Fantastic experience: Every one in building was extremely patient and kind. I went in for a cleaning and walked out with a couple bonus fillings because they had a cancelation and I needed them. They really do cater to cowards, lol. I identify as a coward for the record and felt very comfortable with the entire experience. They explained every step and checked on me often to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend for all dental needs!

Fantastic experience: They have been very understanding and non-judgmental. They have a few payment options they offer and don't seem to get annoyed if you ask 100 questions. Super great find for me and my anxiety. As my husband was finishing his appointment they asked if i wanted to go ahead and get checked out too as they had an opening. I'd mentioned making an appointment earlier. I decided to go ahead and be seen not realizing they were closing within an hour. Pretty sure one of the staff noticed my anxiety flaring up as she was doing my basic exam. At the end of my appointment she made sure I was scheduled with her personally for my next appointment. We left 30 minutes after close and only realized after we got home.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend! Their name gives them justice in how gental and understanding they are in all aspects of the business.Very clean, professional,and inviting. Staff are great and cheerful giving a stressfree dental visit for all ages.

She did have all the necessary tools handy ahead of time, and my biggest complaint is that in All of my years of getting teeth cleanings, I've NEVER had a cleaning that ended WITHOUT BEING FLOSSED !!! It seems to be unheard of I'm seriously thinking of changing providers. Plus, she polished my teeth before cleaning them. I thought polishing and flossing were the last things to get done after a cleaning Very strange and disappointing All the employees were very friendly and professional. The Dentist, Dr Shaver is such a good and gentle Dentist. He explained everything he was going to do and all that was going to happen. Negative experience: 1/28/2026 Completely sucks I am going to have to find a new dentist. This office is not family friendly like they had originally advertised. I unfortunately have to reschedule or cancel appointments frequently due to severe PTSD and anxiety. (I am a combat veteran) due to this the office now requires me to prepay for services: I have never had a balance. I am a cash payer. I pay the same day I get a treatments or services. Now I must prepay for services before I can make an appointment. Essentially, so they can keep my money if I don’t show up or need to reschedule. I tried to speak some reason into the office manager but unfortunately I was told that this is the doctors’ policy. Leaving me with no choice but to find another dentist office. Sometimes the lack of empathy and compassion can really be damning to a person with PTSD. I just hope they don’t do this to other Veterans or patients who suffer from PTSD. I went for a new patient appointment today. The waiting room is nice and clean, the front staff is extremely friendly! The dental staff was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I got a cleaning that was painless, (even though I have sensitivity in some of my bottom teeth.) No pain! They have affordable payment plans and reasonable treatment prices with again, NO PAIN! Highly recommend, I already schedule my next two appointments!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist since I was a kid and over time developed more than a few cavities that progressively has gotten worse into adulthood. Everyone is so very kind and attentive from the moment you walk into their door. One of my teeth broken and was basically falling out and I desperately needed a root canal. They walked me through each step and checked on me each part of the way and made sure I felt no pain during each procedure. All in all, they will do what they can to make sure your comfortable and provide the best service they can.

Fantastic experience: I really love this practice. I told them "The Coward" had arrived. Going there makes me so nervous because I have had some horrible experiences from my childhood. But the ladies at the desk are so sweet and the lady who told me about the cost for my next visit was great. Mason was understanding, polite and made sure I was at ease while taking my x-rays. Dr. Myers was so kind and just kept giving me cues about what he was going to do. We talked about getting a partial and he explained everything so well. I have been going to this practice for several years and I walk out knowing we hat will ve happening on my next visit. Thank you to Dr. Meers, Madonna did the rest of the staff.

They’ve always asked how my day is going, they always ask about my family. And as far as the dentistry work they do, their number one goal is that the client is completely comfortable. I’m recovering from major dental surgery and my Dr. made sure I had steroids for inflammation, antibiotics to prevent infection and Pain Medicine so that I would rest comfortably. Fantastic experience: I had my semi annual teeth cleaning, it is always so pleasant to have Kelly as my hygienist. She keeps me comfortable and distracted while working on my teeth. And she does a thorough cleaning!!! The doctors are pleasant and informative providing different treatment options. Angel in the fianance department always provides a written itemized statement and different financing options. Overall a great dental office.

He provided a clear, honest assessment of my oral health without ever being pushy about unnecessary procedures. His skill level is clearly superior; the work performed (whether it was a cleaning, filling, or checkup) was meticulous and pain-free. Fantastic experience: Gentle Family Dental Care always shows hospitality, they’re very thorough in their explanations, and they do very good work. You can’t find a nicer group of people if you must go to the dentist. They’ve even accommodated me and my family when we’ve had dental emergencies. Including after hours contact directly to the dentist. They’re also very flexible on helping you arrange payments. This allowed me and my family to get the care we need with no delay, which can lead to other issues. I’ve sadly lost teeth in the past because I honestly could not afford to get all the work done at one time. Don’t waste your time looking around. Even if you have to make the drive do it! It’s worth it! They’re a blessing!

Alyssa did my cleaning and she is phenomenal! She’s super nice and accommodating and eases your nerves with her friendly and calm demeanor. Positive experience: Very good customer service as Brandy seemed very personable and pleasant to speak to. She is very educated and responsive when asked about dental concerns /questions before and after Dr. Meers arrived and she knows how to explain every step during visit. She was kind enough to allow me to see my X-rays on the monitor mounted on the ceiling so it made me feel more inclusive on what they were viewing (also nice looking at the ceiling light art). It was hard to capture part of my wisdom tooth root but Brandy was the first to attempt in clever ways compared to other dentists who have done X-rays in the past. Due to the pain she was kind enough to offer water. I didn’t give a 5 star only due to the water having something which looked like food in it (after I had a sip). Brandy did apologize and stated she got a clean cup and used their water machine. I would recommend small water bottles for sanitation and avoiding cross contamination especially with dealing with dealing and touching a lot of client’s mouths. Other than that the office is very clean. Dr. Meets was able to get me recommendation for a root canal and explained my options if I wanted to go that route or have my tooth extracted. I appreciate him allowing me to make the decision based on my oreferrnce and insurance coverage options. Jennifer the receptionist is very kind and has a great smile when interacting with us. The office is very clean (other than the dirty cup) from what I can see with my eyes. I appreciate their services and look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I hate having dental work done thanks to childhood dentist that insisted I was frozen and faked it hurt. As an adult with my own dentist I found my dental nerves are not where expected. Today I had some major work done with almost zero pain experienced.
