I thought I needed a root canal on one of my teeth and he told me it was my sinus infection. He Wasn’t out just trying to make a buck off of me , that’s the part I appreciated the most.

Fantastic experience: Dr S and Karen took great care of me! I had to cancel a couple of times and they were more than accommodating. To reschedule me. I was worried about something that at first appears to be on my gum but ended up being my exposed root from gum recession. Apparently I had a filling that had fallen out which was a quick, easy and painless fix. I love all the hygienists and the office staff!

Fantastic experience: Linda the hygienist is very nice and gave me good news about my visit. Linda is very thorough and gentle. She checked my neck and the inside of my mouth for lumps. I've never had another hygienist do that.

Negative experience: I picked this place because of all the good reviews. But I won’t be going back. Overall very challenging for me to get in touch with them, I had to fill out multiple forms online and emails and cannot leave a message. My work just made it tricky to contact during their business hours. Also was charged for something I didn’t even know about and that felt pretty sneaky. If you’re looking for an office I feel like you should keep looking.

Positive experience: Experience with dentist was fine. I wish that they wouldn’t ask me about my mental health and judge me for treating my conditions, as it has nothing to do with my dental health and it’s not professional to try to dive into extremely sensitive and personal subjects during a dental cleaning.

Fantastic experience: It has been over a decade since I’ve gotten my teeth cleaned — so you can only imagine the built up anxiety that’s been hanging on my shoulders for so many years. I have always been so petrified of the dentist. Back in November, I decided that enough was enough with the anxiety I had been feeling and scheduled the appointment. I went in today for my x-rays and cleaning and was pleasantly surprised that there was no work to be done! My hygienist, Marie, was absolutely incredible. So kind, patient, understanding. Eased my anxiety the entire time by explaining the process — even went as far as explaining each tool she used and what it was used for. I cannot say enough great things about her! I am so grateful!! Dr. Cho then came in to do the exam…and she was also incredible. Everyone in this office, from the front desk to the doctors, are so kind and really make you feel so comfortable. I can’t accurately explain in words the relief I feel and how happy I am to have chosen Stoughton Dentistry as my dentist office. I wish I could give 1,000,000 stars!! ❤️

Negative experience: The dentist visit was 5 minutes and he charged $85.00 on top of my cleaning from my hygienist which was $157.00. They don't take my insurance i am very disappointed i have been going there for 20 years i don't understand what happened

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for almost five years now. Just had a cleaning with Karen which went well. Always happy with the treatments that I’ve received here. I also have to mention that the staff here are great! They’re very friendly, understanding and super patient with someone like me who’s afraid of going to the dentist, lol!

Fantastic experience: My partner and I have been patients here for almost 2 years now. From our first day, they (all of them!) have always been sweet, welcoming, and patient. Their attentiveness, understanding, and polite gestures really make a difference in our experience. I don’t think anyone enjoys coming to the dentist, but this team definitely makes our visit less dreadful ;) They provide great service and definitely wins when it comes to their gentle teeth cleaning! I have serious back/spine issues and she made sure to keep the chair adjusted just right to accommodate my back issues! The entire staff at Stoughton Dentistry are very good at their jobs! And Dr S is a very good dentist! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! A+ in my book!!

She made the clean seem like it only took 20 minutes! The icing on the cake (as much as they’d say to stay away from) is that they were able to fit me in wishing a few weeks as a new patient, where many other offices give you months to wait. Fantastic experience: I woke up with the most excruciating pain in my jaw. My crown fell off a few days ago and I thought I could make it till I get a chance to find a new dentist.... My tooth: SIKE! After calling 3 other places and being told, "sorry," or "try urgent care," I called one more place, Stoughton Dentistry, and not only did they squeeze me in after promising to wait as long as I needed to, they even saw me SOONER than I expected. I waited 15 minutes, max! When the Dr. came, they assessed me, figured out the problem, gave me solution(s), next steps, and helped with my pain = ALL IN THE SAME DAY!!!!!! Everyone knew my name by the time I walked out and made me feel good about coming back to take care of my concerns. I legit LIKE this dentist office (Yup, I said it!). It was my first experience and I already know I'll be a patient for a while and bringing along my husband and son! Anyways - long way of saying: FIVE OUT FIVE, TEN OUT OF TEN! NEED A DENTIST/DENTAL WORK: This is where you need to call and get an appointment!!!!
