Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental center for over 50 years. The staff is so kind and caring it's an awesome feeling. The hygienist are the bestest people, listening people that I know. I appreciate all that they do for me, I appreciate them being a truthful and honest business.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gehring and the staff are professional and competent. I don't have dental insurance, I purchase and use their "VIP Membership" plan. Good value for services rendered.

Negative experience: Walked in to get a crown put back on and as I was asking questions to assistant she was not able to answer them so she left and said she will be right back , to do procedure then front office lady comes to room and tells me to leave for basically asking questions , threating to call cops on me , and I can't seem to understand why I was treated so poorly for asking questions about basic dental health pertaining to my basic needs , I'm assuming this a prejudice act because all was asked was how long does permanent cement last and I was instructed to leave the premises , please investigate this matter ASAP , CORPORATE WILL BE NOTIFIED

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice, always making sure you were ok, and comfortable. I had a Root Canal and they were so gentle I almost fell asleep. I'm so glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Reynoldsburg Family Dental for 30+ years and I’ve stayed after each dentist has retired and now with Dr. Gehring taking over my experience there has not changed and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have the same hygienist Michelle for years so I'm comfortable with her and there's never any surprises and she’s awesome. There are so many commercials for dentists in this area but I choose to continue with R.F.D. because they treat me like family! That is what's important to me.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment with Reynoldsburg Family Dental two days ago. I have been bouncing around trying to find a good dentist for awhile. Im excited to say I think ive finally found it! I felt welcomed from the second I came in, to the second I left. Everyone was very kind and I especially appreciated the fact they told me each step before they did it, so there were no surprises. I mentioned to my dental hygenist, Jen, that I struggle with cleanings sometimes and may need extra rinsing, which she heard and did wonderfully! I plan to go back and hope to continue to have great experiences.

Fantastic experience: Staff is always kind and personable. They work to make you feel comfortable and cared about. We’ve been going for many years, and they have taken such good care of our family. I myself get especially nervous about getting cavities filled, etc, and they have made this so much easier for me. Very highly recommend!

Negative experience: Patients please watch out for billings with insurance providers. I was told what my responsibility would be which I paid up front, I later received a bill for a balance when I questioned this this there was no clear answer, I contacted my insurance carrier and was advised I did not owe this.Another pymt was sent to dental office and after contacting their office they did verify additional pymt was received and I had a credit balance of $149.50 I requested the refund in October as of this date no refund, I called the office today and was informed that my refund was $49.50 5

Fantastic experience: 10/2024 I rated this dentist's office on the following. The engagement of the front dest receptionists 4☆ The esthetics of the waiting room They have soothing music playing and an awesome smelling environment. 5☆ The esthetics of the treatment rooms They have the same music from the waiting area an awesome smell thru the whole facility. My hygienist, Michelle, performed the most gentlest cleaning procedure I ever had. 5☆ She was an excellent conversationalist 5☆ This is my 1st time rating a dental practice. My last dentist from 1998 google ratings didn't exist. I am happy with my decision. 10/25 I still very happy with this offices staff and procedures.

A- I’m autistic and HATE going to the dentist because of all the people touching my mouth and the tools, etc. Bur I’ve been looking for a place to give me permanent fangs for a long time and this place was more than willing to do it. They didn’t belittle me for wanting them or look at me strange because they do custom stuff all the time. I went in for my consult and they were open, honest and prepared to do them for me. When it came time to get them done, it was easy and over in a flash. Made me not hate going to the dentist for once. Now, I’ve got my fangs which are like 100/10 stars in terms of comfort, design and shade match. Everyone was so excited for me and the nurses LOVED it. I’m so happy with the final product and I’ll be coming here from now on for any dental needs. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Regular 6- month cleaning and check-up. Regular x-rays. Dentist came in toward end of appt to check, especially a couple of teeth needing work. Explained what needs to be done, should I choose. Also explained about new bite splint that could be made since mine is very thin and cracked. Fillings would need to be completed first if I want to proceed. Office very friendly and did not pressure me to have work done. I felt comfortable in making my own decision about the work and timing. I have attended this practice since we moved to Reynoldsburg in 1981. Have had several different owners of the practice over the years and have always felt satisfied and well-cared for.
