so nice, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Suni and the team. Thank you!

Amanda was impressive. She listened and did an excellent job doing the ‘first visit’ checks abd X-rays etc. My visit continued with Dr. Gaur. What a delightful experience!! Fantastic experience: Everyone’s great receptionist, hygienist, and the Dentist himself. Wonderful wonderful people extremely organized, friendly and professional. Hygienist really took her time thoroughly cleaning every crack and crevice. The one thing I must say I really admired was how the dentist himself was very honest about my oral health and did not try to upsell me on any unnecessary procedures or scans.

I was ushered immediately into the room when I arrived and was again greeted by the dental assistant who introduced herself .She did an awesome job with my teeth cleaning. Dr Gaur was very professional as always with is easy going demeanor that relaxes you. My experience was excellent. Staff is client focus and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Raj Gaur for the first time since my past dentist of 20+ years retired. I could tell right away that Dr. Gaur was going to be a good fit for me. He was extremely personable as was his office and medial staff and took the time to get to know me and my immediate situation. The exam room was impeccably clean and his calm demeanor towards me and while working with his assistant was very evident and appreciated. The procedure went well and I look forward to what I believe will be an excellent doctor-patient relationship for my future dental needs.

I appreciate the transparency on what work i need to get done and what I should keep an eye on. Most of my past experiences are Dentist telling me I need all this "major work". Dr Gaur was very honest and told me most of the work I was told I needed was not necessary if i kept up with my preventative care. Highly Recommend for all family members!

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled that we found Dix Hills Family Dentistry! We have now been going to them for years. The best quality care. I love going there, I thought I would never say that about going to the dentist! We had gone to one of those visually flashy “themed” dental practices with my kids and they recommended these crazy procedures - crowns on teenagers? And special gum treatments for me. Our orthodontist referred us to Dr. Gaur. The best decision! Kids did not need extensive dental work and my gums are fine. Our entire family goes there.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr. Gaur and Dr. Soni (pediatric) for many years. They are both extremely pleasant and thorough. From the cleanings, cavities, and implants, it’s always been a top notch experience. We highly recommend the office. I started there needing a TMJ specialist under NF, and it started a long lasting patient relationship. They accept our insurance which is a plus!

My husband first started to go to Dr. Raj Gaur about 2-3 years ago, and he spoke so highly of him. I wasn't thrilled with the care I had been getting elsewhere so I switched to Dr. Raj Gaur as well and I'm so happy I did! My 3 adult children switched as well. We all think he is amazing, extremely personable and professional. His staff is always kind and knowledgeable and his office is extremely clean.
