Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Lindsay and staff! From the receptionist, to the prep team, and Dr. Lindsay, everyone was so warm and kind. Dr. Lindsay did a thorough cleaning, but she also took time to accommodate my pain tolerance. I don’t usually like leaving reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth writing about. 10/10. Highly recommend.

Danielle was warm, friendly, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. On the day of my appointment, Tisha at the front desk was equally welcoming and professional. Danielle also handled my X-rays and did a fantastic job. Sophia, the hygienist, was pleasant, thorough, and provided an excellent cleaning. Dr. Ben was wonderful as well—professional, personable, and with a great sense of humor that made the visit even more enjoyable. Unfortunately, I no longer live in New York, but I was in town visiting and needed a cleaning. If I ever move back, QLIDC will definitely be my go-to dental office. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care!

She breaks down the treatment plans to let you know exactly what the insurance will cover and what your out-of-pocket cost is and she's very honest and up front. They really care about your oral, and there was no pressure to upsell any of their services. On my most recent visit, I did a cleaning and whitening, and the whole experience was amazing. Both hygienists were very pleasant and talked me through each process, which was very comforting. The Dr. Ben was funny, professional and very thorough. Fantastic experience: First let me say i absolutely loathe dentist. Now with that said, I visited this office because of an infected tooth I knew had to get extracted. I was already nervous because of the pain but can I tell you how gentle both the assistant and Dr. Schwartz were! Neither the x-ray or the exams didn’t leave me wrenching in pain. Now, I did not get the extraction as planned due to requiring medical clearance, but so far they’ve gained trust . Will update this post once it is done. .

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to QLIDC in about two years after becoming a new mom and trying to adjust to my new life. When I walked in, the staff were all so well-mannered and friendly just like I remembered. It was also great to see that Sophia remembered who I was and even asked how my baby (now toddler ) was doing. Sophia did a great job cleaning and I loved that she gave me so many good recommendations to continue the upkeep of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the best dental practices I've been to and I am very picky! The office staff is very sweet, my hygienist (Sophia) performed one of the most thorough teeth cleanings I have ever had and Dr. Schwartz is the best! I had a couple of cavities that needed filling. He talked me through the whole procedure, made it relatively pain free and everything turned out great! I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants great dental care!
