Fantastic experience: I've been bring my son here and we love it. They are so kind and attentive. My son hated going to the dentist but they changed that. They explain everything and are quick but very thorough. Definitely our permanent dentist from now on.

Fantastic experience: Aside from the nice staff, the partial dentures I received to replace my old one from another dentist far exceeded my expectations. I also appreciate how friendly and bubbly my new dentist was all throughout the consultation. In fact, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: Got Teeth? Got to work with this fine group of individuals. Easy check in, plenty of parking and no long wait. They do extractions, root canals and general dentistry fillings, teeth whitening, cleanings, sealants you know the preventative and maintaining stuff!

Negative experience: I didn't even show up for my appointment but I'm sure my insurance got billed. It doesn't do any good to fill these things out. I filled out the last one from my dentist and even asked for a phone response and got nothing. If only they would have called they would know why I didn't show up and will never go back

Fantastic experience: Something else I like about Southmoore Dental Group is that they don't try and put a scare into me to sell me something Isn't necessary. I have been to dentists before after every examination they would try and sell me something saying I need to have a p procedure done that cost over $2000. If I didn't have it done something terrible would happen. That is the scare tactic they would use. Southmoor Dental don't do that. They are practical. I appreciate that. Negative experience: I scheduled as a new patient and they told me I could come in the next day in the morning, so I did and when I got there the building was shut down for Maintence. Nobody called to let me know so I will not be wasting my time to drive back here. Possibly dodged a bullet I guess because that is very unprofessional, i can only imagine what would happen next if they can’t even call people during an emergency to reschedule when I JUST made the appointment. Disappointing

Fantastic experience: I gave you five because when I first walked in, you made me feel at home. You were very patient. You listen to my problems and you really took your Time and explained every thing that you were doing before doing it and they were very gentle no complaints from me 10 out of 10 must recommend

Fantastic experience: We have been using Southmoor Dental Group since the mid-nineties. Their staff is always professional and upbeat, and we really like Dr. Alibi. This time I had a new associate, Dr. Cook, who is very likeable. I also appreciated the humor and patience of the tech who did my cleaning. In Friday for a final crown fitting. Another good tech, funny and personable. Dr. Cook checked things our before the placement; no problems with fit and away I went.

Negative experience: is so impersonable !! My first time coming and they had me wait damn near and hour not check in with me or nothing. Told me to use a computer to check in on my first time, I had to stand for 10 minutes just to fill out a form. They had people standing in the lobby not even able to sit. I will NEVER EVER !! Go there again !! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Negative experience: Trash dentist if u can afford somewhere better just go they have this stupid appointment system that cancels your appointment. My appointment was Monday they sent a confirmation text on Friday at 11:30am while I was at work I called at 3:30pm and the appointment was canceled and supposedly unavailable

Negative experience: I tried to confirm my appointment using the email link I was sent from Southmoor. The link said it was expired and didn't work, so I called to confirm the appointment. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I hadn't confirmed. I was not able to be seen that day and then I was unable to reschedule due to their and my busy schedule. I also previously had problems with Southmoor saying a procedure was covered, then billing me for it. Most of my issues were with Jen. She did not work well with me. The cleaning services were all done well.

Positive experience: Don’t get me wrong I love the actual dentist and the assistants and my first time at this office the front staff was cool but my mouth is a hot mess due to anxiety my first appointment went well no work done but got a plan in progress I was scheduled a month later I had to reschedule that got a appointment a week later now my first appointment I got a phone call and a text so I realize I didn’t get neither so I call to make sure I had the right time and date only to find out it was canceled due to me not confirming so I’m going through my phone checking to make sure I didn’t miss something nothing no call no text so I ask what number do you have she had my old number from the office up north now I understand they are on the same team but I explained on my first appointment I had to change offices because I didn’t drive right now but keep in mind I did all the paperwork for this office new number new address I was sent the barcode that’s how I scanned in under all updated information I try to explain this to the front desk staff she made it seem like I was lying cause they some how now only have the information from the other office so I ask to speak with the office manager cause at this point I’m getting frustrated cause it’s not my fault that someone there change my information from the other office without confirming with me what the updated info was I’m also confused on how they were able to call and text on the right number for my first visit but now they have a different number I’m upset sad and disappointed all in one i just wanted my mouth to be fixed and all I got from the front office staff was bs at least if you made the mistake own up to it and fix it don’t make someone suffer from your mistakes I say this cause even after speaking to the office manager she still try to reschedule me another month out then I ask about another dentist it was for 4 weeks from now I said I was writing this review and going to the bbb and she canceled that appointment and hung up on me like I said at both offices the actual dentist and his assistants was super great but them office staff is unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I love the team at Southmoor Dental. Their customer service skills are outstanding. They are personable and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I started going to the practice in 1985 while Dr. Rosenthal was the only dentist. Prior to his retirement, Dr. Tabeli came onboard and demonstrated the same kindness and excellent customer skills as Dr. Rosenthal. Although I moved from Columbus a few years ago to Wooster Ohio I retained their services and still travel to them for my dental needs. In short, they are THE BEST!

