Fantastic experience: Hats off to Dr. Manzi and his esteemed staff for offering the best care on the South Shore, probably in all of Massachusetts! The dentistry is top notch, and it's affordable! I felt welcomed from the very first step I took walking through the door. Dr. Manzi has an aura about him that immediately put me at ease, and earned my trust before he even got to work on my teeth! They even offer botox injections if you're interested in that! I had to cancel a dental visit due to a car accident and I got a get well card in the mail from their office, my PCP of 17 years didn't even do that! Fantastic experience: For years I haven't been able to eat my favorite nuts(cashews), salad, and enjoy my meals period. Other dentists wanted to remove all of my teeth and give me a full set of dentures, which was very discouraging. I finally stumbled upon Massasoit Dental and made an appointment. I was so glad I did! Dr Blatz and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful. He did a great job! Now I have a beautiful smile, and can eat all of my favorite foods, and more importantly, keep majority of my teeth!! I would recommend Massasoit Dental to anyone.

Dr. Matthew Manzi did a phenomenal job and had patience, class, experience. The entire staff outdoes itself. The entire office has been updated and is clean and beautiful. Don't hesitate to go to Massasoit Dental.

Fantastic experience: 2. I have been a patient with Massasoit Dental for two years. So far, I have not been disappointed. Dr. Manzi and one of his dental assistants, Latoya, know that I am deathly afraid of dentists. Because they are aware of this situation, they have taken multiple precautions so that I will have minimal to no pain at all. Latoya is very gentle with her technique and I appreciate her for being patient with my whining. Later on I found out that she was trained by a pediatric dentist which to me explains the ease and comfort I receive when having a dental procedure. If you are looking for a dentist for your kids, do not hesitate to check them out. Lastly but not least, Aria, one of the front desk employees, made my transition from having a regular insurance to transferring to Medicare dental without any issues. I welcome the fact that she painstakingly looked up my new policy and let me know that I am covered. I appreciate her so much for taking the time to look up my coverage. Thank you, Aria! 1. As expected, everyone was friendly and yet business like. The dental assistant, Chris, was a perfectionist which I truly appreciated! She made sure that the crown was the correct size and that it fit perfectly. Lastly and in my opinion only, this dental group will help change Brockton’s landscape.They are young, progressive, and very modern.

Fantastic experience: The front desk was marvelous, I went in to make an appointmentfor consultation, they had an opening right then and i stayed. The dental hygienist Aliyah was very compassionate and helpful, she made me feel relaxed, I am VERY NERVOUS when it comes to the dentist. Dr Manzi love him already! Young, passionate, very knowledgeable Dr.Manzi explain everything in Detail and provided different options for treatment. I believe I found my forever dentist. Will recommend to friends and family

Fantastic experience: My Dentist retired and this was a new experience for me. Right when you walk in the door the staff is very welcoming and attentive. The hygienist was wonderful, I had a great cleaning. Dr Mancini continued the examination and was very thorough. I was very satisfied with my whole office visit.

Fantastic experience: EVERYONE there is so kind! From the moment you walk in...the women up front are SO sweet, remember your name...and they're SO helpful! The hygienists are so wonderful and kind (and always have awesome music playing!) Marc is so helpful and thorough! You can reallt tell this is a wonderful work environment and that this team really loves their jobs! I don't think anyone truly "loves" going to the dentist but they all make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Manzi is the nicest guy, just has the best way about him and he was FANTASTIC with my 1.5 year old. SO glad we found this place and glad I chose them for my little guy! HIGHLY recommend! They also do NOT pressure you into anything unnecessary. I have never questioned their want for an xray, an extra cleaning, or anything - they truly care about your health and well-being! I had to have a crown done and Dr. Manzi gave me a "heads up" that eventually that tooth would need it, I opted to have it done sooner as a teacher on summer break, but there was no pressure at all. They are fantastic, truly! Look no further...kid friendly, and "anxious about the dentist" mama approved!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this office for over 20 years, but the service has gone downhill since Dr. Blatz retired. I showed up for a routine cleaning and was denied care by Dr. Manzi because I declined X-rays—despite having them two years ago and knowing they’re not required by MA law for a cleaning. I explained that I pay out of pocket and couldn’t afford unnecessary extras, but the dentist brushed me off and told me to find another office. When I said I’d leave a review, Marc the operations manager arrogantly replied that he would just remove it. The issue wasn’t just the policy—it was the blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism. I left without care and won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: Two days ago I awoke with severe pain on the left side of my mouth. My dentist retired two years ago, so I called Massasoit Dental, when I saw on line that they accept emergency patients and had great reviews. i was able to be seen the following day. I just left the office. The office is nicely appointed, very clean. The hygienist Jocelyn was friendly and efficient, and I was seen very quickly by Dr. Manzi. Professional, gentle, efficient. The office staff was wonderful, and I have an appointment tomorrow to address the pain. Best of all, I have found a dental practice that I can make my own. What a find!
