Negative experience: Poor management and poor quality of service. 85% of money was collected but (no retainers, aligners were most of the time loose/exceed the time limit/ not replaced on time, appointment service was often forgotten). Great deception to waste money for nothing. That’s really a shame.

Negative experience: My stepson had an appointment schedule , my husband did confirmed the appointment a day prior and they still canceled … For more that you explain, for me doesn’t make no sense cause you never said that the appointment was canceled , you waited me to go there waiste my time and money …. Fantastic experience: Ok, we've belonged to this practice for about 2 years. The front desk girls are professional, kind and accomodating EVERY time. The dental hygienists are incredible! My daughter has high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and theyve ALWAYS made her feel at ease and comfortable. Vernae! Vernae! Vernae! Is our favorite to date, but literally they are all amazing. The Dr. is thorough and professional. Saturdays are busy, but they move things along quickly. I highly recommend them!!

Positive experience: This is absurd! Today I tried to send an email to schedule an appointment, and the person told me they couldn't schedule it because I'd already missed three. What a lie! I never missed any appointments. I completed my entire treatment at this clinic, which has excellent professionals, by the way. I scheduled an appointment, but I had to have appendicitis surgery and informed the clinic. Now they don't record it in the appointment book and say I missed one. What an outrage! She doesn't want to schedule an appointment and just talks, so why are you saying false things, my God

Negative experience: I hadn’t gone to the dentist in a few years so I was really nervous and they had no bedside manners at all and actually had students trying to take xrays in my mouth and kept messing up and I was on the brink of a panic attack unfortunately. They did not ask me if I was comfortable with students or ask me any questions. As a student nurse this is really upsetting. The dentist rushed through the exam and insisted I get screened for braces without giving me time to ask any questions. I actually asked for her to come back so I could ask. I was not told I could only get metal braces with insurance, so not only was this an uncomfortable waste of time but also made me extremely insecure about seeing my misaligned smile on the screen. This routine cleaning took 3 hours. Lastly, the orthodontist tried pressuring me to not have ANY sedation for wisdom teeth removal and did not listen to my concerns at all. He did not have any bedside manners or respect for me not wanting to be awake for this procedure and would not refer me to anyone else.

Thank you Dr. Ryan for being so gentle & quick, you were apologizing when you weren’t even hurting me. Your calm and kind attitude sure made me feel comfortable with you pulling teeth out of my mouth lol! I’ll always remember your favorite Disney character is Ariel :) Kaitlyn the assistant - shining star, fantastic human. I was crying and she wiped my tears, rubbed my head, talked to me the entire time, reminded me to breath and held my hand. She herself made a dramatic difference in my experience. I can never thank her enough or recommend her enough! If you’re afraid she’s got that calming reassuring trait that you need in a dentist office! I can’t put into words what she did for me today and if it wasn’t for her I don’t know if I could’ve gone through with it. I will always request her at all my future apts. Negative experience: This place is a SCAM BEWARE ...they are requiring MassHealth recipients to pay for copay and deposit while the insurance company is already paying them. I reported them today for their illegal practices!!!! BEWARE

Negative experience: CAUTION!: For your safety, time, money and self respect please stay away from this Brockton location. After not being to the dentist for over a year I decided to give Brockton dentistry a try after my friend recommended me. Every single person in the office is super friendly, patient, positive, organize and quick at first. Every time I go in, I learn something new about my teeth Overall positive and clean environment with some broken machines. *Make sure you’re on time* but they have a scam now. They will lie and tell you you missed your appointment and charge 50$ (read more below). They need to be reported and shut down by the city of Brockton. Be careful with your teeth if you tell them you’re in pain they don’t take it seriously. They make you feel like it’s in your head. Edit: when I wrote the last review because manager asked me too and I felt pressured. Honestly they have no customer service especially the front desk people. The only person who did their job correctly was the HYGIENIST. She educated me and made me feel safe and comfortable. They filed my teeth without permission when I told them not to, their coworkers tend to flirt while doing your teeth, and they do not inform patients about their prices. They give you one price, you pay, the next visit you come to they tell you that you never paid the full amount and somehow it’s the customer fault. They use a booklet to figure out their prices something about that seem outdated. When they wanted to clean my teeth for the first time they told me to hold the light machine and don’t move. The light machine was heavy. I had to beg them to give me a machine that isn’t broken and I had to go through 3 different people before they will switch me. *******The biggest scam they do is book your appointment, cancel it on their side, when you come in they tell you never scheduled you to come in today and have you reschedule the appointment. When you come into that appointment they(the manager) tell you that you missed your first appointment (that they cancelled) and you owe them 50$. They argue with you constantly and consistently. Worst place in Brockton to go, I’m going back to my old dentist never again will I give you guys my money I rather pay someone way more for the same service.
