I’m editing my review to do some name dropping because it’s so warranted! Dr. Sabrina and Natalie are PHENOMENAL. I always get anxious having someone super up in my grill so to speak and these two make it a breeze. Natalie is AMAZING at opening and closing my SL bracket doors. I was blown away by how fast she does it! Not everyone can get them open easily but Natalie is honestly a freaking WIZARD at it. I am so happy with my progress so far and the entire staff is just fantastic. I really did hit the jackpot by choosing Carmen Orthodontics to do my Braces treatment. Just… wow. I really appreciate Dr. Jesse’s honesty and transparency—he always shows me exactly what he’s concerned about during my daughter’s visits and makes sure I can see it myself and that we fully understand the treatment plan. When we first began treatment with Invisalign for my daughter, Dr. Jesse explained that it would be the first of two phases since she was still young and had baby teeth. Now that she’s ready for phase two, I feel confident moving forward because I’ve always been kept informed every step of the way. I also brought my older nephew here for braces and had the same positive experience. Every treatment plan was explained in detail, and I always knew what to expect. Another great benefit is that Carmen Orthodontics has multiple convenient locations (Canal, Pickerington, and Columbus), all of which we’ve visited and consistently received excellent care. The staff is always friendly and provides great customer service. I believe there’s also a Grove City location we haven’t been to yet. Fantastic experience: Loved Dr. Carmen and all the staff! I ended up at all the locations at some point or another, and they’re all great. The staff is super kind - from reception to the OAs to Dr Carmen. I always felt like things were explained thoroughly and ran on time. I used the Dental Monitoring app for my Invisalign, and any time I had questions I felt they were always answered super fast! And of course the results were AMAZING. I was shocked how much my smile changed. Great experience. Will be back when my kids inevitably need braces

Fantastic experience: When our daughter was 11, our dentist referred her to orthodontics stating she would likely need jaw surgery to correct her under bite. We saw several orthodontists and all of them agreed that she would need surgery. Well, all but one. Dr Jesse was the only doc that wanted to try a nonsurgical option first, and look at her results in just over two years! She is now 13 and has a beautiful smile! We put our trust in this amazing team, and their confidence and experience allowed our daughter to follow their directions without hesitation. Every person we saw in their offices from the docs to the front desk were welcoming and knowledgeable. We knew what to expect and she progressed exactly as Dr Jesse anticipated and we avoided surgery! I cannot recommend this practice highly enough! The pictures speak for themselves!