I'm a nervous person when it comes to the dentist but they make me feel comfortable. If you have a dental emergency (like I did today) they try to get you in as fast as possible. Positive experience: Staff are super pleasant and accommodating. Place is not the cleanest but by far dirty. I had some cavities filled and at first the work was decent, but I had to call in to get it to good. They got me in the next day and the results are good, not great but good. I would recommend them.

Negative experience: Nice dentist but never have I ever had two teeth pulled and not receive any prescription for pain I’m over here thinking excedrin was gone work no just over here suffering like ibuprofen would have been nice

Negative experience: I attempted to cancel my appointment the day before because of a schedule conflict. I called the office and left a message but also went by the office which was closed. The day of my appointment, I called again to reschedule and left a message to call me back. I never received a call back. I hope everything is okay with the staff. Very strange...

Both dentists and their staff have always treated me as family, giving special attention to all my dental needs. They do excellent work, and go out of their way to accommodate their patients’ needs. Negative experience: I made an appointment at 8:30am for an emergency visit at 3pm because my fiancé's tooth is hurting so badly he couldn't stand it any longer. When we arrived the smell was very off putting. Then the receptionist said that we called and rescheduled for next Thursday. Which we said we didn't (it's an emergency visit why would we cancel and reschedule for next week). She said a man called I said "that clearly wasn't him because I make all his appointments. And yet still wouldn't let him be seen. Hopefully whoever ACTUALLY rescheduled their appointment is allowed to be seen next week since they clearly don't believe their customers. What a great first and definitely LAST visit.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Southmoor Dental Group!!!!! My first time going Tashaunda made me feel comfortable and she helped me out on making a great decision on what I should do when I had a bad tooth and my face was swollen. Everyone at the front desk makes you feel welcomed and even making your next appointment they are wonderful. They take there time and make you feel at ease when you are in the chair!!!! Just want to say I am glad I got a great dentist now that I can trust with my teeth!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Zaino and his assistant, Jessica, were amazing. They are both very personable. I highly recommend. They put me at ease, as I was having an extraction. I highly recommend the IV Sedation as well. He's very gentle with the IV needle. Never thought I would say this, but it was a very pleasant experience. My procedure was at 7:30 a.m. and I am just now going to take a second Ibuprofen ... it is after midnight. Great job!

Negative experience: I've been trying to can since 9:30 this morning to reschedule my appointment today and still haven't heard anything back so it's like I missed my appointment when I've been trying to get in touch!

Fantastic experience: I called and got the appointment the next morning. Amazing! Was greeted with a friendly hello and taken back to the exam room within minutes of arriving. Amazing! Got an exam and a game plan for what needed to be done and a clear understanding of the bill. Amazing! Thank you Dr. Min and to your staff. Positive experience: My first appointment was great and they decided I needed an extraction and some fillings, the experience was great. I scheduled it to be done a week later only to find out when I called a day before my scheduled extraction that they did not have me down so I had to reschedule again.

Fantastic experience: Always treated with a personal touch, that’s why I’ve went here for over 20 years. Once again my dental office has come to my rescue! 2022 and things are getting back to normal. Treated with TLC from Susie the hygienist today and good seeing Dr. Talebi and Jen again !!! Update: Today is 8/22/2022 and I was presented with a dental emergency this morning and Jen got me right in and Dr. Talebi took care of my issue bada bing bada boom! I love and appreciate Southmoor Dental !!! IT’S NOW 2024 and Dr. Talebi , Jen and the staff at Southmoor Dental Group continue to take good care of me!!!

Fantastic experience: **UPDATE** Second visit was awesome as well. Caitlyn (I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong) was so wonderful during my filling process. She was calming, compassionate, and explained each step as we went along. ** I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They were able to get me in quickly for an issue I was having when other practices were making me wait 2 months. The staff were super friendly and made my visit fun. The dentist was able to numb me with one try where other dentists had to take at minimum two tries. I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I’ve tried a few dentists in Columbus and can say that this group is unequivocally the best! From the moment you step in the door, everyone is welcoming, warm, and bright. Today, Shonda started with me and helped me stay chill during a delay of service. Then, Dr Min came and did a great, quick cleaning with focus on areas he felt with the floss and also those that I called out. Lastly, he wrapped by suggesting Kaylie seal some teeth that have deeper indentation and then made sure I had the perfect bite before leaving. This was after a great first evaluation with Dr Talebi. I recommend them without reservation!
