Fantastic experience: This place is exceptional! They made me feel comfortable for it being my first time there. There was no judgment, just kindness and care. Dr. Saad exam me and gave me options and was thoughtful and considerate that cost will be a factor to consider. They did not rush me, nor tried "selling" or pressure me into their products and services. Dr. Saad was kind polite and professional and assured me that I decide when I'm ready for the next service based on their recommendations.

Fantastic experience: They got me in right away when my own dentist was closed for the holidays and I especially appreciated how patient the office manager and staff were at looking up my insurance and talking me through the cost. They were upfront and knowledgeable about whether or not my insurance was in-network and definitely seemed to prioritize patient care over getting paid. I really appreciated Dr. Snezk’s attitude as well and might switch over to them in the future!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit as a new patient after a high recommendation from a colleague. I had a cleaning done along with initial x-rays. My hygienist, Kim, was so thoughtful and caring. I typically experience high anxiety with dental appointments. Kim was amazing and really made me feel comfortable. After a consultation with Dr. Saad, a collaborative plan was established for my progressive care. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I can’t say I’ve ever enjoyed going to the dentist, but the Violet Family Dental team certainly made it as pleasant as a dental visit could possibly be!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Violet Family Dental for a few years and am always impressed after each visit. Unfortunately my most recent visit was not a planned cleaning, but an emergency visit. To make things more interesting, I was 39 weeks pregnant and it was the day before a holiday weekend. The care and thoughtfulness given to me by Dr. Saad and my very kind hygienist was amazing. Not only did they help me solve my issue but they fussed over my comfort and concern for the health of my baby. They communicated with my OB directly to make sure the care they provided was best and just went above and beyond. I left very calm and confident in the care I received. Five stars is not high enough!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new dentist to start 2024 because our previous dentist of 40+ years retired. Dr. Noll and Violet Family Dental came highly recommended by a Family member and a Friend. I chipped a tooth in December. Violet Family Dental got me right in (as a new patient!). This dental group is the best!!! Every person I had contact with is excellent! I give them my highest recommendation.

Negative experience: Her/Doc: You need surgery Me: No, let try conservative treatment first and by the next visit I'll make a decision 6 Months later... Her/Doc: "we can not see you because you will not have surgery and then she quoted law and office procedures". Me: I will determine if I need surgery after you examine my teeth after 6 months of NO ISSUES WITH MY TEETH OR GUMS

At our first visits my husband and I were pleased with our cleanings by Tiffany and Kim. We both found Dr Saad to be friendly, considerate and very professional while explaining the procedures which were needed on our teeth. We have confidence in proceeding with Dr Saad’s recommendations. She answered all our questions, and was understanding of our needs. The entire staff is adhering to every precaution to limit risk and exposure to COVID. This office is exceptionally conscientious, prepared and consistent in following many safety protocols. We are very comfortable and impressed with VFD, and grateful to have found Dr Saad.

Thanks to them I was referred to a great periodontist for some periodontal work which was beyond their capability. I always turn to Violet Family Dentist first for primary dental care, knowing I am in good hands and will receive the best possible care. The dental staff delivers dental care that is too quality and affordable. The office staff handles all details of the billing for their work and coordinates directly with your insurance company. I am billed only for work not covered by my dental insurance policy. I highly recommend Violet Family Dental to anyone seeking high quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have always felt comfortable going here! My most recent visit involved me and both of my young children (ages 3 and 5) and I was dreading it. But the hygienist was absolutely amazing with my kids. She was patient and helpful in keeping them occupied and out of trouble while she cleaned my teeth. She was so gentle and patient with them that they were comfortable the whole time. I liked them for myself, but I absolutely recommend them for young kids!

Negative experience: I visited this Violet Family on June 09, 2020 and went the all of the prep, but when the dentist came she said she cannot pull my tooth out. What? I don't know how they are running their business that they are not qualified to pull a tooth. I am sure this is an act of discrimination towards brown and senior citizens I suggest they should close the business and do something else. I may to report this situation to BBB.

Fantastic experience: Cleanings definitely need to be scheduled months in advance but the office is always quick to get patients in for any concerns/issues. Kiddos are also quick to get appointments. Love the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and leave me feeling like my care is in good hands. I would certainly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: This is a top-notch Dentistry outfit that is up with the time both in their technology and their knowledge of what a family needs in 2020. None of the modern characteristics, however, does away with Dr Noll's desire be personal and share with her patients. We will be with Violet for many years to come.

Negative experience: Very pleased with the treatment I received. All of the employees I met we’re very friendly and courteous. Will definitely continue to receive treatment here and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Negative experience: A judgmental practice, the dentist didn’t address my concerns properly. Receptionist relayed message from the dentist to me that it was my fault I didn’t get an appointment to see her husband which does root canals, and that’s why I was up all night in pain. I could not afford the copay at Dr. Stentz’s office for the root canal. Work 50 hours a week, single mom, and go to night school. If you don’t mind the extra 15 minute drive...check out The Dental Center of Easton. It’s a nonjudgmental, affordable, state of the art, beautiful practice. The staff and dentist are AMAZING!

Positive experience: The staff is so friendly except for the elderly woman who answers the phone-i think her name is Julie. She is rude, argumentative and hard to deal with. She completely disregarded the dentist's instructions and refused to schedule an appointment. We had to take more time off work because of her. Dr. Noll and Dr.Stentz are absolutely wonderful! So is the rest of the dental staff. They really make you feel at ease. Except for Julie. I can do without that horrible woman.

I've learned over the years to trust this practice and my visits (as much as you can enjoy dentistry... lol). My kids love coming in for their check ups! Negative experience: Not sure I will be going back. Not sure why it's so hard to find a gentle but good dentist in this area. I found how I was treated very rough. I've had these same procedures before and have never had so much discomfort during the process. I used to only be nervous about cost now I'm terrified of the pain involved. Very upsetting.
